Just placed a phone order for pick up. They say 20min which is perfect because I’m exactly 20 away. Get there & say I’m here to pick up & I get the deer in the highlights look. Girl says she didn’t take my phone order. I think it must be me, I called the wrong location so I check the phone #. Nope I called the right location but they have no idea who took my phone order. So they keep asking what I ordered. My husband had told me what he want when I was on the phone so I knew it was some Italian baked something. I kept thinking I talked to u guys how do u not know what I ordered. I said«that means you never put my order in» & the girl & possibly a manager say«yes». I just leave in disgust because I’m not sitting there waiting to replace my order & have them rush(or possible not rush) make it all wrong or bad when I already ordered. Not coming back

I love this restaurant! This location was nice, not too busy and we were seated promptly. We ordered something without realizing it had an ingredient we didn’t like, our mistake, but the waiter took it back and replaced it with something else with no problems! Service was great and friendly, I’d go back, and reccomend it for anyone that loves pasta, their bread is amazing too :)

I’ll update again when I eat here again but I think because the reviews and my expectations were so low I was presently surprised. I ordered the chicken parm and it was the biggest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen for chicken parm, it was breaded nicely and had tasty roasted tomatoes on top. The pasta was that of a chain Italian restaurant, not fresh and basic in taste. I wouldn’t expect anything more there. The bread was good, soft and went very well with the oil and vinegar. I also ordered the Mac n cheese bites for a appetizer which were just okay. Nothing special but nothing terrible so that was alright. Cheesecake for desert: so-so obviously not the best cake, as I doubt this is their specialty but it was so-so is all I can really say. I could be okay getting it again or not. Overall 3.5 stars and I was happy with my food here and would come back when I’m having a craving for Italian food and can’t make it to one of the top places on my normal list of Italian dinning.

Sit in the bar and order appetizers. My wife love the blood red orange martini. I am a wine snob and the house red blend is delicious. Recommendation: Recommend the Anaheim Hills location because service and bartenders are above average. Patrick is best. Superb!

This place has gone to hell. Horrific food. We had a large party and everyone ordered something different. It was all disgusting.

I see why all the locations closed near the Portland, OR area. Very fancy looking place. Started off with a local California IPA, which was good comparing to Oregon Brews. Also had a water which was as expected comparing to Oregon fresh water. Had the bread and vinegar which was amazing and used an awesome knife that cut through the bread like butter. Got the Chicken Alfredo. Sauce was great(Olive Garden is best of course). Noodles were too long and a little harder than I like. I do have to say, the chicken was absolutely DISGUSTING. Even Mc Donald’s «fake» chicken is better. Their chicken tastes refrigerated and gummy-like. Paid like $ 3.00+tax for it and only ate 2 pieces. Our hole table ended up not eating it at all. Portions were huge. Great way to save money with the family by splitting dinner.

We’ve always love coming to dinner here. But, have not been here for a while. We’ve notice some changes. There is a faster service, the food comes out very fast. It’s a good thing, but the food quality is bad. It’s like fast food with a server. I ordered the blacken chicken with Angel hair paste. The chicken was preserved so much it did not have any chicken flavor left in it. The paste was so salty and oil. This place is on our baned list.

Ordered Take Out and my order was a big disappointment. My kids Mac n Cheese was under cooked. My Pasta Milano chicken was burnt and pasta under cooked as well. Then went back and order something else but turned out not appetizing as well. Looks like the Cooks need more training.

First time dining at this location. Upon arrival for dinner, the parking lot was empty. We were coming there to use a coupon(warning sign) that we had to use at this location. There were about 30 people in the resturant, so it was easy to be seated. We were a party of two, and we were offered a small booth for two, or a table. Why we’re we not offered one of the other larger booths which seat 4? Ordered lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and a side salad. Salad was pretty good. The normal fresh rosemary bread was a bit dry(i.e. not fresh). When asked if they had a knife to cut the bread we were offered a large non-serrated knife. Maybe someone needs to know, bread knives are serrated, and trying to use the knife provided did nothing… we reverted to the tear method. Service was a bit slow given the meager crowd, and we were told on one occasion the kitchen was backed up… wow, I wonder what they do when they set people in the other half of the resturant, or at the tables? The lasagna was very dry. Had to ask for more sauce to make it palatable. It was warm but not hot. The thick layer of cheese on top just slid off whenever you tried to cut it as there was nothing holding it together. Usually lasagna has more internal ingredients like ricotta or mozzarella which act as a binder, and make the whole thing a melted dish. There were layers with just sausage crumbs between noodles. how is tr hat supposed to bind? The bottom of the lasagna was tough and burnt, obviously overcooked at some point in its life. My wife had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken added. Sauce seemed pretty salty, not sure if they tried to add salt or they use a more salty type of cheese. The accompany chicken was not hot. We informed the server and she took it back and returned later. not sure what was done, as the temperature didn’t change much. Seem they probably use frozen precooked chicken, and just don’t heat it long enough. Had cheesecake for dessert. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. We give this location a solid 2, based on the food quality and service.

We were starving and this place was literally in front of us. Ordered 2 for $ 9.50 appetizers, lobster ravioli & mama trio’s. 2 for $ 9.50 appetizers: we picked mozzarella fonduta & ricotta meatballs, based on the waiter’s recommendation. The fonduta was served with pita bread and it was actually not bad. The meatballs were also okay and it was served with a slightly spicy, yummy marinara sauce. The meatballs were actually the best dish of the night. Lobster ravioli($ 18.00): I found pieces of lobster shell inside the ravioli. I was pretty disappointed with this dish because it wasn’t tasty enough and was just fishy. I almost never found lobster ravioli that I didn’t like. Mama Trio’s($ 17.00): lasagna, chicken parmesan and cannelloni bolognese. This dish was just messy and horrible. Everything was dry and salty. I took a bite of everything and couldn’t stop laughing. Yes, it’s that bad! Our waiter was very clumsy, but he was super nice. 2 stars! That was my second visit to Macaroni Gill and I was still not impressed. Romano’s Macaroni Grill is not yummylicious!

Ok, we decided to try this place again, What a mistake! This place is getting worse!!! The service is just beyond the worst I have ever had and lack of. Waited so long for everything it is not worth it any more. We ordered a glass of wine and the bar tender took off somewhere. he did not return for a few minutes. When he did he was busy cleaning glasses and review other orders he had from the other servers. We finally got our wine. We asked if we could order and the bartender asked us to wait a minute. he was still bust doing something else. we finally ordered and finished the glass of wine. we waited so long for our meal and for another glass of wine it was absolutely ridicules! I cant believe this place still gets people to visit. I guess its the name. Regardless someone needs to really take over and make sure customers are served properly. We are paying for this bad service? it sucks to say the least. I would recommend you go somewhere else. Really. The service is that bad. Everyone waiting for service. This is so bad. The manager should be talked to but we did not want to spend any more time waiting… Omg is this place bad… I wish you could give it a negative 10… They deserve it!
