We’ve been going here for yearsss– since they were over on Raymond. We always get fresh, quality meat here at a good price! We buy multiple bags at a time for our parties & a couple extra bags pa la cruda the next day!

visited this place for the first time. friendly staff. super clean. great products. The steaks I purchased cooked up amazing… and were reasonably priced. Also. the salsas they sell/​make are very good. I ll try the aged meats next!

Excellent service and excellent products!!! For Father’s Day I bought my husband a meat smoker, so every free weekend that we have, he tries a new project. We usually buy our meat from Costco, but this time he wanted beef ribs. Well, Costco doesn’t carry it and we weren’t going to go to any run of the mill grocery store. My husband and I came here today and we were really pleased by the selection, the service and the prices. They had a lot of different cuts to choose from, the butcher was really knowledgable about the meats, and the prices were reasonable for what you get. We ended up getting 6.5lbs of beef ribs with A LOT of meat on it. Definitely something you couldn’t find at a regular grocery store. We are going to make this place our new go-​to butcher shop!

Just moved to Anaheim and decided to look for a good meat shop. Boy did we hit the jackpot… amazing pricess, amazing service to help with our selection, and the steaks were outstanding on the table. Can’t wait to go back and try the aged beef.

I used to love buying my meat at this place but, once I saw a dog in the shop roaming around in the back by the meat which disgusted me. To make matters worst the dog looks sick. To finish it, when I got home I was about to cook the meat and found dog hair all over my meat. This is my experience at this shop. I am just stating my personal experience. I would have continued purchasing my meat there if I had never experienced such experience.

The quality of the meat are excellent. Especially, the dry aged meat stuff is great future FMC has. They recently started selling Akaushi which is Texans wagyu. The price is unbelievable. The most known wagyu out there is Snake River Farm brand which can go easily for $ 10-​$ 20 per LB more than Akaushi here. The taste and the quality of the meat is second to none. Must-​try beef. Personally I like Akaushi New York but Akaushi Ribeye is also incredible.

Absolutely love the chorizo! Only $ 3 lb and nothing like the chorizo in a tube that you buy at the grocery store. Its seasoned pieces of pork butt and bacon. Not, too, spicy or greasy. A must try for anyone that likes chorizo.

Love this place. They have quality meat. It doesn’t spider web when u pick it up. We have plenty of cook outs and always get compliments on the food.

I have been told by several people that I needed to see this place. While they look like they are just getting going, they seem to be focusing mainly on the meat. They have a special meat locker where the dry age their Beef. Looked Really Good. I keyed in on the Boneless Ribeyes on sale for $ 5.90 per pound. I also liked the look of the Polish Sausage. I will grill them both up tonight and see if This becomes a Regular Stop. Service was Excellent, of course I was alone in the Store. I would like to see some Seasonings and Sauces on the Shelves. Maybe Later. I also want to try the «Taco Meat» at $ 3.90 per it’s a Bargain. Can You say Chili?
