Jackrabbit makes a delicious latte! The owners are super sweet. My mother and I love their coffee. Her favorite is the Miel.

Exceptional coffee, from local brewers, in an awesome venue just outside of the downtown. While you are getting a coffee I highly recommend stepping into the bike shop (Buckskin Bikes) and taking a look around. The staff are fun and knowledgeable in a no pressure kind of way.
