I’ve been using this family run cleaners for the past year and love them! Their work is impeccable and their service is always professional. We bring everything from jeans, tshirts, business suits and dresses for cleaning and have always been satisfied. we’ve also been greatly pleased with their delivery services. I highly recommend them.

Talk about WOW! With two little ones and just moving we needed a laundry service. They came and picked up my trash bags filled of dirty laundry. A few days later it came back clean folded and beautifully placed in a bag. All I needed to do was put it away. The cost was a fraction of what it would’ve cost me to go to a laundry mat and forget about all the time THAT would’ve taken. We will be using green cleaners again for sure!!!

Great service and great quality! This place is outstanding and the staff are very friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure clothes are looking their best. They have been able to remove some of the worst stains from my work clothes and even Indian clothes! Love this place!!!

This place is on my way to work so I decided to give it a try. When I received the clothes back they were clean and pressed nicely. Best thing I loved was the fact that they are very accommodating with same day requests (on occasion it’s understandable that they can’t do it due to their work load. Usually they will let me know). So far I have been very happy with their service. Will definitely recommend them.

WOW loved this place & their dry cleaning job! Half of the dry cleaners in my area will not even dry clean clothes from India… they not only dry cleaned my clothes interestingly the clothes looked even sharper & cleaner after the service provided by Green Green Clean Cleaners!!!

We needed a quick turnaround for a reasonable price and Green Clean Cleaners came through for us! We bought a wrinkled Sports Coat from Good Will and Green Clean Cleaners got it back to us the next day pressed and SUPER CLEAN! I definitely recommend this service. They have specials online and can do drop off/​pick ups when needed. Prices are MUCH better than the places I go to in Irvine.

After the owner’s wife’s response to my review, I will not only stop my business with them just as I have wrote on my review, but I will personally direct all of my neighbors and friends to this review to see the extent of negativity that they treat their customers with.
This message is to the owners:
Thank you for responding on behalf of your husband, the owner, and attempting to rewrite the history.
First of all, as it is clearly written on my previous review, We’ve been coming to this cleaner for a very long time, and on my first visit since you and your husband took over, I’ve asked if the prices were the same and was made sure that it was so. Unless you change prices groundlessly on a whim, a jump from $ 15 to $ 30 is pretty far-​fetched if you ask me.
Secondly, it is very shallow of you to demean and patronize to insist that a person who doesn’t speak perfect English cannot do a simple math of addition and increased the rate offhandedly. You should be ashamed of yourself for adding a heinous lie to say that she called your manager names while also stating that she didn’t speak English well enough to understand simple math. There is no respect here that you claim to provide your customers with. What is the reason you are writing on behalf of your husband? Did HE communicate perfectly at the time of dispute for overcharging just as you are implying? Could it be that he was frustrated and yelled at this «client» and dismissed her complaint of charging her double? By what you are saying, I guess he called her names, too?
Lastly, the garments were left at the table as she entered in BEFORE the bad service (or lack thereof) your husband and the manager has provided. As your husband threw the money at her, he gave her back the garment, and yelled at her to never come back. You mentioned that she yelled. I would be surprised if she didn’t. With this kind of atrocious behavior, I don’t know of any customers who would leave with a gratitude. What goes around, comes around. Since you think this is an appropriate manner to handle your business, please continue to do so.
Your reason to refuse service to her was that she wanted to set the price. I am bewildered that your establishment doesn’t have set prices as it is a binding agreement between you and your customers and an essential to run a legitimate business.
I don’t know where you did your business before, but from what I know, you’ve only took over this business merely a couple of months ago, and my advise as a person who established numerous successful businesses is that instead of adding insult to injury to whom you’ve lost as a client, you should spend that time working on your customer service if you don’t want to repeat losing customers. Remember that your business comes from the customers, not anyone/​anything else.

The prices here are a little high. It’s a cleaners. One that uses green products that don’t destroy my skin when I wear my clothes. They can have your clothes ready next day, and they are always pressed and perfect. I have never had a complaint on their service or product. Even alterations are well done. If you want low prices, go to Hillside. If you want great, earth-​friendly results.

Overpriced. Questionable level of service and consideration. After 5+ years of bringing out clothes here, we have gone elsewhere. Our dry cleaning bills shot up nearly 30% the last two months. We were spending hundreds of dollars here and are finally done.
