Our company hired Futuristech to update our phone systems, and our experience with them was TERRIBLE. Their owner and his employee spent a few hours of the day in our office making phones ring off the hook, and wasting time moving our furniture and equipment around. (Completely unessesary). They had absolutely no idea what they were doing.
Their owner was unprofessional and extremely dishonest. The quote that was presented to us initially was fair, but we were then charged more than 30% of the original cost.
We DO NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. Such unethical business practices and unprofessional service have no place in the business world. They do not deliver what they promise.
