Here is an update. Alex(owner) gave us a refund for the flowers. He tried to say he needed to charge us for the delivery fee(what a joke), we said no then agreed on a $ 10 fee. It wasn’t my credit card, had it been I would of refused even allowing them to keep a penny. The owner ended up sending a bouquet of flowers to my mom saying they were sorry for the mix up. That was a nice gesture but I still don’t understand how they were so stupid and lacked so much common sense in the first place.

Edited: 05/14/2014 So I guess they did understand me. They dropped off a set of flowers to the aforementioned recipient as an apology. Thank you. Trust restored! 05/14/2014 Never again. I’ve ordered many times for this place. Mostly happy but this last time. NOMORE! I called in to place and order an arrangement for my girlfriend’s mother for Mother’s Day. I SPECIFICALLY told the lady that the name was a MONTH. I counted out the MONTHs and spelled it for her. I repeated myself at least 3 times because she hardly spoke any English. FOURLETTERS! And they still got the order WRONG!!! I called to complain about my order. I asked for someone who spoke English. They passed me about three times(because none of them spoke clear English) and I ended up with the same lady that picked up the phone. She was laughing as she picked up the phone, even though I told her initially I was calling to make a complaint and I wanted to speak to someone that speaks English. I explained the situation and she just gave a weak«Oh sorry». And that was it. I don’t even think she understood what I was talking about. I have lost confidence in the establishment. I would not like for my order to get sent to the wrong place next time or to an imaginary person. I’ve invested quite a bit of money with them and I don’t appreciate being laughed at.

I received flowers from this shop after someone placed an order from Teleflora. I expected a higher standard from Teleflora, the arrangement had several flowers that seemed dry and burnt by either being too old or too cold? Brown edges on roses are a Faux Pas on a brand new arrangement. I order flowers online but would not from either the website nor would I from this shop after receiving said arrangement. I could not bear brake the bad news to the person whom sent them to me, but I do see it fit that others know.

Awesome place!!! Lots of choices and great service. The little boy named tanner is a good helper. If you ask him how much he might give you a deal. I come here all the time. Never let’s me down!!!
