Do your research before giving a deposit or buying a used RV from this business. We were in a hurry because we had to move from the home we were renting. Live and learn. We discovered after the fact that we paid too much after researching the value of the used fifth wheel. It was also listed online as a year newer than the paperwork we signed. And of course, we got the don t take too long to decide because 2 other couples are interested in this RV spiel. It was advertised as having a washer/​dryer combo valued at $ 1400. Imagine my surprise when I went to use it the first time and it was only a washing machine. And one that worked sporadically, if at all. It is now listed on Craigslist for free. But of course, that was factored into the price that we paid. The foot flush pedal also stuck in the middle of the night resulting in a flooded bathroom carpet. This was less than a week after purchase. We were told to lube it. Shouldn t that have been done by Lakeside? The emails I received in return from the salesman were basically canned responses. They did offer to give us $ 200 for a dryer but that conditions were that we had to buy it first and then send them a copy of the receipt. The salesman is all smiles and phone calls to see when you are coming back to pay for it. Afterwards… crickets.
