I love LA Express! The ladies are always nice and the food is always really yummy. Granted, since it’s a fast food place, the food isn’t of the best quality, but for the price I think it’s well worth it!

I have tasted a few chinese places around here and this one is my favorite. The price is good and the food is good. Especially like their sesame chicken!

first time here&will be stopping by from time to time before work from now on lol. Every Chinese place I go to I always sample their food first, the ladies were so great and didn’t look irritated as I asked to sample basically everything lol. I had the sesame chicken, Kung pow chicken and chow mien WITH the 99 cent boba Thai tea. large portions of flavorful food that have their distinct flavor. the Thai tea with boba was so good I had to order another. got the two item combo with the boba came out to about 7 bucks, NOTBADATALL!

This is a great, yummy, friendly place to enjoy lunch! The portions are generous, the food is typical, warm and flavorful! The women helping us today are very courteous and friendly. They make this place feel«alive». When I returned to counter for a bag, to take home the large portions I couldn’t finish, I found the staff playfully and happily taking pics with bowls of food. There water 2 beautiful ladies, and a smiling male cook. I let them know I’d wait for them to finish taking their pics, as they were going to halt to attend to me. They made me feel welcome and I enjoyed the meal and ambiance. It’s not a sit-down-dinner-type restaurant. It is certainly an inexpensive, delicious meal, with nice staff!

This place was horrible with horrible service. I will never ever go back. Where are the Orange County Health inspectors at? Food was disgusting and 2 ladies behind the counter were even worse…

Fast, casual, budget-friendly to-go Chinese food. Quality of food is consistent & fulfills the Chinese food craving. They even cater to the super picky eater(i.e. me) when I just wanted the cabbage & broccoli from the beef & broccoli. They fill the boxes to the max & at less than $ 6 for a 2 item combo it’s a great bargain. $ 0.99 to add on a milk tea boba or Thai iced tea boba to any combo. 2 vegetable egg rolls for $ 1.25; $ 1.00 for a chicken vegetable egg roll. Recommendation to park closer to «Sonic» and just take the few steps to walk over to save you the headache of the tight parking found in front of the restaurant.

Place was dirty and unclean with leftovers on the tsble from previous guests, my chicken was almost cold barely room temperature and over priced for the quality of food

Just finished eating here, yummm! They stack the food up high and even deal with picky people like me who like broccoli beef with no beef on it. They are very patient, kind, and courteous. Can’t wait to be back(:

If every consumer was intelligent, this place would have a line out the door at all hours. Their food is superior to other«Chinese» fast food places by several orders of magnitude(I’m talking to you, Panda Express, you McDonald’s of Chinese take-out), and they pack your plate until the lid won’t close. Usually, the rule of thumb is «Quality-Quantity-Value: you can only chose two», but this place breaks that rule, bigtime. Sure, the interior décor isn’t 4-Seasons material, but I’m going there to eat, not to feast my eyes on the décor.

Great hole in the wall Chinese food restaurant. Always happy to come here since I know the food is really good. Can’t go wrong with the teriyaki bowl and some wings.

Awesome place! Biggest portion you can ever get anywhere. They stack the food til the container is on the brink of popping. Great value, you can order a 2 item combo and eat it for lunch, dinner, and then lunch and dinner again the next day! Just don’t look too closely at the food, you might find a hair or two. However this only happens about 20% of the time. Still, sometimes you just got to thug it out. PS. Don’t get their Boba.

this little place caught my attention. i don’t know why maybe cuz I was just a bit hungry. went in and got the 2 combo special; all steamed rice with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. the food is really good but I’m not having this teriyaki chicken again. it has a good taste but a bunch of chicken fat all over it. overall I’d give this place another try, just not the teriyaki chicken.

I actually like this place a lot even though my wife does not. Bad 1st impression I guess. Portions are good. Chow mein is good. Orange chicken is very good. Teriyaki chicken is good. BBQ pork is good. Egg rolls are good. Price is fantastic :) The bad: Surcharge fee when paying with card. Idiots who can’t park correctly and take up two spaces. Overall: One of the best places(in Fullerton/Anaheim area) for chinese fast food… just bring cash to avoid the charge fee!

— Locale Destination — It’s on N Lemon St and Orangefair Ave in Anaheim. It’s in the shopping center, close to «Walmart», facing to Lemon St. Once you get into the entrance of the shopping mall, make a quick right turn(from 91 fwy). Next to donuts shop. They have a few seating inside(Not outside). It’s a bit outdated — typical for this sort of establishment. This place is like a «Panda Express» — around $ 5 or so, they give you tons of chinese food. I’m not into those foods. I came here for the boba smoothie. Slow service. $.39 for credit card charge! Plenty of parking. — Gluttony Expedition — Pineapple smoothie w boba: Too sweet. Very artificial flavor(they use powders) and too watery. I prefer more ice. Boba was sorta hard. The small size is a lot bigger than the sample cup at the counter. 16 oz I believe. It’s big! — Conqueror’s Deduction — I wanted«Thai ice tea» smoothie but they didn’t have it on their menu. I should have tried«Taro»… I’m always adventurous ;p But boba quality was pretty poor. All the smoothies were by powders. Large size is $ 2.99 plus tax and big, but I prefer the one from«Lee’s Sandwich» if I were around this area. This was the last time to come here.

I love this place there food is awesome and very cheap. I love there kongpao chicken its my favorite item on there menu. There tai teas are the bomb and if you get a combo there only 99 cents. Definitely recommend this place.

I’d give it no stars if I could. The food is terrible. Someone stated that it’s the best Chinese fast food place in Anaheim? I feel real bad for Anaheim. I had to throw it away. It was disgusting. And where is my fortune cookie? Chinese place… pfffftttt.

I’ve been coming here for years because it’s the best Chinese fast food restaurant in Anaheim. They’re chow mein and fried rice is the best. The teriyaki chicken sauce is simply delicious and practically everything else they offer. They always pile your carry out box and the prices are pretty reasonable. One item of your choice plus fried rice and chow mein is about $ 4.75 I’ve never tried the tapioca or boba drinks here, but according to my friends and bf they’re just as delicious as the food served here. The staff can be nice or rude sometimes. I guess it just depends when and at what time you walk in. Since the food here is so amazing they do get a long waiting line sometimes. But I recommend just wait since the food is really worth it.

Bf loves this place, and when we went in I realized it was just your average fast-food Chinese(what we used to call 99 cent Chinese here in San Diego, where I reside). We got there right before they were getting ready to close, and the two items we wanted were out… the cooked us a fresh batch. I was like«hey, no problem, we’ll wait» I’d much rather have fresh food anyway. The food, for what it is, was very good. Not only that, but they were extremely friendly, the portions were insane(bf and I feasted on $ 6), but they threw in a couple egg rolls for our wait. They have some really yummy looking«tapioca» smoothies. I’ve never had one, not sure what they are, but next time I’m in the OC, I’m going back to get one. Will report back.
