Went to Farmer Boys for lunch. We gave our order and they gave us a number to set down at our table. We noticed that everyone else was being served, but we hadn’t received our food. It wasn’t too busy so it was easy to notice. After 20 minutes we were the only ones without any food and when we went to the counter they had lost our order. They didn’t seem surprised that there was a problem. We demanded a refund and left. They didn’t even apologize. Won’t be going back.

So I took mom out to dinner and thought we would have a nice time but ounce we got there the shift manager took her sweet ass time with the other shift manager dealing with money in the drawer. The food tasted great but both of their attitudes sucked. I asked nicely for ranch and yellow peppers and the guy manager just dropped them on the counter and walked away. I lost count on how many times they both walked by delivering food to other people and saw that we had our empty trays at the end of the table and they both just walked by, but they picked up others tray no problem. I highly recommend getting new managers that actually want to Manger a restaurant chain.

Avoid the drive thru at all costs. You will find yourself repeating your order several times, getting stuck waiting an excessive amount of time, then finally getting your food and finding half of your order missing. This happens far more often than not. Also, the fries are very undercooked.

The service at this place is always very slow and does not make up for the quality of their food. I went in on my way to work and there were two ladies working(allegedly) behind the counter. One appeared to be working the drive thru and told me that she’d be right with me. She disappeared for several minutes while she serviced the window. The other one just sat there and she also told me she’d help take my order in a minute. After several minutes the first lady reappeared and stood there looking at the other lady and still no one asked to take my order after 5 – 6 minutes had passed since I walked in. Oh and did I forget to mention that no one was in line ahead of me? Service is terrible. I will not return and unless you have time to kill I would suggest you don’t either.

Hello to the owner of the farmer boys location on la palma and richfield in anaheim… YOURSTORESUCKS!!! Over the last year and a half your location has gone down in quality, gone down in cleanliness and gone way down in customer service. Your employees are rude, it takes too long in the drive thru, and your food is either overcooked, undercooked, not cooked at all, or as old as my long deceased grangfather. If you dont care about loyal and repeat customers then you are doing just fine. But if you care about your business and your customer base that pays your bills here is a little advice… FIREYOURMANAGERS, HIRESOMECOMPETENTWORKERSWHOCAREABOUTTHEIRJOBANDRESTORETHEQUALITYINFOODPREPARATIONFOODSERVICEANDCUSTOMERSERVICE. You see many different types of restaurants along La Palma Ave in Anaheim Hills. Such as Tom’s place and Knowlwood. One place sticks out in mind as a great place for Lunch and dinner. Farmer Boys is it. The Breakfast burritos are of the right portion, The burgers are juicy and have a great taste to them. The menu has a lot of variety from Guacamole burgers to bread bowls full of soup and chili. If you come to this place during the early spring you will find they have excellent fish plates. The salads that they have are also excellent. I especially like their cobb sald with all kinds of meats, cheese and of course Bacon! I highly recommend Farmer boys, and if you live in Anaheim Hills you will find this place to be one of your favorite breakfast or lunch place around.

I used to love this place but right now I have been stuck in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and I’m livid.

The staff here is always happy to help. My usual order is their ham breakfast burrito or their pancakes. The burrito is huge, I usually eat the second half for lunch! The pancakes are always fluffy and super buttery. It’s my go-to cheat meal lol.

Went there because my husband never tried it. I’ve been raving to him about the one in Commerce that I have lunch at quite frequently with coworkers. So it’s a Friday night and Slaters had an hour wait and we were hungry so we say lets just go try out Farmer Boys. Boy was that a bad decision. The girl that took our order was rude and had the worst attitude. The shift manager on duty was Consuelo and she was just as rude when I questioned a charge on the receipt. The food was then delivered to our table and umm it didn’t look like the usual meal I receive at the Commerce location. Some of the lettuce corners on my chicken sandwich were black, the fries were burned and hardened and the zucchini tasted very bland. So I don’t see myself ever coming back here and will just stick to the Commerce location during my lunch hour.

This place is a notch above a greasy spoon joint. They take care in crafting flavorful sandwiches, burgers and offerings. My kids love it because they can get breakfast anytime of the day. The portions are very generous. Friendly servers who refill your drinks. I love the charbroiled chicken club sandwich. I always swap the fries for their fried zucchini. My husband likes the fish platter which is jumbo and my kids always share a piece of his fish. It’s decorated nicely inside. For what it is, this place takes the extra step in décor and their menu.

Their food is good but the cleanliness of the establishment is unbelievable, it makes me not want to eat here ever again. The floor is so sticky and the tables, although wiped are disgusting, I don’t even want to think about the kitchen. Given their history I will try them again in a few months, however, if they haven’t cleaned up their act I will write them off forever– yuck!

Cobb Wrap — No Avocado please. Simple right? Apparently not for the cook who messed up my order.

1−27−16 Hit or miss and today was a miss. Bread on the turkey sandwich is dry and seems like the ingredients are not fresh. Same with the clam chowder bread bowl. Bread was hard. Now I can’t whole heartily recommend the clam chowder bread bowl here, but if I do, try at your own risk. 5 months ago: Would have been a 3 star but today’s food made it a 2. I got the 4 piece fish dinner(for lunch). Only ate half the bread, half the onion ring, a few pieces of fries but I manage to eat the 4 piece fish. Frozen fish meal microwaved would probably taste better and it’s cheaper too. Why do I go to this place? It’s only a minute walk from my work… I haven’t tried everything they have to offer… Clam chowder bread bowl is very good but it’s only seasonal.

As someone who grew up in the Inland Empire, Farmer Boys has been a staple in my life. I’m happy there’s one within a short drive of my house now. It isn’t In-N-Out but it isn’t Burger King. Farmer Boys is fast food somewhere in the middle. And, to be honest, this isn’t a spot I go to for a burger… this is a chicken sandwich, milkshake, onion rings… or even salad kind of place. Seriously, try the Harvest Salad. Or get your sweet on with a chocolate shake.

Worst service ever!!! Shift manager first off I would not have anyone represent me the way she does and second if you want to be gangsta then stay on the streets and do your thang! No customer service no personality wow! No wonder other burgers joints are busy not this one! Wow never ever coming here if so only drive thru!

Customer service besides food is number one. Very disappointed to hear they refuse to give me cut tomatoes on my salad instead of diced tomatoes. A salad is a salad not salsa. Needless to say i had to order no tomatoes on my salad. Salad was wilted and i paid 4.80 for a green salad with only lettuce on it. Disappointed

Convenient drive-through and parking Found myself having to buy lunch unexpectedly. Went to drive through while being preoccupied and forgot to place an order on the speaker phone — first time having this kind of oops. Felt really bad and apologized to the cashier who greeted me at the window. She made me feel good despite my mistake, and the tuna melt was excellent, made just the way I asked/expected. The cashier was just superb despite rush lunch hour and my oops! Great customer service!

We lived in Placentia many years ago and would come here for burgers from time to time. I recall them being pretty good. This morning I woke up craving a breakfast burrito, so I went on Unilocal. This place is less than a mile from my house and has a drive thru — off I went! Two bacon burritos were $ 13. The burritos were so big we each ate only half, next time we will split one. Very tasty though, hit the spot! I will be coming back for more burritos, and probably burgers too!

A bit icky feeling. This place needs a remodel. The high chairs were all broken and gross. The restrooms were decent but lacked appeal. The chicken sandwich I had was dry and boring. The fries were greasy. My daughter’s fish was gross(looking like twice fried rubber). The owner must neglect this place. The staff tried to be friendly and helpful but looked defeated.

Had the cheeseburger here. Tasted not fresh and not very flavorful. Tasted a little strange. Pretty large burger and was filling however. Not expensive. Not so friendly service. Specifically asked for no onions or pickles on my burger and the request was ignored. Fairly fast service. Looks like they have a lot of regular customers. They also have a drive through.
