Hot White chocolate mocha with no whip cream is my go-​to drink.
I was impressed with the fast customer service today… Great job guys! I drove into the lot at 0640. There was 6cars ahead of me and I drove out with my hot mocha by 0648.

Slow in drive-​thru at off peak times. 4 Employees playing and bantering inside. No line inside. Put peppermint in my hot chocolate for the kids. Had to throw it away Bc I had already waited through the drive-​thru and walked inside & waited to fix MY drink and got back into the car with kids by the time we realized. They had given me a Macchiatto instead of mocha and when I asked for the replacement they said its Bc mocha looks like macch. Really? I don’t care. If that’s the case pay better attention since you KNOW it’s a problem. Smh.

Worst service ever. The guy at the window didn’t want to give me my discount from my reward card until I insisted. He said next time they aren’t going to give me my discount because he doesn’t know the codes. Not sure how that’s my problem

Great place to get coffee and get it fast!
I love Evelyn and after meeting her I don’t even need to take my son to Disneyland because she makes that place the happiest place on earth.

The only reason I enjoy coming back to this location is because of Evelyn! Whether it’s the drive thru or walk in, she always has a smile on her face and a happy attitude! That’s what I enjoy so early in the morning rather than a grumpy employee who just wants to keep the line moving. Thank you Evelyn for always having an up beat attitude and always making my mornings worth it! :)

My boyfriend and I go to this Starbucks location about twice a day. We always look forward to seeing the friendly staff at the drive-​thru window. These guys work so hard at keeping the line moving, making the drinks correctly and making sure the customer leaves satisfied. There has always been one particular employee that makes our day just by being there. Evelyn!!! every time she has handed our drinks to us she has had the biggest and brightest smile on her face. I always look forward to Evelyn working because we know our drinks are made perfectly to our liking and her positive vibe and smile are so contagious. Starbucks: hire more people like Evelyn and give this girl a raise! She deserves it!

Yeah, I know it’s Starbucks so you are fairly certain about what you’re getting. However, since the mobile app has started online ordering, I’ve noticed a huge difference in the Starbucks I frequent. This one has done a stellar job of continuing their drive-​thru and in-​store operations and still meeting the mobile order time frame. It might not seem like a huge deal but it is! I’ve seriously waited longer for mobile orders than people ordering in-​person at several locations. Not here! They are on time and, sometimes, even early!
The biggest tip I have for this location though is not to use the drive-​thru! It takes forever because no one coming here wants to get out of the car. Whether you order in-​person or on the app, you are going to get in and out way faster than if you took the drive thru.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the fifth time that I have come to the Starbucks and order something and found out that they don’t have it. They have absolutely no nondairy options at this point because they are all out! Their manager sucks and this is pathetic.

This Starbucks is horrible. I recently moved and have had to choose a new Starbucks to hit on my new route to work. I’ve gone about 5 times and each time my drink is fail. I have to literally throw it in the trash. All I get is a venti vanilla iced coffee with extra cream and they can never get it right. There’s either just a tiny bit of ice that melts in about 1 hour, not enough cream, or not enough vanilla sweetener! If I ask for extra ice then it’s filled to the top with not even enough room to put my straw. I can’t win! Also, the line for the drive thru takes forever!
I will not be coming back to this Starbucks!

It does not stay open till midnight!!!
Their café at least, been here twice to find out the hard way but need a place to study while waiting for family member at the hospital ongoing monthly thing and because of the time I get here right before they close at 8pm!!! 8 yeah we can sit outside but there’s no AC it’s hot and you can hear all the busy traffic.
I think the reason they close is they get a lot of bad traffic aka homeless, weirdos who only come in to use the restroom and even the people in the café don’t have drinks in front of them. I’ve seen plenty of normal parties trying to get in after 8.
This is beyond weird to me also my drink sucked. Just because I ask for easy ice doesn’t mean you should add more milk. Add more of the things that make the drink a drink and not just straight up milk.
This is why I hate Starbucks but I have nowhere else to go.

Came through the drive thru this morning and was happily greeted by a Megan a sweet red head with short hair. She was very personable, and asked how my day was, and even made a joke. I got my usual venti iced coffee, and it was perfect, not to much milk and only 3 pumps of white mocha. Megan even made a recommendation saying that she usually does white mocha and toffee nut. I decided I’ll have to come back and try that! I will definitely be back to this location. They were fast, nice and friendly.

This Starbucks stays very busy… It’s so convenient for our office, we always go here with a list of an order for everybody !!! But beware, The staff is lazy, and they seem to be led by the rudest person I’ve ever met at any Starbucks that I’ve gone to, in fact I’ve included a picture. This lady turned me away on a 20 drink order and she gave me an attitude that I will never forget.

Seriously I can’t believe I haven’t been to this location since my hospital is so close to it! I’ve usually been going to the one on Tustin Ave by the Vons!
My sister took me here on the way to an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised! Of course it’s going to be a CF during peak times but you just need to be patient! I did like that the handicap parking was right in front, and the inside is very nice and open, compared to how it looks like on the street! What gives it 4 stars is the super nice barista! She was so friendly to every customer and gave everybody a smile! Most baristas have a bad attitude and aren’t engaging!
A smile goes a long way! ^_​_​^

It has finally dawn on me that today’s young adult generation for the most part is completely unaware of what service to client means. I ordered the new Tea mango black tea lemonade without ice in the largest cup. I say of course, cause there is 1 in 20 Starbucks that suck in service. About the only Starbucks in the area that has decent service is on the corner of Orangethorpe and Euclid.
Back to the story. The barista doesn’t get the memo and puts ice in my cup. I politely ask to please remove the ice. I observe the ordeal and notice that the ratio of ice to liquid is about half, freaking unbelievable.
Don’t forget. Starbucks just raised they prices. Well, if your willing to pay for less than what your getting, by all means bottoms up Jack,

Starbucks, you never fail to disappoint me! My friend and I usually come here to get our caffeine fix before class. What I love about this location is that they have a drive-​thru! It can get pretty busy.
As always, my iced green tea lemonade & passion tea apple juice are always refreshing! Love Starbucks! =)
