Good Thai food in a small and cozy setting. I got the pad see ew and tom kha kai, my two favorite Thai dishes, and was not disappointed. They also have really good non-alcoholic mixed drinks, which I found unique and gratifying.

The service was good and let us feel relaxed. We ordered papaya salad, Thai fried rice and grilled chicken in chili sauce. The salad is average. The grilled chicken is so tender and the chili sauce is impressive. I like the fried rice. First of all, it’s clean and simple, and especially it’s not greasy. Secondly, the fried tofu is super well-cooked. The outside is crispy, while the inside is still moisture and soft. Overall, it’s an enjoyable meal and experience

I ordered on GrubHub around 7:55pm last night. I received an estimated time for delivery around 8:40 — 8:50pm. I called the restaurant around 9:15pm to see where my order was. The lady who answered said I should receive it in about 10 – 15 min. I figured they would’ve wanted to get my order to me on time since they close at 9:30pm. She didn’t apologize for my order running late or anything. I felt like she was rushing me off the phone. By the time I got my food, it was close to 9:30pm. Even the delivery guy didn’t apologize for running behind. If either of them had offered an apology, I would’ve felt a little better, but they didn’t. That’s just bad customer service. I gave them 3 stars because the food was actually tasty. I ordered Tom Yum Kai and the spice was just right. I also ordered the fried rice with beef. That was also good, but I had a couple of mouthfuls of egg shells in the rice. Obviously, I wasn’t too fond of that. The Thai iced tea was very yummy. Overall, If I want a quick, okay Thai food fix, I would probably go here again. I would opt to pick up the food myself next time though.

FINALLY — I’ve found my new Thai restaurant. And it just so happens that it’s across the street! We ordered way too much, as usual, but it was all very good. 5 stars for Convenience. We ordered over the phone and delivery was free! 5 stars for the second best Orange Chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely the best in town. The chicken wasn’t overly dry, and there wasn’t excessive breading. The chicken was cripsy and the sauce was very good. 3.5 stars for the massuman curry, which was too spicy for me, but my bf thought it was good. 4 stars for the huge spring rolls. There were 4 very generous hand roll style spring rolls. They just had veggies, but the peanut dipping sauce was divine! Overall, I am super excited about this place and will be ordering the Orange Chicken again — plus trying out some new dishes. If you’re looking for good Thai in Anaheim, we’ve been on the hunt too for the past 6 months — this is the place.

I absolutely love HabiThai! I think I order from this restaurant about 5 times a week! I can’t get over how meticulous the food is. I just want to mention my favorite thing about this place is that they have this amazing dessert called F.B.I. or Fried Banana with Ice Cream. It is so delicious! It comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I like to add some caramel sauce on top! I also like the vegetable Chow Mein. It’s nice and crispy, not greasy or watery. Perfect portion and you have your choice of spiciness. Their Jasmine rice is delicious and fluffy. I love the Golden Fried Tofu as well. And lastly I must mention the fact that they have a large menu of smoothies and juices, and you can add boba(which I am addicted to) to the smoothies! What can I say, I love this place! Great Thai food.

Found this place on Unilocal, tried today for lunch. We ordered yellow curry with pork, and pad thai with beef. Service was fast, because we were the only customers at that time. Food was good. Loved the taste of the food. The reason that I gave 4 is that we also ordered mango sticky rice, and somehow the syrup was green. The color of food wasn’t appetizing, so we ended up eating just the mango. I would come back again to try different food. Overall it was good!

Glad I finally got around to trying this place. Everything I had was delicious and the lady was so nice. Can’t wait to take my wife here.

The place is in a tight center on the corner next to a laundry mat– parking is tight and it was dark outside but the inside is cute. Small tables but it’s nicely decorated. We ordered chicken fried wontons, pad see eww with chicken and the HabiThai fried rice. Food came out quickly and it was very yummy! Reasonable prices too, the total for 3 items came out to $ 26. Now my favorite Thai place in Anaheim and they deliver!

I know it’s not in good taste to review food you have not eaten, but seeing as I ordered and paid for food from Habithai through Grubhub, I’ll proceed. I placed my food order at around 12:20 p.m. and was given a delivery time of 1:20 p.m. Around 12:45 p.m., someone from the restaurant called to confirm my address, which I did. 1:20 p.m. came and went. I tried calling the restaurant several times to get an update, using the phone number that is listed and also happened to be the same number their employee had just called me from, and nobody picked up. It’s now 2:00 p.m. So I am going to say that the service is awful, because I didn’t receive any, and their food tastes like nothing, because I didn’t receive anything. Thanks for nothing, literally. I’m now calling Grubhub to get a refund.

Well first time ordering from here. The Larb was good would order that again! The drunken noodles I’ve had better so will not be getting that again! However the cucumber salad was tasty but missing the THAI peppers that I get in it everywhere else. They also shorted me on the portion gave me only 3 oz instead of 4oz as stated on the menu total weight was 3.3 oz which included the container I would of not said anything about it however it looked so little in the container I felt they should of at least filled it up halfway but you can see by my pic that it was only a ¼? Full for $ 2.00 I should of got at least the amount I paid for? It was mostly cucumbers with a few pieces of onion tossed it I could of gotten 8 cucumbers at the market for that price but I like the flavor of the Thai cucumbers salad just not this one so feeling they really under portion and left out most of the onions and peppers will not spend the money on this one so not with the tiny portion it was!!! I rate the Larb at a 5 the drunken noodles at a 3 and the cucumber salad a 1 just because of flavor and cheating the paying guests out of a full portion after all cucumbers, onions and peppers are cheap it’s a no brainier here so overall I rate this a 2. stars as only one of my dishes was to expectations

This location is a must go. The workers are very friendly and constantly check up your table. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is very cozy; almost as if you’re in a house. To get to the bathroom you have to go in through the kitchen. The thing I liked about this is that you get to see what goes on inside behind the scene. The cooks are also very friendly. The food tastes very clean and the portions are perfect. The price is fair as well. Definitely a must go if you’re in the area.

Another in a line of sub-par Thai restaurants in Anaheim. I didn’t expect much from this small operation of a restaurant, but it didn’t even meet my low expectations. Granted, my review is only based off the tom kha gai and pad see ew, I think I have the right to say that the Thai food wasn’t very impressive. First, the tom kha gai soup seemed to lack the usage of correct amount of ingredients. They might have used the proper ingredients but not enough. Cutting corners? I dunno… But they used too much water to make this soup. Hence, it was bland and watery as heck. Second, the pad see ew was lacking the flavoring. Again, the dish was made way too bland and weak in flavor like the soup. Still on the hunt for good Thai food in the area…

Decent food at a decent price. They have lunch specials from 11−3pm and they offer delivery within a 5 mile radius. We phoned in an order for deliver and they quoted us 40 minutes but were knocking on our door within 25 minutes. 5 stars*** The deliverer was cordial at best. We had asked for ground red pepper flakes, sweet and sour sauce, hot sauces and a few other condiments when we ordered. With 4 orders they only gave us one container of each sauce. 2 stars*** Food, had a regular order of Pad Thai, lunch special with Pad Thai, regular order of Pad See Ew, and Crab and cream cheese wontons. PADTHAI– $ 8 for regular sized Thai noodles pan-fried with egg, scallion, bean sprouts and crushed peanuts. Not bad, sort of bland and didn’t have enough bean sprouts and crushed peanuts for my liking. Tried to add flavor to this dish but had a difficult time since they only gave us one crushed red pepper flakes to share with 4 plates. 3 stars*** PADTHAILUNCH $ 7TUESDAY — FRIDAY11:30 am — 3:00 pm All lunch specials are served with Pot sticker, Steamed rice and Salad with Your choice of: Chicken, Beef, Pork or Tofu(with Shrimp add $ 2) Substitute for Brown rice $ 1 PADSEEEW $ 8 Flat rice noodles pan-fried with egg and Chinese broccoli in black sweet soy sauce. This dish was just ok, it was pretty bland and lacked the traditional flavoring the black sweet soy sauce. I had to use some ground red pepper flakes and added some soy sauce. 3 stars*** CRAB WONTONSb– $ 7 For 7 pieces of Crispy wontons filled with crab meat and cream cheese served with sweet & sour sauce. Not a huge fan of cream cheese wontons normally but this was quite good. The wontons were crispy and not greasy. Inside was light and flavorful at the same time and wasn’t overpowered with cream cheese. 4 stars*** For the price of the Thai food I expected bigger portions too and better flavor. Overall this place is just ok. With so many good Thai places to choose from I don’t see myself really eating here again.

This is definitely not deserving of a 4 star rating on Unilocal.I am always looking for good local Thai food, and when I saw that this place had 4 stars and it was sorta nearby, I had to try it! My boyfriend ordered the tom yum noodle soup, and I had the Thai Boat Noodle. I can’t attest to his dish, but he did say that he’s had better. Mine, however, I was truly disappointed. I love boat noodles. I always feel like I need to order it, whenever it’s on the menu at a Thai restaurant. The only word that I can use to describe this dish there is SALTYSALTYSALTY. It tasted like there was a ton of soy sauce in the soup. Now, I’m not Thai, nor do I know how to make this dish… but it definitely didn’t taste right. My best friend is Thai, and this was not the dish that she introduced me to. There were large generous chunks of beef in the soup, which would have been great if if had not been for the fact that the meat was also super salty. The restaurant itself was cute. Very small inside. It’s located in a small strip mall with a taco place and a laundromat. The lady working there looked miserable. We walked in, and stood at the door for quite sometime before she even looked up from what she was doing to seat us. My overall conclusion of this place is that I wouldn’t come back, and I can’t put my stamp of approval on it. Maybe other dishes are good, but I won’t be back to even try them. What a disappointment.

Disappointingly, HabiThai did not live up to it’s 4 star rating. After leaving the Packing House in Anaheim, the dessert queen and I Kenzie K. decided to head over to HabiThai. We had checked out the Unilocal reviews and it looked legit. After our medicore dining experience, I went back onto Unilocal to read the reviews and realized most of the 5 star reviews were left by new Unilocal members. Oopsy ^_^ This little restaurant is located in a shopping strip next to a coin laundry. Even as we were pulling in, we were having second thoughts but decided to stay as we were already there. HabiThai is much smaller than the normal Thai restauant. Remove the table and chairs and it can pass for a fast food place. We were the only customers there for a Saturday early dinner. We were seated right away and given menus. I ordered the combination fried rice which included chicken, beef, pork and shrimp. Kenzie ordered the Tofu vegetable panang with a side of white rice. Food came out within a few minutes. My combination fried rice was flavorless. It lacked soy sauce and seasoning, it was very bland. It was served with more chicken than beef, pork and shrimp but even the chicken was bland. I poured chili hot sauce just to get some flavor going. As for Kenzie’s dish, she would agree it was just okay. Customer service was good however there was a language barrier that made questions difficult. While we struggled to communicate, there was another worker who obviously understood us because he kept looking and listening but made no attempt to step in to help with the communication. Overall, there will be no coming back to HabiThai. Most dishes are priced under $ 10 with lunch specials Monday-Thursday but even at this price, the quality is not there. With several Thai restaurants in the OC, in my opinion this is one of the least better ones. Three stars for HabiThai.

It’s okay. Not much to write. Came here because of the so-called good reviews. Not sure who wrote them, but I should have trusted my gut and went somewhere else. The old lady can’t even speak English. Assuming she’s the mother. I seen a younger lady taking phone orders. It’s a family business. Mama couldn’t understand anything I was trying to say!!! I said I want vegetables curry. She kept asking to choose a meat. I said I’m choosing vegetables. She asked again, choose a meat. I said isn’t tofu additional price? I said okay fine, tofu. I don’t think she knows. A minute later she comes back saying tofu is $ 1 extra, assuming her daughter told her that. I’m like yeah, I don’t want it. It was okay. $ 9 for what I got was dam pricey. I don’t live here so no reason to come back. I came with my babes Mai because we were at the Packing House but I don’t really eat anything there and we kinda wanted to go to a real restaurant. Preferably one that has workers that speaks English. Way better places in Orange. This place is tiny. I think only people who live in the area come here. They deliver. This is more of a fast-food Thai joint. Thanks for reading! :) ~*kenzie*~

Came in search of some Thai food for lunch. Nicely decorated place in a bad location. We ordered: BBQ chicken. Just too mushy for our taste Pad Thai chicken. Very good and authentic Chicken curry. Very good We couldn’t finish our dishes & had it packed to go by our friendly little old waitress. I think she was the grandma but dressed way hip. This is a small family run business & I noticed a lot of take outs. Our dishes averaged under $ 10 each.
