Nature’s Select

If you have a dog and live in the area there really isn’t any other logical choice. My dogs loooove Nature’s Select. They have always been finicky about their food but since we switched over there hasn’t been a problem! I will be a customer for life!

BEST customer service! My husband and I were so impressed by each and every person we interacted with at Nature’s Select! We were referred to NS by the rescue we got our puppy at so we seeked them out to find the food Barley already liked. They deliver which is awesome-​but I realized we would run out of food before it got here so we drove over to the store and they handed it right to me! They doted on little Barley and gave her treats and samples-​she loved it there! Then when we got home and opened the box, there were even more gifts-​including a book on taking care of dogs! So sweet. And to top it off, Barley LOVES the food and we know it is good for her. They really won us over and gained customers for life!

My Labrador Retriever was having horrible skin problems. Very flaky, always itchy and miserable. I bought all of the skin care products and tried my best to help his skin. We found the Nature’s Select booth at the OC Fair and decided to give their high quality food a try. After about 2 weeks, his skin was 100% better. I cant believe that he was completely cured from a problem we’ve been having for two years after just two weeks.
I’ve run out in the past and since you cant just run up to Petsmart to grab a new bag, I’ve had to feed him Pedigree or Alpo cans to tie him over. Even after only a couple days of using an alternate food, his skin starts getting itchy. I am so happy I found this company.

Our Vet recommended Natures Select 2 years ago for my Bull-​mastiff Bastian’s skin allergies. His coat has been beautiful, and no more hives. Bastian loves the Salmon and White fish dry food. Free delivery to home, next day service, friendly efficient staff.

Molly, our black labrador was on Natural Choice. She began to develop a bald spot on her chest. After several skin tests we decided to find a better food. We ran into Carrie from Nature’s select at a home and garden show and became educated. Within a few days of transitioning Molly to her new food her hair grew back. The other benefit is she eats 30% less which means less clean up in the yard. Free shipping to your door is an added bonus.

Just found this company, thanks to my daughter’s boyfriend who noticed their factory on Orangethrope.
First of all we have two Pittbulls. One has problems with her skin. She has gotten shots from the vet and also has been on medication, because of allergies. We have always use good food such as Blue Buffalo but her skin problems have not improved. So, I decided to give this company a try and use their Select Cold River Salmon brand of food. We have gotten two bags now and my dog’s skin is no longer pink and flaking off. She is not licking her paws and chewing on them. We have not given her any meds because I wanted to make sure that the food was really working. It is and she likes the food.
My first order was no hassle at all. I just looked up their website ordered my food and it came to my front door. You have an option of telling them where you want it left. I am not sure about the other review saying you cannot order online in the OC area because i had no problem doing that. I have ordered twice with no issues. I need to see about getting the 20% discount. I didn’t see that with my order but will call and check it out.
I am going to try the dog biscuits next. I went back to using the old milk bones and looks like these may also be a problem with flaking skin.
Bottom line try this place high quality food and who likes to carry those big bags of dog food to the car and then into your house? Not me.

I love these people. Been using them since there were a mom and pop. Ownership has changed hands between mom and pops (back to the original) and they no longer personally deliver, but they have a guy or FED EX deliver, which is just about as good. Excellent dog food in that:
a) it’s well made and healthy and my dog likes it (no crap or ground up dogs to worry about) and
b) they bring your dog treats
c) they carry it up my stairs usually,
d) excellent customer service and
e) when you order in bulk i.e. 2 –50 lb bags or a 40 lb and a 50 lb you can 10% off and you can mix and match. They will work with you and your dog’s needs; my dog needs the salmon and sweet potato for her coat but she also needs the glucosamine chicken and rice at age 12.
f) is that it’s actually cheaper than buying the pet store or grocery store kind and is better quality and
g) free delivery!!! And it’s delivered on the day they say it will be: Mon or now Tues or Fri — no waiting for a package for days…
2 bags last me 6 mos for 1 dog and when I had more dogs it was 3 – 4 mos.

This place is awesome. They deliver the dog food and treats to my door, and don’t charge a delivery fee. The dog food is great, good quality hippy/​holistic style food that agrees with my food allergy ridden pit bull and my digestively sensitive basset hound.
The employees are really nice and helpful. They’ll call to see how the dogs are liking the food, call or email to see if you’ve got enough. Their delivery schedule is really convenient and they deliver on short notice. They are very accommodating as far as trying new foods and treats. On a call to re-​order food, I mentioned I was going on vacation and taking the dogs with me, they without being prompted or asked included some travel bags to put the dog food in.
Prices are reasonable and doorstep delivery beats hauling 50lb bags of dog food from Costco or wherever any day.

This company DELIVERS in more ways than one! They bring, to my loft door in downtown L.A., a big bag of food for Bridget girl! You call, you order, they come. NO delivery fee, good quality dog AND cat food. It sure beats riding my bike to P&P putting 20 lbs in my basket! Now, I get it delivered to ME! Give them a try!
