I picked up my girlfriend at lunch she said she wanted taco bell so i looked at the time it was 10:45 am so i figured I’ll get breakfast so we hot there at 10:54 am the costomer in front of us is ordering breakfast so when we go up to order and its still 10:54 am I’m about to order breakfast she cashier says hold up to me and my girlfriend and runs to the back and ask the managers if there still making breakfast she tells us no more breakfast the costomer in front of us was the last i asked when the cut off time is she told me 11 am i told her we still have 5 min she told us the mgr said to stop i will never go to this tavo bell again i was soo mad i let my girlfriend order but i refused to order anything

I used to think the taco bell on 17^th and Bristol was the worst taco bell. Now I’m sure it’s this one. Currently this location has two females hired that are stoned out of their freaking minds whenever I find myself desperate enough to brave this location. I don’t mean normal functional stoned, I mean stumbling over their words, 1000 yard red stare, get every single item in your order wrong then argue with you, on another planet stoned. I’m surprised these ladies have not been fired yet. Not only are they not doing their job, their boss isn’t either.
My orders are always very simple usually one item and a drink. 90% of the time I go here, one thing or everything is wrong.
They can never seem to give me my ice coffee in the right cup. These ladies are so stoned they’ve given it to me in soda cups, ice cream cups with the wide open lid, kids cups after paying full price.
This place is a joke and its employees are an infuriating disgrace.

Store says its open at 1am drive thru but very rude lady said she closes at 1230am. Dont ever come here

I’m here, right now, in your drive thru waiting for my damn taco. I’ve been here for 32 minutes. The inside of your store is totally empty yet here we sit, 3 cars ahead of me, 3 behind me… and we aren’t moving.
Maybe your employees could do their jobs instead of stand around and talk (that’s what they’re doing).
This is ridiculous… and I’m totally stuck here… all night at this rate.

How is it that this location always gets my order wrong? The drive thru wait time is ridiculous too. I spent almost 25 minutes in line. What is this, in-​n-​out? I think I’ll drive the extra mile to the franchised location that employs people who actually know what they’re doing.

Terrible location. Even for Taco Bell. I visited this location for nearly a year, on average two times a week. I always used the drive thru window because of the supposed convenience. My orders were incorrect more often than not. The staff seems more interested in socializing with one another than providing an accurate order. With the exception of two female employees whose names I can’t remember, the staff was seemed bored most of the time. They also have major issues multitasking. Most of the issues with this location could be fixed simply by hiring competent employees.

Keeping this short. … they Bleep you when u go through the drive thru !!! Why can’t they get it write. You never know if it’s wrong till you get to work and then its to late !!!

This place was a disaster last time I was there about 6 months ago. I came back because it was convenient at the time for my lunch break, and I was impressed at how fast my food came out and the attention I got from the manager lady that was there and the cashier. The place looks brighter much better!

Says there open till 130am… its 1230. please update your info or stay open as your hours indicate so that people don’t waste there time. .good thing there was a McDonald’s next door. they got my business

I have never before received such terrible service in any restaurant. Was ordering to go and kid taking drive thru orders was sarcastic, rude, and cutting me off mid-​sentence. It’s not my fault you don’t like you’re job! He continued giving attitude As he was handing us our order and rolling his eyes. He also forgot to give us the free cinnabon delights and we purchased two iced coffees. (I get that its free) but you not liking us is not an excuse to not hand us something. We ended up walking in to ask for them but he could «only give us one.» I hope someone does something about him and properly trains all their employees. (I work in customer service too) I felt stressed and insulted by him and my husband did as well. You’re lucky i didn’t get your name or receipt kid!! i would have definitely complained. Might try calling manager. Smh taco bell. P. S. the iced coffee was absolutely terrible! would steer clear of that if i were you.

I give this Taco Bell 4 stars for being so convenient. The drive-​thru is open until 3am! Most of the Taco Bell locations in the area close at 9pm. The food is decent, typical Taco Bell food. Not old or dry, like some Taco Bell restaurants I’ve been to (some have old tortillas and dry beans). I never order meat because I’m vegetarian, but the rice, beans and cheese are on point! Good portions. Good location.

I order a family value pack 12 tacos with sour cream the drive thru girl couldn’t understand my order so a different girl took my order and finally got my order and we paid about 20 bucks. Whatever the point is we paid for our food at least give us the right order. I won’t be returning. At least not to this taco bell. I Feel As The Girls Thought This Would Be Funny.

Worst fast food experience at this restaurant. The employees were rude and laughed at my whole experience there. I ordered a black cherry freeze and the girl at the drive through did not put the lid on correctly causing it to spill on my WHITE SHIRT. I then had asked another employee to put it in a different container and he literally just put the whole cup in another cup. Like really? PUT SOME FREEZE IN A REGULAR FOUNTAIN DRINK CUP. Do I have to make it that specific. Then I went home and called the restaurant and the manager said «can we offer you another freeze?» NO! Is that really all they can do? When I asked for a general manager all he said was he’s not here. Wouldn’t give me any more information. Then I asked for a corporate number and he said «we’re a franchise» no wonder it was so awful there. worst Taco Bell ever.

Their latest black bean burrito is nice to take care of your appetite for few hours! In general, Taco Bell has lot of vegetarian choices, at a reasonable price, 24 hours a day!

As I got older I noticed that I could no longer eat at this place unless I wanted to punish myself and my restroom. So I do not visit often.
As of recently though I noticed that they added some desserts to their menu. The new desserts consist of,…some Cinnamon Twisty thing,…cookie sandwich, and a Caramel Apple Empanada. I have admittedly been addicted to the Caramel Apple Empanada and have been stopping by regularly for it. Which isn’t a good thing for my gut, but I figure why not here n there right? I can’t cut out all the devilishly tasty things from my diet hehe Oh and the Cookie Sandwich is pretty tasty too. They take 2 triangular shaped chocolate chip cookies and then sandwich them with some cream filling (Think Lil-​Debbies Oatmeal Cream pie)
As far as everything else,…I only really use the Drive-​Thru. It’s always a smooth transition. I can’t speak for the daytime shifts because I’m usually at work, but the night-​time shift definitely does a great job. Plus there’s this younger guy that works the window at night and he always does a great job plus he’s polite and he has a great easily understood speaking voice (which isn’t to common when it comes to most Taco Bell Drive-​Thru)
On a side note: When TB released the Doritos Loco Taco last year I was addicted to that dang thing for a couple weeks. It’s reallly tasty and the only reason I cannot keep eating it is back to the same reason I don’t eat here regularly (see beginning of review lol)

Rude and CAN NOT get an order right!

i love taco bell! i can prolly eat here every day and not get sick of it, but unfortunatly its not the healthiest… this location is okey with me. They dont take long on the drive through and its usually clean. THe only problem i have with it is the last couple times iv been there, they always forget to put something in my order. Its kind of annoying but i always call them and they say their sorry and usually take care of a couple things next time. Mistakes happen so i get over it.

This place is total bullsh! t… The employees are dumb as phuck and the place is always dirty. I went there the other day because my coworker wanted to and I ordered two .99 cent burritos. I was charge 1.50 ea. WTF. I told the cashier to look at the menu and another idiot manager walked over and both saw that the menu price was less but insisted that I pay the larger amount because the sign was wrong. Of course I left the dump and wen elsewhere. To top it off they don’t use paper tray covers and have no hot sauce on display. You have to ask for the sauce and the most they will give regardless of your order size is TWO PACKS. I hate this location and hope it closes.
