One star is logged just simply to write the review. Very disgusted with Comcast. Have attempted twice now to get service at a new location and each time just when I think I have everything done the way they want it I find out that NO — I missing something that they absolutely must have. Why is it that they failed to tell you everything that you need in order to establish service. I find it disappointing that this is the only high-speed Internet provider in this area. If and when I’m able to make the switch to any other Service provider I will do so. I truly believe that we are all paying way too much for communication services because of authorized monopolies such as Comcast. With the integration that now possible, why are our bills not going down?

We had comcast for 5 months. once the service started it was pretty good. many missed appointments and lies i give them 2 stars instead of 1 because service worked. Our problem was because every month the bill was wrong. The internet would be rated 5 by far it was best. but all the lies and billing problems has definately soured me. it is a shame they have little competition.
