It was my birthday and I was craving blueberry donuts! I called ahead at 10pm or so and asked if there was any fresh ones. Was told no, but to come in an hour or so. I went at 11:30 to discover this was not true. Only one batch of donuts I wasn’t interested in was available. Only gave 2 stars for how affordable mine and my friends order was. We got 3 donuts, 2 single scoops of ice cream and a large coffee. Total unexpectedly came to $ 5.60 but I wouldve rather gone to M&M instead of mislead. Left without what I came for and was underwhelmed by what I received. They served Thrifty ice cream which was a lovely surprise but it was very icy and my bubblegum icecream didnt have bubble gum… just old balla that crumbled into nothing. Bit disgusting. But ok!

I had a craving for donuts a week ago and found this place by my cousin’s house. It’s open 24hr and we were there at 2am and the place was crowded. I was questioning why the place was crowded and one of the patron told me that because they gave a 30% discount. So i thought the donuts were going to be stell. Boy was i wrong’, it was hot & fresh with 30% off. How can you beat that? Service was very good. I highly recommend this place.

Came here around midnight, sure it wasn’t busy but the donuts themselves tasted old. not soft and flaky but rather hard and rock-ish… so now i’m left with 11 donut stones that hopefully my roomies will attempt to eat.

Stopped by this place around 10 pm after searching Unilocal for 24 hour donut shops near Anaheim(we were in town on vacation). When we pulled up there were about 7 bums hanging around outside and inside looked a little suspect. I was very skeptical especially after we went to Randy’s donuts the day before and it was a bust, so I wasn’t expecting much… until I took that first bite. OMG! Soooo good! I thought the donuts looked dry and old in the case, but they were very fresh, soft, and delicious. Don’t let the looks fool you, this place has great donuts.

Can always count on this place for my donut cravings because they’re always open. Stopped by for a dozen donuts after work. In and out in less then 5 minutes.

Fresh donuts every time I go, but don’t go at 7p because they will not have fresh donuts. You gotta go in the morning. The staff is friendly, they usually hook you up with an extra donut or two. They have a verity of donuts. The only bad thing about this place is that on the outside, you have a lot of homeless people just hanging out & it might scare away a few customers. I don’t mind it, I actually buy them donuts but it would be nice if they not hang out right outside the door. Best time to get the best donuts are between 6a-10a

When I came in(around 2pm on a Wednesday) they didn’t have any of the special donuts everyone is talking about. I just grabbed a butterfly, and a couple regular cake donuts with sprinkles. Overall pretty cheap, tastes pretty good, although not as good as some of the other places I have been to like Donuttery and M&M. Plenty of parking and convenient location. The staff is friendly, the lady behind the counter is super sweet. I’ll have to come back when they have a bigger selection.

I agree with the person who said their donuts taste a day old(or more in my opinion). I didn’t come in when the owner who seems to be nice according to reviews was there. And I bought two jalapeño cheese and ham croissants, ate the first and well… They have a long, long way to go until they are seaside for those. But it was a good attempt I guess. I will probably come back one more time but that’s a hard case to make.

Fresh and yummy donuts! I got a dozen for $ 7.00 which is pretty decent. They accept card but charge a extra dollar.

It’s an average donut shop with the basic donuts. $ 7 for a dozen donuts wasn’t too bad. Their blueberry donuts are pretty tasty, but nothing amazing. Their iced coffee was only $ 1.85 but it’s lacking in flavor. Considering there are a number of donut places around, with some competitors offering a wider variety of donuts, you could easily pass this by.

I love their ham and cheese with jalapeño croissants! Seaside is too far for me and these are way bigger. Very nice lady working and loved how talkative she was. Made me feel at home. I love getting my croissant fixes here!

Craved donuts one night, specifically m&m blueberry but the line was too long, even for m&m standards and I was not prepared to wait for an hour or more at 1am. Luckily, this little place is open 24 hours. The smell of fresh donuts wafting in my nostrils as I walked in got me excited. I stood there, looking at my friend, pretending to contemplate whether or not to get a dozen. Who am I kidding? We got an assortment: crumble, chocolate twist, blueberry(super crunchy crust I love it), sugar twist, original glazed, strawberry jelly, and a Homer Simpson pink sprinkle one that tasted delightfully less artificial than it looked. Beware of the guy asking people for money outside of 7 – 11. That would make me feel weird if he walked up to me at 1am asking for money in a parking lot…

I dont even live by here but I cant get enough of these donuts, and I dont even care for donuts. Sometimes I crave them, and my girlfriend loves to get her breakfast fix here, but there really is something special about this place. They will give you 2 free donuts if you buy a dozen in the evening which is pretty nice of them. Their service is always excellent but its near a not so nice location even though it is 100 yards from a new police station which is also how you know its good. I mean if the the police department is willing to spend millions of dollars for a new station, you know they chose it based on its proximity to the best donuts in town!

Donuts from Rainbow Donuts are better and different from many. The flour is fine and better. The owner couple are very friendly. Recommend the glazed twist and the pastries. Yummmmm

Blueberry donuts here are A-OK as are their other donuts and they have a large selection of beverages to chose from.

Not sure what the problem is. The blueberry donuts are not bad. I am sure you are very aware you don’t visit this place for the service. Unfortunately its not worth the drive for blueberry donuts if they are not fresh. Usually you would call to see when they will be making fresh donuts… right? Unfortunately you cannot call this location as they purposely pick up the phone and hang up on you because they do not want to talk to you. Called 2 times and got the same treatment of a quick pick up and hang up.

This review is only for the blueberry donuts they serve. I love that this place is always open, and it beats waiting in line for two hours for a dozen donuts from M&M’s, but the donuts weren’t fresh. They had the donuts sitting out, and simply heated them up and gave them to us. I’ve had my fair share of blueberry donuts, and they’re supposed to have this crispiness and softness in the inside. When the donuts are nuked in the microwave, they lose that crisp outside, and then it’s just mushy and easily broken. I’m glad I have the option of getting these infamous donuts so close to home, but I wish they would make them fresh for you. Oh, and the mariachi music playing inside seemed a little misplaced. Kind of made me laugh.

Of course its owned by Asians. I try to go here during the day because at night you tend to bump into hoodlums. They have delicious bakery goodness and I usually get a ham and cheese croissant sandwich with coffee… Recently, they have started to sell blueberry doughnuts. Hooorah! They are super good but I cant say they are as delicious as the ones from M&Ms. The taste is still scrumptious but its not M&Ms. Consider the no wait for two hours(like M&Ms) for blueberry doughnuts and you come out as a winner. The asian ladies that work here/owners call all the women beautiful. With that being said, dont flatter yourself too much ladies. haha
