Shawn Cange, CPM, Broker

Owner

Shawn has over 10 years of commercial property management, real estate, leasing, sales and construction management experience in Alaska. He has managed Class «A» and «B» buildings including industrial properties. He also facilitates lease negotiations, tenant improvements and capital projects as well as preparing annual operating budgets and monthly financial reports.

Marcia Chambers

Owner

Marcia brings over 14 years of experience with commercial property management in Alaska with an emphasis on small commercial buildings and retail malls. Marcia is responsible for the oversight, maintenance and operations of our properties. She also oversees tenant improvements from space planning to completion.
