Second time visiting this place. Pretty bad experience this time. Went in to get my brows threaded, and some lady (don’t remember her name, but she had several tattoos) said she’d do it. There was another lady there too, but I guess she just works at the desk. She couldn’t even hold the string when she blurted out «Okay I’ll be honest, I can’t really do it because I haven’t done it many times. Is it okay if we just do wax?» She was nice about it but of course I was disappointed. I told her she could do the wax, which I very much regret, should’ve just left at that point. Had to wait for the wax to melt which was understandable. I had hope that she would know how to wax, but I was proved wrong. She didn’t even do the top of my brows, which did need it. I fill in my brows and had them filled in when I went in. You’d think she’d follow the shape I already had, which was the shape I love — she didn’t. Waxed my brows very thin –_​– Absolutely hate it. Plus, it was $ 10 for that crappy eyebrow wax. Gave a $ 2 tip just because the lady was nice. Thankfully, she had mentioned the name of the lady who does the threading at Hairaholic, TAMMY. The first time I had visited was to get brows threaded, and Tammy did them — very good job from Tammy So lesson learned: DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GET YOUR BROWS THREADED HERE UNLESS IT IS BY TAMMY, THE ONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS HOW TO DO THEM.

Honestly I was left so satisfied with the hair cut I got from Aziz! I showed him a picture of how short I wanted to cut it and he duplicated the picture to the T! Great service and great price!

I got my hair colored, and my eyebrows threaded here. I love getting my eyebrows done here! So clean and always really good! I tried a place down the street and had to come here to get them fixed…

Don’t go here or your hair will end up different colors! I went in and asked for an intense red I came home with highlighter pink roots and bright redish/​orangish tips. When I went back to get it fixed the darkened the roots but left my hair 4 different colors! When I called to get my money back the wouldn’t answer or return my phone calls not even an apology! Not to mention the creep of a 40 year old guy that did my hair was trying to hit on me after I had told them I was 22! And they speak a foreign language often so you can’t understand them but I caught some words and it all sounded sketchy. And all the «good» reviews on Unilocal are from their friends who hangout there on a daily. And definitely don’t take in any deals you see online because they will find a reason not to honor it its just a way to get you to come in cause they have so little business. Worst place ever!

I would give them 10 stars! Very professional Affordable. I cut my hair and found out that they have full service for ladies as well. I’ll be taking my lady their for sure! I will always ask for Aziz!

Horrible! Do not and I mean do not come here. We agreed on a price for 6 girls over the phone, once we came in they charged us extra. Service was terrible, and let’s just say the people who cut hair here don’t even know what they are doing. I would give this place «0» stars! My first and last time here … You just lost 6 customers. Totally messed up our hair :(

Great place! A friend recommended it to me when I came to visit. The staff is a very friendly and the prices are reasonable. Some of my friends have gone here and they enjoyed it too.

Excellent service everyone in the salon was really nice and my hairdresser was very considerate and listened to exactly what I was asking for when styling my hair. I’m very happy with the results and the price. Definitely my go to salon now.

I felt so pampered! Visiting from out of town, so didn’t know what to expect… staff was helpful and my hair looks and feels wonderful. Gave suggestions on a slightly different color and cut and I am so pleased!!!
