I don’t want to over sell this but, Meghan is an amazing person and realtor! She loves her job and it shows in every correspondence and with the people she has working for her. She is straight forward and up front about every aspect of buying a home.
We were not looking to buy a home at the time since we were having a baby very soon but we stopped by an open house and fell in love. Buying a home had always been our family’s dream but it hadn’t worked out for us in the past. That Sunday night I decided to email Meghan about possibly putting in an offer. She emailed me back at 3:48am on Monday with the response to talk with her finance guy, Rick. I called Rick and he rolled through our finances and it looked like it could be a go. We let Meghan know we wanted to put an offer in. By Tuesday morning she was in our kitchen going through the offer paperwork and talking us through the steps and expectations. Our offer was the first one in and it was accepted after a few days of waiting. Meghan and her team kept us updated every step of the way. When the sellers tried not to fix everything we needed them to fix from our inspection Meghan helped them come around and all the repairs were made. Finally, we closed three days early during the busy Thanksgiving holiday time period.
Meghan was never too busy to answer any question we had, day or night, big or small. I will refer her to any friend looking for a home in Anaheim or nearby cities. Her personality is loyal, easy to talk with, and very trustworthy. I am extremely pleased with my home buying experience through Meghan

I chose Meghan as my realtor because the house I was selling is in the Anaheim Colony. I’d been receiving her newsletters for years, and she turned out to be exactly who I expected — a friendly and very competent realtor who likes old houses, cares about the neighborhood and the people who live there, and knows her business well. I live out of state now and she managed every little detail for me, from post-​rental repairs and upgrades through a bumpy ride (no fault of Meghan’s) to the closing of escrow. She gave me good advice, kept me informed every step of the way, explained when necessary, always responded quickly, and kept her sense of humor throughout. I always felt that a friend was looking out for me. I was seriously impressed by the way she handled everything. Very highly recommended.

Meghan helped me a great deal in selling my house. From the initial step of getting it ready to sell to the final closing she handled every detail. She was sharp as a tack. New her business well. She wrapped up the sale of my house with the first offer at the highest price in less than a month. Being a bit computer ignorant she even printed out documents and hand delivered them to my home for signature. No question I asked was too menial for her to answer. She was courteous and on time to all our appointments and returned phone calls promptly. She handles herself well and has a great demeanor, very kind, considerate and friendly. I would absolutely use her services again and would recommend her highly to my friends and others.

My most recent transaction with Meghan was her as my buyers agent when I was looking to upgrade, but stay in the area. I live in the Anaheim Colony. Meghan was instrumental in all areas. When finding the home, Meghan was always knowledgeable, often having direct insight on each property. Negotiating the offer and sale went smooth, since she knows most of the agents in the area. And she was also extremely helpful in all manners of escrow.
