Sarah’s Wedding Coordination

My wedding/​reception was approx 250 guests, bridal party of 20 and held at a car museum with a food truck. Lots of things could have gone wrong but didn’t because of my day-​of wedding coordinator, Sarah. As the bride I knew I didn’t want to have to worry about anything on my wedding day and Sarah made everything run smoothly. We had three meetings before the big day and each meeting helped me work out things that I had not thought of. The venue we chose had a site coordinator but from past experiences as part of bridal parties I had seen this create problems for brides when that is the only coordinator they had. Sarah was the go-​between for all issues that came up between the bridal party, vendors, and site coordinator. I am certain my day would not have been as stress-​free and perfect without Sarah! I would highly recommend her services for anyone planning a wedding that wants to be able to enjoy their special day and be in-​the-​moment.

As a bride, I worked very hard to be super organized! But I had a problem with wanting to do EVERYTHING myself and not asking for help. You can say I lived by the phrase, «If you want it done right, you have to do it yourself.»
But of course, that’s not (nor should it) be possible for any bride on her special day. When I started working with Sarah, I knew she was the person for me!
Sarah met with me twice and we went over every single detail of the ceremony, and she brought up thoughts and questions I had never even considered. She took all my ideas, concerns, and plans and made them work together so smoothly.
And you won’t believe it, but Sarah was on crutches during our special day! Literally! And even then, everything went perfectly! She’s a superwoman that cannot be stopped.

Sarah was my wedding coordinator. She was terrific! I know many brides feel as if they don’t need a coordinator, but trust me you will want someone who is watching out for you on your special day. Also, she is very affordable so please give her a call. You won’t regret it. Sarah took care of so many things behind the scenes for me during the wedding. It allowed me to just have fun and relax. Plus, the last thing you want is to burden other family members during the wedding. CALL HER! You won’t regret it!!!
