Red Wing Shoe Store

Terribly disappointed in Red Wing boots and the Anaheim store. I have been buying Red Wing boots exclusively for many years. I brought in a newer pair of their higher end boots to this store for what I feel is a defective shoe. It was explained to me that the ONLY reason my issue had occurred was mistreatment of the shoe (the scenario that the manager had described as to why this happened was simply not the case) and since each store is independently owned
and operated there was little to no incentive for them to help me. I was left with two choices; find a shoe repair guy that can fix them or throw them in the trash.
Two thumbs down for Red Wing and the Anaheim store.

Ive lived in Anaheim most of my life and I never noticed this Red Wing store. My experience here was great, awesome customer service and the boots themselves are amazing quality. thank you so much!

By Far Thee best Red Wing store in Orange County!
I’ve been to a few and none compare to this location because the customer service is just Great here.
Recently i got some new 875’s from a different location and did not have the receipt, so instead of shipping these out i tried my luck at the Red Wing Store in Santa ana and even though they were nice about it they simply said «We can’t help you out».
I was heading home when i decided to try my luck at this location and Doug helped me no questions asked. Sam who works there was also very helpful helping me find the perfect size and they even let me exchange them for the 10 875 model which i thought
was Awesome!
I will for sure be coming back to this place from now on for all my boot needs.

I came here to purchase some work safety shoes! The location was a bit hard to find, so FYI — it’s located a couple of blocks down from the Kaiser Permanente building and the 91 freeway Euclid exit.
I worked with Dave, who was super nice and helpful. He has such a chipper attitude and really made my experience very pleasant! :) I was recovering from a cold that day and he even offered me some cough drops! Super nice guy. He allowed me to try on a ton of different types of shoes — and certainly made a point of putting each shoe on for me, using a gold shoe horn! Dave informed me that he does this because he’s «old school» and really believes in giving his customers the same level of customer service that was to be expected in the good ol’ days. I really appreciated that!
Unfortunately, the first time I came in, they didn’t have the exact shoes I wanted in my size. I also had a difficult time deciding between steel-​toed and regular soft-​toed shoes. However, Dave encouraged me to keep looking into different styles online to see what I liked, as well as allowed me to take some pictures of the models they carried in store. I later called back and asked Dave to order several different styles in my size.
Approximately 3 weeks later, Dave called me up to let me know my shoes had come in. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to order all of the models I had asked for, as some of the shoes only become available as the seasons change. With that, I came back to the store, tried on two different pairs of shoes and immediately made a decision from there. I was in and out on my second visit in literally 10 minutes and received great customer service from Dave, as usual!
Overall, I had an excellent experience — and best of all, I LOVE my new shoes! They’re super comfortable and very durable. Best of all, they’re slip-​resistant, so a clutz like me can run around in the rain, without worrying about tripping! :) If I could give Red Wing Shoes just one piece of feedback, I would hope they could carry a bigger selection of shoes in the future for women, as the store mostly consists of men’s shoes. I also wish they could make more stylish safety shoes for women, considering the men have some really nice and rather trendy collections, such as the Heritage collection! Nonetheless, the service and quality of the shoes still make me a fan of this place!

Okay, my feet hurt from the lack of arch support I have. I went to Red Wings and got shoes, and arch supports that they sell. I even bought a belt from them. I have been wearing Red Wings shoes for 5 years now. I buy a new pair each year, because I wear them everyday. They are sooo comfortable. If I wear my tennis shoes, I take out the arch supports from Red Wings and use them instead. If you need wide shoes, arch supports, or any other type of shoe, I highly recommend Red Wings. Oh, and by the way, a lot of their shoes are still made in the USA.

I went to 2 locations in search of work shoes, this one and the one in Santa Ana. Both had awesome service. I learned about what shoes were the best for me; they pretty much had everything I needed in a slip-​resistant, comfortable shoe at a pretty good price. I thought it was kind of weird that they insisted on putting on and taking off every shoe I tried, but hey, that’s good service for ya! Great quality, great comfort!
