Stepping Stones Learning Center

My daughter started going in December 2015. At first I was skeptical about the daycare. then I notice my daughter was happy and the teachers are so loving ms. Annie, ms. Bernice and ms. Rakshani I think that her name. Plus my daughter is cloth diaper and they were okay with it she never had a diaper rash for me it means they always change her diaper on time.

Since I first stepped foot in here the vibes were off. My instincts told me and I didn’t listen. I figured it was because I had high standards. I mean reasonably so these are my children and I only want the best for them. For starters the place doesn’t seem that clean and I removed my son after seeing a baby with a runny nose literally dripping down past his chin down to his shirt. It didnt sit well with me that day as i left to work, knowing that my infant son was there in that same room. So i called and called for about 3 hours straight and there phone was off the hook. I brought it to the directors attention later that afternoon when I picked up my baby and she seemed shocked and upset but still there’s that little voice in my head telling me that somethings just not right. Long story short i just don’t feel that their Heart is in it. When choosing a daycare for my kids i look for compassion and genuinely caring people and Stepping stones is just not it. I do appreciate Ms Charity waving the 2 week notice so that my son could start a new daycare the following week.
Also the place is super hot they hardly ever run the AC.

Do not go to this place, it smells bad
