Starbucks

Well, what I found today in my drink has cured Starbucks addiction. Buyer beware. I am going to be adding a photo of what was found. There were more but those made it into my mouth and spit out!

I stopped by here quickly on my drive to work, I was surprised with how «empty» this place was in the morning. There is ample amount of parking space available. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I didn’t quite had time to make small talk with my barista since I was in a rush to get to work and was running late, I guess she didn’t bother to start any conversation either. One needs to go inside a little bit rather than it being closer to 91 freeway exit.

Today was the last time I come here. I would mainly come to this one and not the one down the street because the one down the street not only took forever to get my one drink ready but they were super rude. The people at this one seem a bit nicer BUT they always get the order wrong. I don’t know why I kept on going but like I said, last time! I ordered a CARMEL FRAP and got a COFFEE frap, seriously how do they even sound the same? I didn’t bother saying anything cuz I was already late for work, but really? I pay money to get what I want, it’s not free, so it really sucks not getting what you ordered. All the Starbucks around this area suck, very poor customer service and they lack service and social skills. Needless to say, no more starbucks before work.

I would recommend taking the time to go to the Starbucks down the street. The barista who took my order was more worried about getting there own outside food order. On top of that I had to reach over grab my own receipt, pretty much completing my own order. The attentiveness towards there customers just wasn’t there. I’ve been going to this location since it’s opened in the Ralph’s for its quickness and short line. Over that time I’d say 50% of my drinks aren’t made to the Starbucks standard. I guess the saying is right, fast isn’t all was good.
In all, if you want a quick coffee fix, no lines and take that gamble on your $ 5 drink id recommend this Starbucks.

I will never go back to this Starbucks again. The girl today was so rude! I was asking questions about the size of the drinks. I guess she didn’t like that. About 4 people were in line after me. They got there drinks before me. Then she came over and made my drink. When it was done it looked like water with 2 raspberries in it. I told Her I don’t want the drink anymore and I want my money back. She said why? I said I just want it back that’s all. I got my money back and won’t go there again.

The service is really bad from now on my family and I will drive a bit further to the other one… Time management sucks the workers are rude and need to be checked asap. If I were to be a manager here they all would be fired or going threw intensive customer service training. I would not recommend anyone to this location and I shop at Ralph’s on a daily bases

Id do a zero if the app would let me. No one in line when I got there soon as I ordered 5 – 6 others came. Instead of making my one grande caramel frap he took all their orders. Then made mine 17 minutes later and he forgot the add shots freaking joke. Don’t come here if you expect great service or even the right drink.

My favorite Starbucks around. The baristas are attentive and always get my order right!!! I usually show up around 8 pm so theres really no one else getting coffee. FYI they close at 9 pm and open at 5 am.
