Kelly’s is one of those hit or miss places. Local coffee shop, generally friendly service and a wide range of foods and drinks offered. Often, their fudge and sweet treats are amazing, especially if you catch it on a fresh day. They seem to push how long the treats stay in the window — you’ll find fresher treats at a Starbucks. After multiple«misses» — I’m done with this place. I love coffee, I prefer local shops over that super chain and it’s hard to find a coffee shop that does coffee well in Anaheim… sometimes they can get it but mostly they don’t now. I think it’s because coffee isn’t there thing anymore. Today I ordered a cappuccino. The froth was made with rotten milk. Either their milk is rotten or their frother handle needs a thorough cleaning. If you stick with the fancy drinks, boba, milk teas, you’ll probably be ok.

Upon last minute shopping for my birthday I came here to grab a bite cause I was starving — I ordered a turkey bacon and cheese sandwich and it was just perfect and fresh’ except they weren’t able to add avocado I also ordered a vanilla latte! But overall it was just the right meal and satisfied.

Do not order the Shaved Ice item at Kelly’s Coffee because the item DOESNOT have shaved ice in the glass. What is passed of as shaved ice is snow cone ice. I wonder if Kelly’s Coffee thinks that customers do not know the difference. Other than that, I have tried other items that were fine.

Drinks are kind of expensive here. Like large milk tea is $ 5 Usually milk teas are around $ 3~$ 4. But I still like to come in here and grab some drinks before i go shopping~ Humm. about customer service, The korean owner and the white guy are nice but the girl employee, she was impolite.

I’m not from this area but I decided to stop by this shopping center because I saw a TJ Maxx but I was really in the mood to drink a boba! I found their Unilocal and saw the boba pictures customers posted and I knew I HAD to go in! They had a different types of pastries, drinks and even food. I got the Thai tea boba and it was a rusty orange color, VERY delicious! I definitely will pass by next time I’m nearby! Service was ok. The cashier was a young girl that didn’t care to pay me much attention or throw a smile my way. Boo.

The only reason this is a four star and not a five star is only because I didn’t like how they made their Thai Tea. It was good, but I thought it was white washed. Seeing that I’m asian I thought it was too sweet for a Thai Tea. Otherwise the Boba was made right and I would go back to try their other drinks.

They have best boba thai tea … mmmm this time around was not so great I order the usual a boba thai tea I dont think they trained their new staff very well I usually ask for it blended … but the girl blended the boba along with the tea wth! So now I have pieces of boba in my tea :(and its almost 6 dollars a bit pricey for them to be screwing it up.

I really like this place. I always order the guava smoothie with fruit on top, it’s delish. Their pastries are pretty good. The place is cute. About the customer service, well, what do you expect, the people that work here are teenage people, young people. Their attention might be lacking, but they aren’t rude. I come here specially during hot days.

I go here for lunch all the time when I am on my break from Forever 21. First of all, the customer service is nothing short of excellent, they really care for you a lot! Super friendly and their drinks are AWESOME! I keep getting their lemonade twist with Rasberry and Strawberry. It’s so addicting. They also have good macarons. I need to try more of their stuff, but I definitely recommend them!

Made a pit stop on our way home from Disneyland for some much needed coffee and it was very good. I had a caramel macchiato and my girlfriend ordered the Milky Way(Espresso, chocolate, and caramel) and both were satisfying. All of their pastries looked delicious so we ended up trying a pocket croissant covered in chocolate chips. Overall, Kelly’s had good coffee, pastries, and guest service at an affordable price.

So I’ve came here a few times since it’s near my school and the coffee tastes okay. However the staff is always rude, never makes eye contact, doesn’t really make you feel welcomed. I’ve gone to the Buena Park location where staff is nice. After today’s experience, I highly doubt I will return to this location. I’d rather take my money else where.

I like visiting Kelly’s in the morning hours when they are pulling the pastries out of the oven. There’s nothing like starting your day to the fresh aroma of baked goods and coffee. I must admit that I’ve only had their croissants, but everything else looks fluffy and amazing as it sits there on the cooling racks. Located in the food court of the Anaheim Plaza, this place doesn’t ever seem to get too crazy crowded and there’s always plenty of seating if you need a place to study or meet up with friends. It also has seating outside for when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, it’s pretty close to the parking lot, so the scenery isn’t all that fantastic. The Americano is my go-to here since it’s stronger than their drip coffee. I like my coffee on the strong side and their drip is really mild. Besides the normal café fare, the shop always makes sandwiches and has a confection case if you’re looking to satisfy that sweet tooth. Smoothies and ice blended drinks are also an option as well. I don’t make it over here too often, but when I do, it’s always a pleasant experience.

If I could show you in a gesture, just how I feel about Kelly’s Coffee & Fudge Factory’s banana smoothie, I would be hugging a life sized version of this blendedeliciousness with a smile from ear to ear.:) I come here with the resolute intent of ordering a banana smoothie. If I want adventure in my cup I add boba. I have eaten other goodies from here, such as their chocolate chip chunk cookies, chicken salad sandwich, iced cappuccino royale and their brownies, all which made my mouth cheer. I like to come here whenever I am frolicking in adjacent Anaheim Plaza stores, it takes a load off of my shopping objective. I am an advocate of their operation and hope they keep opening more locations.

Staff was not very friendly, seemed miserable to be there. A man was walking around dining area while I waited for my drink appeared to be owner or manager didn’t say a word to me but his looks made me feel I was intruding being there. Ordered a mocha it was watery could barely taste coffee which was disappointing cause I needed a serious caffeine jolt. The place appeared dirty.

Tasty beverages and the price was nice. Sister had a muffin and she devoured it. Staff was incredibly friendly and smiled. Great place to stop for a tasty drink in between school clothes shopping spree. I don’t splurge on frufru coffee often but when I do I will keep this place in mind over $tarbucks. Might even get bold and try a boba smoothy.(But I doubt it, bah! But it is nice to have so many options.)

This place is kind of strange. The coffee and tea was pretty good, but the treats weren’t very tasty. We got a rice krispie ball that was dry as a bone. There were two ladies working the register, one was nice the other seemed really low-energy. Even though I like to support non-chain businesses, I wouldn’t return.

For Heaven’s Sake — Save Your Money… I was really rooting for this place to be good, especially for the lack of customers that it had. I needed a pick me up mid-day while Saturday shopping in the plaza that this place is located in. Strike 1: I should of saw it coming from a mile away when I walked into the store and could already tell that the gentleman behind the counter was recently munching on something and staring idly into space. Ew, I don’t think he even washed his hands while taking my order. Strike 2: The Barista kept asking the Cashier what our order was, like 3x. Strike 3: I ordered Iced Drinks… or lack thereof. They were really stingy on the Ice — COMEON, it’s ICE — and unfortunately, the drinks turned into room temperature, really fast. On a good note, the actual store was clean, and the Cashier was genuinely excited to take our order… but now that I think about it, maybe it was because we were the first customers they’ve had in hours… I don’t say this often, but Management’s got alot of improving to do there.

I don’t care what the haters say, every time I come here I get great service!!! I love their boba tea drinks and smoothies. I haven’t had the coffee here but it looks like they have a ton of variety. The ambiance is great and we love coming after a long day of shopping. Beware of all their sweets, you’ll end up wanting one of each lol. I love this place!!! P. S.THEYHAVE A TRIPLE A DISCOUNT!!!

Cute coffee joint especially welcome in this chilly evening. I ordered a small Caffe Borgia. Espresso with a hint of orange essence, steamed milk, cocoa and whipped cream. It was pretty tasty and my favorite thing– wasn’t served piping hot! I Know this is weird but I despise hot coffee. I actually never order flavored coffee but seeing as I watched all 12 episodes of he Borgia family series VIA Hulu yesterday, when I saw this on the Menu it was a must lol. Cool and comfy lounge bar area which was nice to stay warm and carry convo with a friend before heading to the car.
