Usually I go to the same girl in this place because most of them messed up my eyebrows … And I always leave unhappy ,
But one of the girls in there always do them the way I want to, but today she trimmed my eyebrows way too much and left me with this empty space on one of my eyebrows.
I’m not upset, they’ll grow back …
But I’m just going to leave this here.

This would be my 2^nd review for this place. I initially found them on Unilocal and there you go, for the past 2 Years I’ve been an loyal customer that comes here every 2 weeks to get my eyebrows threaded :)
I am Extremely picky and the girl that does my brows is amazing! I keep forgetting her name but her station is in the front, shes tall and skinny with big eyes :) When she is off or left early, I go with the owner meena who is also amazing at getting my brows nice and clean :). I always enjoy our small convos too !
The location is located in a plaza in Anaheim with some fast food joints, market and other small business. Parking is a bit tight sometimes getting in and out but for the most part I always find parking in front of the store. The store itself is a very modern clean environment. My 4 year old who usually comes with me to get my brows done always looks forward to the little lollipops they provide in the front desk :)

I always go here for my eyebrows. I’m always happy with the work they do when I walk out the door. No matter who the artist is. Very reasonable price, $ 7! They have a stamp card where the 7^th eyebrow threading is free. I totally take advantage of it. Good when you have that moment of, dang I’m on a budget this month and $ 7 plus tip is a lot! Hardly a long wait. I usually go after work, around 6:30pm. Very friendly. Parking can get a little rough. The overall experience is always great.

Great people, they will take care of you and your needs. I went to get eyelash extensions and they help you out great and give you great advice to take care of them. They take their time will doing it to make sure it comes out perfect. I’ve always been picky about getting my eyelashes done at a salon but here they make you feel very welcoming. They also have great prices that can’t beat anywhere else. I highly recommend everyone to check out they’re services if your around Anaheim. I will definitely be going back to get my lashes done again and even get a Hannah done aswell! Thank you so much, my first experience with you was great!

This has to be my favorite salon! I come here for everything and they never disappoint. They helped me grow out my eyebrows and find the perfect shape! Also this is my go to place for any skin care they have the best face masks and facials, the gold facial is my personal favorite. Would recommend for everyone they really are amazing!

Don’t go with Jenny, she completely messed up my eyebrows. I’ve never had someone mess them up like this!!!

Wasn’t pleased with the customer service. Employees are very rude as owner as well. Owner puts up a fight with the customer for just combining two cards of stamps. Didn’t like the way how the owner was talking (yelling) to the customer and the customer was clam until the owner raised her voice at the customer. Customer wasn’t pleased so she argue back telling her stuff. Didn’t know what happen next I was a customer as well but I know for sure im not going back. Didn’t like the fact how the owner yell back to the customer, that was rude! Please don’t go if they have the worst customer service and especially the owners yelling at a customer.

I went to this place again to get my eyebrows done. My eyebrows look PERFECT! The lady who did mine was amazing! Everyone there was so sweet. They even convinced me to get a mask done. My skin looked so nice after. The ladys there take their time and put in their effort all the time. Its always so peaceful and calming here. I really love this place. I will continue to keep coming here even tho I live 30 minutes away!

I always came here for Reina & I don’t know what happened to her! Did she transfer or something? She was the sweetest of them all. She knew how to shape my eyebrows matching my face shape. On the other hand the older gals here are horrible. They zoomed through me because more customers were coming in remind me to only come on a weekday… Wait nevermind I will not be returning. I left with uneven eyebrows Meena tried fixing them but they became even worst and uneven & my brows take forever to grow back! Let alone I have those thin Asian brows. Another downside is bad breath some ladies that have done my eyebrows here their breaths have reeked kinda disgusting if you ask me!
I’d also like to make one more suggestion maybe the business can learn or take to consideration, it would be nice to focus on the customer when doing their brows because some of y’all do not know how to multitask and talking while threading leads some of us with bad results.

Very fast, clean and the girls technique is on point ;) no pain which was great. Will definitely return.

I’ve only ever come here for eyebrow threading, but the consistently great results from everyone here keeps me coming back. Never had any problems!
On top of the low prices, they give you a card you can get stamped after each visit, which will eventually get you a free eye-​brow threading. Already on my second card.

Mina and the girls here are all great. I get my eyebrows and eyelash extensions done here. They are 5 stars. The skills and customer service are worth my drive here from long beach. Highly recommend you try this place. There is often a line so appointments are best but they take walk ins and the line moves quick.

If I could put no stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I got there didnt even get greeted all she did was roll her eyesThe girl on the register rude as hell I shouldn’t even say thank u but I did anyway because I’m not rude. She acted like she didn’t hear me until I got louder and said thank u all she did was look away .?? Stupid miserable bitch it ain’t the first time. I’m done with this place I need a place to feel welcomed

So i came in for the first time for henna and I have never been so satisfied with any kind of service
I didn’t know what to expect but was greeted with nothing but welcoming gestures by everyone in the shop (jano was very nice & great at the design)
I brought my own design and they exceeded my expectations!
The shop owner Mina came shortly and was chatting with me she sat with me and we really got along she gave me beauty advice on facials and gave me after care instructions on how to care for my henna
I came in to have a service done and actually ended up making great friends with the girls here
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS to everyone !

This place is a gem. Despite a review saying service was rude, I went in and discovered the exact opposite! I decided to get eyelash extensions for the first time and Mina worked on me, the owner, lucky me! She was very kind and gentle. She also gave me guidelines on how to maintain my eyelashes. They are very serious about what’s best for the health and beauty of your lashes, even if it’s a cheaper alternative. Prices were unbeatable. I paid $ 20! All the girls were very sweet, it was all in all a great experience. I’ll be back soon for threading! Thank you ladies !!

If I could this place would have no stars. I live near here and decided to try it out. The threading is mediocre. One day I made an appointment for me and my 16 yrs old daughter to get our eye lashes done (semi perm). No instructions or issues over the phone. When I got there it was a different story. They lady was mad we had mascara on (this was at 5pm on a Friday after I got off work). And then she said my daughter was too young to do it and she’s not taking responsibility if my daughter had issues. Ok cool, I get it. But the way she told me was embarrassing. It was in front of all the customer in a demeanor that was very unprofessional. I know I turned red. As her voice got louder so did mine. This is no way to treat customers. There are nicer, better, effective ways to tell me this. She made it seem like it was my fault that all this was happening. Very rude. I never went back. I now drive to chapman and brookhurst to Threading and Beauty and the ladies there are freaking awesome.
So if you’re ok with rude people then this place is for you. No thank you for me.

I love my lashes, they always look perfect and last about weeks.

I came to this place for the first time and they took care of me in 5 stars. They wanted to know my past experience with lashes and etc. and they also broke down how all the different clue work including why the remover is so pricy also.
The glue they use at this location is for LASHES ONLY which is a big must bc the other clue can rip off your real lashes that you do have!
Along with that they had me wash my face, and remover and oil from my lashes for they can hold better.
I did find it strange that they have you sign a sore (contract) before or after the lashes are on.
But they did guarantee that I can come back within 3 days for a touch up for free. And the next week or two touch ups are less then $ 10.
So I’ll be differently going there again and they have awesome customer service. They take cards also!
Eyelash strips are $ 10
Temporary lashes are $ 20
Permanent lashes are $ 40

I am a straight guy and I come here about once a month to take care of my crazy unibrow growing tendencies. Just ask for a clean, they do a fantastic job at the affordable price of $ 7! Don’t forget to tip.

Ask for Raina! She had perfect eyebrows! She’s sooo pretty too. $ 7 for eyebrow threading and she definitely helped me even out my brows. Would definitely come back here because it’s so cheap and close to my house. Please refer to pricing pic for additional costs. They also do eyebrow extensions and facials here. Everyone is really friendly and I had no wait on a Saturday afternoon. She took her time, I would say about at least 10 minutes. No massage after, just asked me if I wanted to some lotion on my brows but I chose not to. She didn’t remove my eyebrow makeup before threading which I thought was a little weird, but when I took off my makeup at home, my brows still looked great!
It’s a little hard to find because the sign just says «Eyebrows» but just look for the shop near the grocery store.
