Jesse’s Barber

Came here trying to get a haircut for my son. The overall business ethics here are horrible. We were not welcomed in when arriving and only because I overheard one of the two gentlemen here saying that he was by appointment only did I approach them and ask if I was gonna get our cuts or not. Than he had a guy come in who was clearly his friend and took him in before us. No regard really for high customer service whatsoever. The barber and his friend were holding a conversation using foul language in front of my kids. Talking about females body parts in front of my wife. All around just very rude. I was not comfortable at all. I can guarantee that I will never be returning to this place. Only one guy, a younger guy with tattoos and big ear loops took it upon himself to help me out. Don’t know his name but thanks to him I made due.

This place has bad reviews but I have to say the dude did a great job on my hair cut, not the cleanest place or tvs or music playing but I don’t go to barbershop for that so 5 stars for jessee I believe that’s what his name was. Will be coming back.

Only go if Sammy is there other wise don’t show up. Sammy cuts better then the owner Jesse so don’t bother waiting for him or anyone else. Bad experience twice and that’s cuz Sammy didn’t do cut my hair

Worst customer service ever, walked in everyone looks at me then looks down. No one says a thing until I greet them… Apparently no one can speak. So I left

Some fucken idiot did my fade so high that I looked like a jarhead and one side was more fucked up then the other, when my fade going in wasn’t even close to that height! Never again! Then he goes «bam fresh cut» I felt like saying «bam u fucken suck» lol I heard Sammy and Luis and the Mexican dude do a good job but I got the one that’s not so great lol…

Always get my hair cut with Sammy the guy is probably the best barber in all of Orange County.

Not impressed after jacked haircut. It looked good on one side but other was way off after wash. Appeared friends were jumping lines. Barely got haircut fixed next day when both shops were closing early. Begged to get it fixed which they did at no cost.

Ask for Luis! He is an amazing barber! He really loves what he does. I usually do zero to one with a hard part or zero straight to the part while keeping it long on top. He always does an amazing job. Down to earth and fun to chat with. He also had a really cool beard LOL!
