Greasy food! Had a burger special, and the burger and fries were ok at best. How bad do you have to be to mess up a burger special? Don’t think they have enough people working. We had to clean our own table. I stopped by because it was packed, so it must be good. Wrong! I found out afterwards, it’s because there are not many places to eat in this area. Will not be back.

I’ve only had there burgers and they were delicious! I like the charbroiled taste and they are huge. When we come to Disneyland, we always make a pit stop for a Ted’s burger.

Just like every other plain burger joint. A bit overpriced I paid almost ten dollars for a avocado burger and a lemonade. The burger and bread was on the burnt side and two out of three little slices of avocado were brown. Won’t be stopping by here anymore. Two stars for the thousand island I asked for my burger it was good!

Extremely greasy food. So much so that you can feel the excess on the inside of your mouth. I got a patty melt with bacon and grilled onions. Soggy fries. Prob won’t be back. The ranch was amazing though.

Worst service ever almost put a full tomato on my moms torta and the cashier’s attitude cant even rate. She literally threw the money in my hand.

I like to come here for their Street Dog. However, today, I decided to have the Double Cheeseburger combo. It was good, but not great, the Street Dog is definitely better. The onion rings were also decent, I much rather prefer beer battered myself. The table we sat at was kinda dirty. There were onion rings and french fries crumbs galore. Honestly, if they were busy, I would understand, but it was very slow. There were only two tables that was seated. They had three girls at the counter, two of them was just standing around. Usually cleaner. The customer service was ok, will definitely not blow you away type of service. When you approach the cashier, there wasn’t even an acknowledgement. Usually, they’re pretty much better. The price was kinda high too for a burger joint, if you eat for one. A double burger combo with onion rings cost about $ 12. However, it was enough for two if you eat the way I eat, therefore, it was inexpensive. So depends on how you look at it. Tips: Typically, this place can be pretty busy, but tonight, it was pretty slow. Usually, they’re on point, so I still think they deserved four stars. Hopefully, it was just a Tuesday hick up. Quality: 3/5, this time, usually a 5 Customer Service: 3/5, this time, usually a 4 Quantity: 5⁄5 Cleanliness: 2/5, this time, usually a 4 Price: 5/5, to me, cause we ate for two

I one time saw the cook make my burger. He threw the bun and meat than he prepared everything so aggressively. I told them something we pay for it and it’s not free. The food really has no taste I have gone there since I was a child. The food has gotten tasteless throughout the years.

Take it to go, the way they have it set up is just stupid. Trying to make into a sit down take your order place does not work. It’s been half hour and they just came to take my order. Already hating this place and kicking myself for stopping in. The place feels like a run down unfriendly place to eat. The diet coke comes out and it’s flat. the food isn’t really anything apecial. so I give this place a 1 star. If u do come here take it to go.

I have had many great experiences here. Not sure why so many people are saying such negative things, but I always get my order right and they are nice. The burger I get is large and comes with plenty of fresh sliced avocado on it. Here’s a tip for an amazing quesadiila for a good price. Order a cheese quesadilla with avocado and sour cream. I love it!

I’ve been eating at Ted’s since like 2001. I always get their cheeseburger combo. I was a little kid so eating out was awesome! Time passed and I learned a little bit about service and quality of food. I was down at the Anaheim Picking District and I got hungry. So I thought why not go to Ted’s for a burger? So I went. I got there and everything was cool. I ordered the cheeseburger combo and my friend got the grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings. We were waiting and I guess this is when the bad experience began. The cashier who took my order yelled out my order. We literally sat right in front of the pick up area. I went to get the food and my friend pointed out the fact that the lady could have brought us the food. I thought«no biggie, I don’t mind getting up.» The same cashier then called out my friend’s order. My friend asked for some ranch(politely if I may add). Pretty harmless request. When the cashier heard the request, she dropped a platter on the counter(which caused a loud metal sound), rolled her eyes and said OK. She then proceeded to ask if we needed anything else(she sounded upset/irritated). I said«No.» At this point I was upset mostly because she gave my friend a bad attitude. I didn’t say anything to the cashier about her attitude. So I thought, whatever, if she’s having a bad day I won’t let her ruin mine. At this point she had really killed my experience. As we were beginning to enjoy our food, she went on her break. She sat right next to us(which I think she did on purpose). So I had to face her for the remainder of our meal. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she changed the channel on the tv! I had been watching an interesting program and she changed it. I’m not sure why the cashier went out of her to make us have a bad experience but she did. As for the food, the burger was ok(its usually satisfying). The fries weren’t great. The chicken sandwich was really dry. The onion rings were also ok. In conclusion: this establishment is not good by any means. There are better burger joints such as Umami(which is where I should have originally gone). I guess nostalgia brought me back. But it’s for the last time. I will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could stand outside their building with a sign warning people to not eat there, I would! But that would be too dramatic.

The ¼ pound cheeseburger was nothing special and had way to much bun for the patty. The fries had no seasoning on them and they were not as big of café steak fries as I would have liked them. I do not think that I will come here again even to try the other menu items. There are to many other burger joints that put this place to shame. Prices weren’t even that good.

Most excellent burger!!! Very impressed. Good size too. Not like a wimpy McD’s or even a tasty In and Out. Extremely filling Fries — just average, but will be back for another burger in the future.

It’s okay. I come here occasionally because it’s about two minutes from my place. The burgers are satisfying but most of the time I’m left thinking that I should have just driven the extra 5 minutes to In-N-Out down the street. It’s solid filling fast food, great if you’re nearby and hungover and the thought of driving/walking very far sounds like a terrible idea.

Fair food. Prepared in decent time. Good enough for a quick bite. Not gourmet, not great, but not horrible either. Like most diners, a ton of menu items to choose from. They also have similar take home menus to Tam’s and The Grill. The inside seating is a bit narrow and the line where you order your food inside can get out of hand since it’s such a tight space. Overall, their burritos are huge, stuffed with a mountain of Spanish rice(if you don’t opt without), carne asada is flavorful, fries are okay and the turkey melt I had was pretty good(even though Farmer Boy’s has a better one). The cashier was very helpful and honored the coupon I had. If I ever head back here, I’ll probably try the cobb salad.

This place was awesome. It opens pretty late and the prices are not that bad for a burger in the Anaheim area. At first, I thought it was a Mexican place but it turns out they served burgers too. So I decided to get the Avocado Bacon burger, Pastrami Burrito and the Pastrami burger. They were good. The portions were pretty nice too. Majority of the burgers were around $ 5. So this place is delicious and cheap with big portions. My favorite four words! And there’s a lot of items on the menu. I’ll have to try the other items when I go back to Anaheim for events near the Anaheim Convention Center or going to Disneyland.

Holy smokes! This place blew my mind! Crispy fries!?! *DROOL* :Q______ I decided to try their famous pastrami burger that other Unilocalers have been raving on and on about today! ITDIDNOTDISAPPOINT. SOOOOHAPPY! Portion was HUGE and enough for two people. I ended up saving the other half for dinner! Both that and the over flowing amount of fries came out to be $ 8.62. Let me tell you… if you are in love with the pastrami and the fries at THEHAT — look no further! This place is VERY comparable to The Hat’s pastrami and fries! As for the condiments, you just have to ask them and I’m sure they’ll have it. Inside the burrito, you can find it loaded with pastrami! There is also cheese and pickles… but the amount they put in there is perfect for me, be sure to tell them you want extra if you prefer each bite loaded with cheese and pickles lol. I came here before to try their chili cheese fries plate(literally a to-go box FILLED with fries and chilli with cheddar cheese). *DROOL* and also had their charbroiled burger(with secret sauce?!), chili cheese hot dog, and breakfast burrito before… oh man, what a great hole-in-the-wall spot that does not get enough good ratings! I totally gotta thank my co-workers for referring me here! Also, can’t forget about their red and green sauce! I’m a sucker for trying those out… and they won me over when I dipped my fries into them! I can’t wait to come back and try their tacos plate and other items on the menu! Service was quick and friendly! Parking is ample and there is also a drive-thru! I usually walk here because it is so close to one of the locations I work at, but driving is not a problem.
