Longest wait ever… every time you go in. One check stand open and there are other workers there, but they don’t open another lane. It’s torture.

I really love shopping at this Stater Bros only complaint is that it’s a busy busy Saturday night and Angel Sanchez whom I’m assuming is manager should have more than 2 registers open. Help your customers out and your 2 employees whom are working their butt off trying to get through the line.

Had a great experience. I really only leave reviews when a place is great or really bad. This place was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Customer service is very important to me in this crowded world and they nailed it. I was an out of towner and they treated me like a regular. Thanks for all your help.

Decent neighborhood market. Id give it another half star if I could. I’m not expecting red carpet treatment like others on here, but for the most part Staters doesn’t let me down. I’ve been coming here since before it was a Staters… Albertsons matter of fact. Anyway, for a large fried chicken order they didn’t mess around. Called a couple days before holiday weekend & they had my chicken ready. Actually they had to call me to remind me to pick it up. I go weekly to buy hand carved ham & cheese for my kid, & the deli ladies are always nice and quick. Yes the cashiers engage in personal conversation, and a couple times a cashier seemed really standoffish so I avoid his lane. Normally the cashiers are courteous. I like that their prices are better than Ralph’s and they’ve got my ATM in the store. It’s an average store in an average neighborhood.

I was absolutely blown away by the service received today, and you normally would have to travel hours to get the kind of craft beer selection that they have here at this stater. Even for a holiday the checkout Lines were quick and the staff was very friendly. Even if I have to go a little further away from home because I live by the Cypress store the service I received here has lead me to come here instead.

Visited Anaheim as a tourist and popped in here to stock up the kitchen in our rental. The grocery was like any other grocery but what stood out was the people, and not just the store employees. We got smiles and hellos just walking into the store from other shoppers! And the employee were friendly and helpful too. The beer and wine section was pleasantly stocked with a nice variety of choices.

Newly remodeled they have an organic line and two redbox kiosks they also display when lotto is big on each cash register line. I like that b/​c I dont always play lotto so when there’s a big pot I grab a quick pick

Been coming here for years. Friendly and hardworking staff, for the most part I get what I’m looking to buy. Yes lines are long even in the express lines which is 15 items or less to me it doesn’t matter this is my neighborhood stater brothers.

I’m not really a Stater Brothers customer, however I needed a money order and went inside. The employees are very nice, courteous and genuinely helpful. The store is very clean. They have a security guard inside by the sliding doors. It is located in a large shopping center with a huge parking lot and with many other shops and restaurants. I’m not a huge fan of their food selection, quality and prices, however. But as far as good service, quick grocery and friendly checkout, this is the place to go.

This store has really turned around for the better! My go to for groceries, and now craft beer (they carry my favorite brewery… STONE!). Really enjoy coming into this store, and it helps that it’s clean and everyone working is very kind and helpful.

Fresh and affordable produce! Has all the veggies/​ingredients i need. And produce manager was very helpful, and even walked me to the aisle to help me find the stuff i need. Anything good customer service is A+

I’m quit impressed by the prices here. I’ve only been here a few times but go to purchase a few products. Be sure to check out the cereal aisle.. The redbox selection is also pretty impressive. Definitely worth checking out!

Store looks great after the remodel, my favorite groceries store around, great customer service and knowledgeable employees in every department and besides been a great store they have unbeatable pricing, specially in my favorite department with their daily fresh cuts of meat, so I recommend everyone stoping by and having a fresh made sandwich from the deli

The entire store has been completely renovated. Great craft beer selection and you can’t beat the meat! Ha. I frequent this store and things have really improved in the last 6 months. Store is always clean now, stocked with the best meats, produce and again beers. Today being Wednesday, I went for my usual trip after work since it’s double ads Wednesday! Staters is a no brainer because of the prices.

This really is the worst grocery store I’ve ever been in.
The selection is terrible in every department. The quality of produce and meat is abysmal. The selection of alcohol brands caters to the Popov buying demographic.
Worst of all: the lines. On a good day, you’re looking at a 10 — 15 minute wait.
Someone in some regional Stater Bros office needs to reevaluate this place because I have been to nice ones. This store is just pathetic and I’ll spend the extra money at Ralph’s if it means getting in and out in five minutes with the thing I want.

This place rules. They are totally renovating/​upgrading the place and they’ve at least tripled their beer selection. It used to be 90% crap beer (Bud, Miller, Coors, etc) but now they are stocking a bunch of microbrews and local beers. Also, their butcher counter rocks compared to other stores in the area. Plus, we are able to get some organic products here (not as much as I’d like, but still as much, if not more, than their competitors). Lastly, they have decent prices and you don’t need to sign up for a stupid «club card» to get ‘em! Win-​win.

The store is always busy but they are doing some remodeling and it’s going to look great! They even have a better beer selection. That’s a plus!
