I am a raving fan of this company and their excellent customer service! I contacted Workplace Solutions about a chair we purchased in 2011. An essential piece of the chair had fallen off. I thought it would be expensive to repair, or be difficult to find the part. I called customer service and spoke to Geoff Mote. He was friendly and very helpful. I sent him a picture of the chair, and within minutes he identified the solution, and ordered the part. 3 days later Geoff contacted me, came to get the chair, and had it fixed THESAMEDAY! What Awesome service. Quick, friendly, attentive. I am one very satisfied customer. Next time I have to buy an office chair, I will definitely contact Geoff Mote.

I needed a single office chair(Hendrix High-Back) and actually saw it at another place in the SF Valley, but decided to give Workplace a call as they are closer to me. The sales person was very helpful and sent me info on some other«modern» chairs that he thought I may like. I kept with the Hendrix and he was able to beat(unbeknownst to him!) the pricing that was given to me by the other supplier in the Valley. The unassembled(there was an option for them to assemble) chair arrived in a day or two with all the allen wrenches needed for assemble were included. Took maybe 15 minutes to assemble. I’m a fan!

Sophia Rose and the team at Workplace Solutions are great. I recently expanded my office and used Sophia’s expertise for the second time. They delivered on time, their installation team was great and their pricing is very reasonable. Sophia will come out and and design your space to look great. I highly recommend them!

Their pricing fluctuated so I was forced to purchase from other vendors at times. They distribute a wide array from the popular brands and the less expensive brands. I always had good lead time and pricing on items especially those items which usually take longer form the manufacturer.
