Really enjoyed a Valentines dinner here. The place was packed at the front door but we sat at the bar, had a drink and waited for the table. We all ordered the hibachi and we were all VERY pleasantly surprised and all agreed we will go back. I think the scallops dinner was one of the best I have had. They were small and grilled perfectly. I cant remember our server(young 20’s light brown hair) but he was really wonderful and very attentive. We also were very pleased with prices. Usually in a hibachi house they are really expensive and these weren’t! We will be back!

I had an absolutely awful experience tonight. I was cut by a fish bone in one of my sushi rolls. When I asked my server to ask the chef to make a new one because I was afraid to continue eating it for fear of more bones, he came back and said the chef said no, and that it says on the menu that there may be bones. We asked to see the menu again and clearly it did not. I felt bad for our server because he wanted to make sure we got what we wanted but his boss(chef) should learn how to clean a fish properly so that his food doesn’t harm the guests. We won’t be going back. But to our server, thanks for trying.

Passing through the area and the hotel clerk recommended this location. There is a lot to choose from which could be a challenge but the choice was spot-on. The finale was the pineapple slice for dessert. If you don’t like pineapple then it wouldn’t be a hit but I do enjoy fresh fruit and this was complimentary. Not too many places still do this which is why I gave it a good rating. I would return again to try something else.

A beautiful lake view and delicious sushi is a wonderful way to spend a meal with friends! The ambiance in here is very nice: cherry blossom trees, blue lights around the windows, and nice decorations throughout. The staff was very friendly and really knew their menu. I ordered the house salad with ginger dressing and was impressed with the dressing. I’ve never had ginger dressing that was creamy, but it was delicious! The sushi rolls were very good. I was surprised that they didn’t serve alcohol on Sundays, but that’s apparently normal for restaurants in this area. The waitress was very good and everything came out quickly.

Last night, my son and I had a disappointing experience here because they made our meal for us with chicken — we’re vegetarians and had ordered the meal with Tofu — then they were supposedly remade but turned out they just got rid if most of the offending chicken but not all of it then just put grilled tofu on top. A big no-no but the waitress took care of us properly. Because of this, and that the rest of the food was delicious, I came back on my own tonight. I had the miso soup, the house salad, and 2 mixed vegetable tempora rolls. EXCELLENT! ! Now it gets a 5 star rating.

As my daughter knows in the past I have not been a big fan of Japanese restaurants, but, this one is awesome. They have something for everyone in their huge menu. I had the scallops and I tried one of the cucumber rolls. Don’t forget to save room for desert.

Easy off I85. On the way home, I dropped in. Glad I did. Lunch menu is nice. Sushi was awesome. I went with a Black Dragon Roll and the French Kiss Roll. Both were super fresh and tasty! The lunch crowd was a mix of Clemson students and business people. Great crowd, lots of happy campers. A guy was playing a guitar. Good vibes. I sat looking out to the river or lake. Very cool and relaxing experience.

We loved this place! The sushi was so fresh and delicious and that’s exactly what we needed when our beloved Gamecocks lost. If this place was anywhere else, but Anderson, I’d probably love it even more. We definitely had a great meal, we ordered at least 6 – 7 different rolls and all of them were fantastic. Our waiter was knowledgable and very nice. The rolls were huge too! We had so many left overs we had them for lunch the next day. They had a huge selection of rolls and hibachi. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of them!

We ate here Wednesday night. The food was good but again the server was lacking in experience and knowledge of the menu. The hostess had to be the rudest hostess ever encountered. I think the staff needs more training or supervision.

I just tried this place with my family — 4 adults– knowing that we had a variety of tastes that needed to be pleased. The menu was quite large, with almost too many options, but the prices were fair and the food was delicious. The staff seemed unorganized but our server was good. I would suggest it for sure! They had sushi, soup, salads, various appetizers and plenty of alcohol options as well. If you are looking for a restaurant with a great view, this place is right on the water. I’ll definitely be going back.
