My complaint goes to the guy who took my order on 2÷20÷16 at around 10:00AM at drive-thru He wore black glasses and he was Hispanic. He got no communication skill to be work in any type of service industries. Manager should train their employess how to greet and interface with customer. Basically, manager failed to do so. He took my order and I asked simple question. He ignored my question and kept on saying«Anything else», Fine with that… all they serve is same thing anyway. At the drive-thru, he got my card without saying anything(normally they say how much it is), then all I heard from him was«any hot sauce???» He gave me food without saying Thank you. I have seen this guy twice(about same time Saturday morning) but both time, he had freaking attitude with minimal communication. You should fire this guy because without knowing people are not coming to this location. Already reported to taco bell website about this guy and see if they do something about it. Update: 2÷20÷164:30PM Manager called and offered me free food. It is good to hear that they actually read my complaints and do something about it. I will not go back there but it was very kind of manager to offer me some kind of compensation. I feel bad for that guy but someone gotta say and he needs to know that the way he works is wrong. Will give 3 star just because they did something.

Pull up to the drive thru guy hesitates to take my order then after repeating my order 4 times to the guy he took 5 minutes to think it over and finally said something. Pull up to the window he hands me my drink with the lid off and I spilled it on me… not the biggest fan of the service

If I ask for fire sauce and you give me a bunch of hot, I just get home and throw them in the trash.

Ghost Pepper Burrito Overall, I mostly like it. The first time I heard the commercials for the ghost pepper burrito, «Is this even legal?» line, I wanted to test out how spicy they would make it. I had my bias and knew that it can NOT possibly be that spicy, too many wimps out there would cry and complain. So i got it, only $ 1.08 total! But boo it was tiny =/Well I sort of figured that one out but the burrito calling me was too much to resist. I even asked for extra hot sauce just in case. The person making my burrito either forgot they had it on the grill press or it was done intentionally but I like how the browned toritilla was crispy. Within that first bite, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a bit spicy. Not Illegal spicy, but more so than I would’ve thought an establishment such as this would have. Along with the hint of heat, they threw in some chips for a nice crunchy texture, nacho cheese, and«ground beef». It took longer paying for it than for me to eat it but that’s what I get with $ 1.08. So in the future would I eat this again? Probably not, but it was worth me trying.

My order was wrong, the chicken soft taco was wet, quesadilla was a mess and half assed cut so with the sauce mostly on the outside it was a mess to eat in the car… Thankfully I was not the one driving. Nothing really tasted right overall but that wet chicken taco was the winner and really earned this one star.

Tables have a smelly mildew smell. Some of the workers act very uneducated. I looked into my tea and there was a little bug with wings. Yuck!

One of the worst Taco bell management ever seen. No Curtsy to customers, no customer relationship skills at all. We were there to get food and it said clearly that closes at 11pm but a lady there by the name of Fedaly shut the doors on us and started making excuses. I will prefer going some other place than this taco bell.

Food is good, service is ok. When I opened the main door I almost trip with the trash can in the middle of the way. The place was empty, clean, and the condiments were well stocked.

Heading to work down the street at downtown diseny, and as i wait, for my order, the manager is a couple tables from me. Not sure if she cares, but shes on the phone discussing gossip about other managers of different taco bell restaurants. Its quite disturbing, to me, as the customer. Otherwise, food is good, like it should be. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Taco bell always hots the stop. Just, not when the manager is bad mouthing other managers and her own employees over the phone.

I had a craving for Taco Bell… I know… what? And it was good today. The food was good and they gave me all the items that I ordered and they were made correctly.

This is a good Taco Bell location. I like that it’s close to M&M donuts so I can pick up late night munchies in one fell swoop! The drive thru is also open until 3am on the weekends(or at least Friday and Saturday night) which is also very convenient for us night owls and if you’re coming back form a concert, bar or club with your designated driver! They have the dollar menu much like any other Taco Bell. Nice employees and decent tasting food. This is my favorite Taco Bell in the area.

Went to this Taco Bell today. I ordered three items and they got two of them wrong. That should be one star right? I’ll give them two in good faith

Taco Bell is the worst place for a vegetarian to go to. They have a bunch of idiots working here who can’t read. For the fifth time today, I order food with beans substituted for beef. The drive thru order screen clearly states it and so does my receipt. I have no idea what those idiots do or if they are dyslexic, because they always seems to mess up every single time. This is very annoying and I will never be going back to this location ever again. I’ve emailed and sent out complaints to Taco Bell directly but since when does Taco Bell care about anything else besides money? Its been over a month and they are still MIA. I tell all my friend not to go to Taco Bell. Del Taco for the win, better quality of food and its cheaper… and THEYNEVERMESSUP!

Went drive thru to order my usual. The drive thru cashier, Molly(I think) was really nice and friendly. She gave me my order and i was anxious to try my crunchwrap after many failed attempts from other locations. Normally, I always order it with extra cheese and other places don’t exactly seem to actually include extra cheese. I got home and was totally satisfied with my crunchwrap!!! Best crunchwrap I’ve EVER had in years! i think I found my favorite store! The crunchwrap was huge and definitely had extra cheese. The right amount of everything: meat, tomato, lettuce, and CHEESE!

I cant believe it! I just waited 15 mins in the drive through for a simple order, 2 combos meals with 2 drinks. I get home, zero napkins and 2 packs of fire sauce. Thats the last time I ever eat here. My visit was at 5 pm and they were already slacking

Stopped by here for a quick bite to eat on the way into work a few days ago. I used the drive through and order my standard burrito supreme and two soft tacos. The mechanical voice just said. Okay. No thanks. No pull forward. No amount I pulled forward got my food and left. I hate any establishment where the employees have no enthusiasm at all in their bodies. Funny thing is I know many business owners and managers are always looking for sharp young kids to hire. Many kids don’t realize they’re out there selling themselves everyday. The person who could change your life could be your next customer.

One out of two items were wrong, and I went inside to avoid the drive thru. Really uneducated people must work there, just go to the real Mexican food restaurant by food for less, there you get what you ordered. There is no phone number to call this place either, so you know they are worried about what the customer says. The phone number listed is a fax. How conviennent… Don’t waste your time.
