Orion Tile

I was recently put in charge of getting the kitchen floor redone at a restaurant that I maintain and of course, I got the memo 2 days before the job was schedule to begin… To add to my challenge, the job was to begin on the 4^th of July which pretty much made the 3^rd of July the start of the Holiday weekend and everything was closing early.
So, on Friday the 3^rd I stopped in to Orion tile to speak to Sandra Khorran (the manager) whom I had spoken to the day before to make sure that they had enough of the commercial Sima tiles that I needed, roughly 600 sq/​ft worth. Sandra, her big smile and her inventory kept their word, payment was made and I was on my way to their warehouse to pick up my tiles.
Well, let me just tell you that, 600 sq/​ft of 6×6 tiles is A HELL OF A LOT OF TILES! I was like crap! My truck can’t take this many boxes of tiles and their warehouse closes in an hour! So, I get on the phone to see if I can get a Home Depot truck or a U-​haul and I’m striking out, big time… I was freaking out a little until I get a call from Sandra, who was informed by the warehouse staff that I was unable to make the pick up… Sandra understood the situation that I was in and saved the day by offering to deliver the tiles to the job site for a small fee that I GLADLY was willing to pay. The job got done and everyone was happy.
Bottom line: I appreciate when people make the process of doing business easy, go out of their way to make sure that you get YOUR job done and they do so, all while smiling and having a great attitude. Sandra and Orion tile deserve all 5 of my stars, I recommend that you go visit them before starting your next project.

What a shame, and a waste of my time.
I visited this showroom several times looking for tile for a backsplash. I picked one but I asked to see it before I bought it, because they did not have a physical floor sample. Mike took me to the warehouse, (also in Anaheim, probably about 3 miles away) and the guys there showed me a sheet of the mosaic I wanted. I liked it and they said they would make sure that is what I got.
I came back the following day to pick up the tile, and opened the boxes. The tile in the boxes was nothing like what I had picked, at all. (the marble at the warehouse had a gold streak in it, whereas this marble was all gray and white. it was clearly a different kind of marble.) Mike asked me to come back to the warehouse, and and I had a problem with that. I was already at the warehouse once, why should I go back? Mike loaded the tile up and went to the warehouse himself to check the tile. He was gone maybe 30 minutes, and then he called the other worker at the store and told him to give me my money back. I got my credit on my credit card… and that was it. No offers to help me find something else… no explanation as to why the stone was different. They kept saying they were moving warehouses. In any case, they lost a customer that day, and I would never recommend them to anyone. After I wasted hours with them, I was back to square one.

I am so impressed with the level of service and the low prices (I am an experienced bargain shopper). I have bought a good amount of marble and glass tile from this company and am highly impressed with their product and service. For my orders I was able to order over the phone and get the product same day in many cases. Luis is always available to answer questions and help me out. I feel very well taken care of with Orion! So glad I happened upon their store on Tile Mile — just walked through on a whim one day! Thanks, Orion!

I am remodeling my bathroom and after searching around for a couple of weeks I found Orion. This place has awesome customer service and good prices. I knew right away this was the place to buy my tile. Luis was very helpful and made me feel comfortable to ask questions, I will definitely to back to Orion.

Would recommend to all my friends & family

My wife and I were searching for corner rounds and beaks to match the tile we picked out for our bathroom. We searched as many places in the area, and there are a lot, as we could take and finally came to this place. First let me say when you are shopping for accent tile pieces you generally get no help in the store because it is not a big $$ sale for the store so that means looking for the perfect color is basically up to your own efforts. After talking to the guy at this store he suggested we visit his warehouse around the corner and look at his surplus inventory. Anything that we liked we could have at a discount so we decided to give it a try. When we arrived we were greeted by a worker who took us all around the huge warehouse as we pulled samples to compare. He was very helpful and patient with us (we were very picky about the color). In the end we found a color that worked and the price was ½ off his retail price! And when the project required extra pieces that we did not estimate for we just called the warehouse and he would pull what ever we needed asap for pick up. The extra customer service we received when we were frazzled from all the looking we had done was a welcome relief. Thanks again!

I would NEVER recommend Orion Tile to anyone! They are SO rude! Especially if you are a woman! It’s mainly one person there and his name is William. He is even rude to his coworkers. I Made a big purchase of tile for my kitchen and it was the worst mistake ever! First I went to make the purchase and picked everything out paid and went home. Then to get a phone call from his saying to come back because one of the tiles was discontinued. I don’t live close and he told me u needed to come back the same day because he can’t cancel the charge to my card because it would cost him money. Ok whatever, I went back and had to redesign everything. Second he told me it would take a week, it took two! Third when I picked it up the border piece wasn’t the right one! He yelled at me and insisted I was wrong and he was right! I even had a picture on my cell phone of the one I picked and he proceeded to tell me I was wrong. He sat there and yelled louder and louder and then told me to leave instead of trying to fix it and give suggestions. I was so mortified and couldn’t believe he was treating a cotswolds like that when I just spent $ 1400! I was upset and left and will NEVER go back there!

We always go to Orion for our tiling needs. They have great selection, and they always give us a good price. We’ve had our whole downstairs, entryway and master bedroom bathroom done by Orion. I wish we could have done our countertops with them too, but they outsource that to someone else, and we really didn’t care for the guy. They come in and do the job fast and well. Sometimes these projects can be disastrous and take forever, but Orion is good. My only complaint is that they don’t give you a price on the spot. The owner will give it to you the next day or so.
