Worst customer service ever!!! The lady at cashier had the worst attitude ever. We ordered online for pick up and we had to wait in the store for 20 mins even tho it said it was ready. Worst pizza hut ever. Do not come here, people were already inside complaining!

Bad customers service, Obese guy did not greed us. And was on his phone the whole time we were ordering our food. Order came out wrong.

Everything started out great for the order. They got here 5 mins earlier than the online order said, everything was hot. And then I opened my pizza box and saw it was pan crust instead of thin :(I didn’t call the restaurant because all they would have offered is to send the correct pizza, in which I didn’t have time to wait for. I was bummed, everything else was good.

Ordered my pizza online, came in to pick it up and they made the wrong pizza. He didn’t even apologize and just said they made it wrong and it will be 9 minutes for the next pizza. He could have offered anything for the mistake they did, but that would be good customer service. Last time I’m ordering from here, there are plenty of pizza huts around.

I only ate here once, I usually do delivery. This place is filthy. The employees really need to mop the floor and get rid of the spiderwebs. It doesn’t look good. The service was good. It’s just the cleanliness that I don’t like. The pizzas are alright.

Really horrible. I see that they are busy but for 5 min. I’m left standing at the counter. If someone told me please wait someone will be with me I wouldn’t have much problem. But all the workers just keep looking at me like I shouldnt be there. Pretty rude place. But the food was cheap. You get what you pay.

I went here literally a few minutes ago and let me tell you… the food is good but the service is wack! My pizza was everything I expected; even though they forgot the saracha sauce on top of it, but mistakes happen and I’m too lazy to drive back and complain (plus I should have checked my pizza before I left) But the service here is awful!!! I had two people cut me and when a third attempted to do the same I stood in front of the cashier and she had the nerve to tell me to stand to the side and that she was going to help the gentleman that cut me first. I’m hoping it was an accident, and that the cashier just need to be more aware and didn’t notice me, but being 5’10 I think its hard to not see me! But whatever, theres a million Pizza Hut’s in my area I can go to. I will not be returning and hope they get their customer service together.

I was looking for a good gluten free pizza in my area, and decided to see what pizza hut offered. The $ 10 everything special is going on right now, so I figured, why not. Well I made a horrible decision. The gluten free option is still more than the other pizzas and they are so small (10in). My pizza was so over cooked, that it hurt my teeth to actually bite into it. Won’t be returning.

Not the cleanest place on earth but getting down to the nitty gritty, food is always awesome.

I used to go to Pizza Hut buffets all the time when I was much younger. I was so excited to find another location close by. This Pizza Hut offers a lunch buffet on Mondays-​Fridays only from 11:30am — 1:30pm. Adult buffet is $ 6 and a soft drink is $ 2, so the total comes to about $ 8 per person, which is a great deal. A group of 3 walked in exactly at 11:30. There were no customers at the time. To enjoy the buffet, you need to pay at the front first. I noticed that a lot of the tables were not completely clean. There were crumbs on the tables and seats. When I went to grab my drink from the soda machine, the machine wasn’t on, so I had to alert am employee to turn it on. The utensils, napkins, and red pepper/​parmesan were all on the counter by the soda fountain, which was a bit awkward.
The buffet consisted of a salad bar, various pizzas, pasta, and breadsticks.
Salad bar — The lettuce was not too fresh, but there were a lot of veggie options.
Breadsticks — Regular & cinnamon breadsticks available. Marinara sauce is also provided.
Pizza — Three pizzas were brought out at first. They looked like medium sized pizzas, and the slices were cut pretty thin, which I liked. Some of the pizzas had half/​half toppings. The pizza was made again more than 30 minutes later, and it was one of my favorites. I wish they would bring out pizza more consistently, but I can understand because it was pretty empty at the time.
Pasta — They offer the standard marinara pasta, which is quite delicious.

Negative Star Horrible!!! I use to like this place but after I went on sunday with my husband and my daughter to dine in it was the end of it! Excuse my language but this stupid bitch was rude as hell! We called her over told her we wanted to order but she just rolled her eyes like if it was my fucken fault she has to clean up after everyone! Never again hope that bitch never gets a raise!!!

This pizza Hut change last time I was here it had bad service know they have great service I use to order and pay up front know they sit you down and give you a menu like a real family restaurant they have people bring you your drinks and food and you pay at the end I am happy

Have tried this place twice, once for lunch buffet (except for the pan pizza, everything tasted horrible).
Tried their Gluten free crust recently (The worst I’ve ever tasted. Don’t try it…) I felt bad feeding my kids this stuff … What an embarassment for gluten free pizza. Sticking to Cortina’s or Spin for GF

This location has gone down hill. Where do I start? THIS PLACE IS FILTHY! Spider webs, carpet stains, etc! I intended on sitting my son in a high chair, but had to use 5 baby wipes to clean it, gave up because it was pointless. The food is good, though it makes me question it in a way if this is the way they manage the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Pizza is really good, although this place doesn’t have wing stop the wings are okay. This location you can definitely dine in. I just don’t like that is really busy and looks like all the cashiers panic and ignore some customers.

The staff here is always polite and helpful. They messed up my order one time and they really went the extra mile to make me happy. The pizza is always good. Not too oily and the crust is always good.

I came here with my little brother because we were craving pizza and I haven’t had Pizza Hut in awhile. First off, we went to the wrong door. It looked like an entrance with hedges leading a path to the door. Apparently its on the other side not even facing the street like the first door is.
As soon as we walked in, I noticed how small and somewhat cramped it is inside. There were no other customers, just two workers sitting at table on their lunch break. We were greeted by a young man behind the counter asking if we were there to dine in, pick up, or take out. We were taking out for this occasion. I immediately looked up for a menu but realized the menu was glued down to the counter and was partially covered with their tips jar, so I couldn’t see the top.
Instead I just asked him what specials they had going on and he suggested the box deal consisting of a medium pan pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. We went with that one. He took my name and gave me an approximation for the wait time and my brother and I just walked around looking at the games they have in the back. They have a screen above the counter with the customer’s name and time the order should be ready. I found that helpful.
Surprisingly, my order was ready exactly at the time displayed on the screen. Overall, a good experience. The worker who helped me was very nice and helpful. I probably wouldn’t dine in just because of how cramped it is, but take out is no problem.

This place is terrific, it was 11:45p & I was so hungry after so much Christmas shopping.

I have been coming here for their buffet since I was little. Its super cheap for an ayce buffet at $ 6.50 a person when you don’t get a drink. They take out new pizzas throughout lunch and put out all different varietys of toppings. The ayce includes pizza, lasagna, garlic breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, and salad. The pizzas are always super fresh and they use great ingredients. The more people eating the better, cause then they’d take oyt more pizzas at a time. I will always love the way their crust is so crunchy and flavorful.

The food is good but after eating today and was getting ready to pay I noticed the lady making the pizza wasn’t wearing gloves when she was putting the ingredients on another pizza. That’s unhealthy! They should be wearing gloves if they work with food or touch it!
