Andover Nail Spa

This was the absolute worst and most expensive manicure I ever got. I got a pedi and it was ok but she cut my toe which stung every time she used alcohol.
Back to the mani. Look at the pics I posted.
My nails are uneven. My index finger has a point on one side and curve on the other. Middle finger has a dip in the middle. My thumbs are both crooked.
She never trimmed the cuticles so I have crud on the edges.
My nails looked better before I went in
I will never be back. I wish to stop payment on the outrageous check I wrote. $ 105!!!
One more thing. It says Andover Nail Spa. Don’t be fooled. It’s NOT a spa. It’s a typical Vietnamese nail salon, which charges outrageous prices on services you can get better elsewhere.

I just wanted to report that I increased my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
First. It really was an awesome pedicure. I nearly fell asleep.
Second. The manager called and sincerely apologized for the nail mishap. She offered to redo the nails for me. I’m away on vacation right now but I’ll try to connect when I get home.

they actually cashed the check. So, I take all the nicety back. They really weren’t willing to make good on their promise.

I have been coming here for a couple months. Quality work. Quality products. I love Lena. She is very nice. She keeps my appointments. I have also brought friends here. They do charge more than most places, but to me .you get what u pay for. Quality

Very bad experience. Place is way to small and congested. To many stay at home Andover mothers who make you feel uncomfortable. Got a gel mani and regular pedi. Gel hasn’t even lasted a week, and then my pedi… after a week the color changed! Also who has the balls to charge $ 70 for a mani and pedi? In total I paid $ 80!!! Insane and your damn right I didn’t tip 20%. There are many other local salons that are way better than this place.

Amazing pedicure… the hot stone massage seemed to go on forever and is exactly what my feet and legs needed after a long week of working. I would go back just for that!

Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. The staff was so friendly and professional and the facilities and equipment was exceptionally clean. The pedicure even included a 15 – 20 minute leg massage at the end! I would recommend this nail salon to everyone– it is well worth the price.

I absolutely love Andover Nail Spa. Everyone here is friendly and does exceptional work. I’ve tried other spas and nail salons and believe me none of them have compared to the quality of this place. To be honest I always knew they were good, but didn’t realized just how great they were until I went some place else… That won’t happen again! I had a gel manicure today with Kelly and will be back next week for a pedicure. Can’t wait!

Had a gel manicure… took less than 23 minutes and that’s a full manicure? My gel Polish is way to thick, not to my nail edge and was rushed. I always get gel nails so I’m not new to it, or a manicure. 30 dollars for what should’ve been considered a polish at best. The girl managed 3 people in less than 30 minutes I was there. I can lift the gel right off my nail! So poorly done. Was looking to find a new place closer to home but I’ll be happy to keep driving to Amy’s nails in Tewksbury and see Tiffany!

I made an appointment an hour before I arrives, and was taken without delay, though the salon was crowded. I was able to get a mani/​pedi and be out the door in 1:20, which was great. The experience was relaxing, but didn’t waste any time. Good job with the nails too!

Under new ownership, completely remodeled inside. The place looks great and the girls are awesome too. I love that I can walk in and trust whoever I get to do a quality job.

I have been coming to Lena for about a year and I just found out she is the new owner! I know it’s a little more expensive than area salons but it’s worth every penny. All of the girls there are professional, Lena especially. The polish jobs last longer than other cheaper salons and the long massage after pedicures are amazing. I have fallen asleep in the chair!
I noticed Lena has good music playing now, you’re always offered a cold bottle of water and my pedicures are good for about a month! If you haven’t been there in a while, check them out now– ask for Lena!

I have found the best place to get my mani/pedi’s! They have everything covered– great service, pleasant people, clean, clean, clean and I’m a germ freak! Lena, has done a phenomenal job with the redo of this place. She has put so much into creating a happy haven for those of us that need a relaxing escape! And Jenny does the BEST French manicure!!! She’s a perfectionist! Thank you all!
