This lady washes my clothes everyday and does the best job at hemming my pants and dresses. I love my mom!

Okay, so there are dry cleaning services everywhere and for me, it’s all about building a good relationship with a place that keeps me coming back as a customer. Let’s be honest, the service for a cleaners needs to be dependable and your clothes need to come back clean, it’s that simple. Swift Cleaners definitely gets the job done in that department. What I liked about this place was the service. The owner was really friendly and gave me a very good turnaround time on my dress shirts. Some places, you go in, they look at you, hold out their hand for you to drop your clothes into, scribble something on paper, and then quote you a time to come back. It’s usually a pretty stale process. When I came into Swift, the owner was warm in her greeting, handled my shirts carefully, and even asked if i was in the area and said that I looked like a nice person, lol. Compliments go along way and I definitely want to bring more business here.

Great local place for dry cleaning and stitch work. Turned in a few stained shirts and they came back pretty much brand new. Fairly priced too. The lady working was very helpful and the place seemed really clean. I have some pants that need to be taken in (been hitting that gym!) and I think I found the spot to do it!

I guess i dealt with the new owners, She was pretty nice and courteous. Did a pretty awesome job hemming my pants, highly recommended!

There’s a new owner! She’s such a nice lady. If you ask her to get your dry cleaning done earlier, she’s so willing and kind. I definitely recommend coming here!

If there was a way to give zero I would. Rudest person I’ve felt with in a very long time. Went for a quote and she charged 5x more than another place I’ve been to she actually said that’s what it is like or leave! Ya never coming back to this place

Walked in on thursday. Wanted my sons pants dry cleaned. The lady was very very rude. She told me tuesday and when i was going to say that wouldn’t work she was waving her hands like hurry up. So i took my sons pants and walked out.

Yeah, I gave one star, but they deserve it.
I walked in all excited cause I finally found a cleaners near my house. As they were sorting through my clothes, they told me they would have to write my name on my shirts (which I have encountered before, and don’t know why a better system isn’t in place). They also repeatedly mentioned that dark shirts shouldn’t be laundered, which I agree with, but I’m way to frugal to dry clean them all. They also said that certain shirts couldn’t be laundered and I would need to dry clean them. OK, I’ve been going to a few cleaners for the past 10 years and they all don’t have a problem with this. All the while, they were explaining to the person next to me why is shirt got lost.
Seriously, why would you make a customer pay $ 3.50 to dry clean a cheap shirt? It’s like, Gap and Alfani. Please.
So I understand you have certain recommendations, but seeing how I actually know what I want, do you really want to keep trying to up-​sell me? I finally said «See ya» and threw my fab clothes in my laundry bag and left.
