I’m so happy Kimmy, the vietnamese stylist, is back! She gave me such a cute cut a few years ago, and i stayed away for 3 years or so bcoz none of the other stylists seemed to be able to create a good look for me. I thought she was gone for good, but i came in to get a quick cut and was happy to see she’s back! She gets 5 stars!

The stylist was in some sort of race to get my hair done while she had another customer in middle of color treatment. Horrible — man handled my head to make it quick. Cutting my ear in the process. She asked if she wanted my side burns at a specific length while she cut them… like cut them while asking. Horrible. 5 mins and $ 19 later I’ve decided I’m never coming back here.

There is nothing fantastic about this place! In fact, it’s absolutely awful!
I went in to get my 5yr old a haircut. I asked for an undercut and swoop bangs, nothing too difficult.
Instead, I got the quintessential bowl cut!
My poor little guy looks bad with his haircut as much as I want to fix it.
If this is the work they do with a simple kids haircut, I can only imagine how the rest could be.

My hair was poorly cut and I felt like it was rushed. I ended up with 5 – 6 inches cut off (when I asked for a trim) and layers that are very uneven. The hair on my right side is way shorter than my left side. I am very disappointed at the work she did. This was not Mina! I have heard many great things about Mina but sadly I wouldn’t recommend this place. I won’t be able to wear my hair down for a while until my hair grows. I am very embarrassed of my hair right now.

Have been coming here every three weeks for the last 2 ½ years, after following Joy from another salon. I always get the cut I want. The owner, Mina, is very friendly. Would recommend this salon. The shop is very clean, and they are very professional.

My family and I love this Fantastic Sams location! I get my hair done here (color and cut. Mina is fantastic!!) My kids get their hair cut here as well. We have never had a problem and everyone is so nice!

We started going here last year after searching everywhere for a place that could cut my family’s hair and not screw it up. They have consistently cut my kids’ and my hair beautifully. We could not be happier. Their prices are reasonable as well.

Took my daughter in for a trim. Had a coupon for a kids cut for 9.95. The lady seemed nice enough, didn’t introduce herself. While cutting my daughter’s hair she stops to take a payment from another customer. Then when we go to check out I give her my debit card and she asks if I have cash. I wasn’t too impressed with the customer service but she managed to trim my daughters hair evenly so that’s what I really wanted. Would only go back if I had the coupon.

Walked in with no appointment (terrible I know) I just wanted a wash and blowout but then I saw my roots and decided to get a root touch up. The lady (I never caught her name) was very careful with the dye and left no marks on me. The color was perfect and my shampooing was bliss I was actually falling asleep. I decided against a trim and just had her blowout my hair. I have layered choppy hair and she made it look smooth and full of volume. My hair doesn’t feel like it’s usually coarseness. I have smooth and beautiful locks. Great price as well. I will be coming back

I had a great experience here! Just decided to stop by to see if I could get some layers to my long, thin hair. Alisha hooked me up! She helped me very promptly, and was very sweet. I asked her to explain how she was styling my hair (because I know nothing), and she taught me some tricks of the trade! Love my layers and style! I even bought some of the products she recommended because I loved how my hair turned out! The manager gave me a great deal on my service. Very affordable, great for my full time student budget! Thanks Alisha! Will be returning!

We have been coming to the Anaheim Hills Fantastia Sams for about a year. I never wait, walk right-​in and receive a great haircut for my boys and occassionally a cut for me. For the price, my cut this week turned out great. The gentleman listened to my wants, took his time and cut layers with precision. He gave a nice scrub and relaxing massage during my shampoo and deep conditioning treatment. He ended the haircut with a nice blowout.
The staff at Fantastic Sams, Anaheim Hills are great with kids.
The owner accepts coupons and is very willing to give you a good deal.

The girls here are wonderful! I went in there looking to curl my hair for the evening, I walked out not only with beautiful curls, they taught me how to style my hair so I can do itself!

I knew I would regret walking into this place. I asked for just a trim to get rid of my damaged ends and left with something that made me cry. I felt that the woman that did my hair was in a rush since she had a client waiting for her. When I tell you I’m letting my hair grow long and only want you to clip the very minimal to get rid of my fried ends, please don’t cut 1.5″ off. If you feel that is what you need to accomplish the task of getting rid of the damage then please tell me. I was so upset when I got home. Do yourself a favor and shell out some extra $ for something you will like. I will not be returning. You fail Fantastic Sam’s.

It is a Fantastic Sam’s. I know what I am getting, and if I am clear with what I want, I get what I want.
Today, there was a man who freaked out at his hair dresser, and the hairdresser and he had a good 4-​minute shouting match in the shop.
My poor hairdresser just kept cutting my hair, and I just kept sitting there. It was insanely uncomfortable and disappointing to see adults act that way.

I went here last week on Labor Day. I couldn’t believe they were open first of all! My son is 7 and needed a «back to school» haircut and he wanted something a little specific, a fauxhawk. We met with Teddy and he did an excellent job! It was quick and easy and he was patient with my lil boy. We will definitely be coming back here next time! Thanks Teddy!
