Domino’s Pizza

All I ordered last night was pepperoni jalapeño and sausage and out of all things you forgot the sausage…

Last night, we were being super lazy and decided to order delivery.
I always get horrible customer service over the phone, so I used the Domino’s app to place our order. The app is awesome, saves your address, payment method, frequent orders, and lists coupons-​Nothing is worse than listening to the clerk rattle off the coupons. Plus, after you order, you can track the progress. I love seeing when our pizza goes in the oven and if we get delivery, it shows when the driver left the store with our order. I usually go pick it up (carry out), because I hate that they charge $ 2.99 for delivery fees and still expect you to tip the driver. (I’m cheap!)
Recommendation: if you do carry out, pay online anyway!!! There have been times when I had to wait a while for the clerk to get off the phone to charge me. If I had paid online anyone could have handed me our boxes and I could have left.
Our pizza was topped well to the crust, cheese was tasty, crust was perfect! We ordered the jalapeño bacon stuffed bread. Oooo-​Weee! I love it, but yesterday it was extra spicy. Let’s just say, I’m still thinking about it today… So yeah.
We keep our house stocked with dressing, cheese, and peppers because they charge for any accoutrement.
I minused a start today because the customer service leaves something to be desired.

I ordered online 2 hours before I wanted the delivery. It was for a class party.
The pizzas arrived cold, 45 minutes late, after the kids had left. The driver drove around 3 times while I wildly waved. Why didn’t he call? Don’t they give the guy the buyer’s number?
They still charged me $ 34. Not to mention the pizza was nasty.

I’ve been a customer of this location for a long time (at least 7 years) and the crew working here today are the best. These guys work hard and this place operates like a well oiled machine. When they made a mistake on the order, they own up to it and offer to correct it on the spot. I applaud their efforts and will be back.

This was our first time ordering from this domino’s location. Our pizza was a little late and arrived cold. Our microwave just gave out so this was not a good situation considering the wait. We called back to complain, and without a question, they offered to replace our pizza or completely refund us. Thank you Ana for your professionalism and great customer service.

This place is great and I will come back :) pizza was bomb and employees are great :) Anna and Frankie are really nice :)

Awful delivery service. When we opened the box the entire pizza was a big smushed up mess! And the slices that were edible had a horrible flavor. This location wasn’t always like this and it’s really sad to see that the quality has dropped in their food. Would highly NOT recommend Dominos.

This place sucks… They wanted to charge me extra for Parmesan cheese and crushed peppers

I’ve been here a couple times and tonight was just the worst, My pizza wan’t ready when the tracker had clearly showed me the opposite uhmmm. Worsts custumer service, chlesee is rude and so unprofessional with her job.

I’m officially DONE with this location. Not only do they get my order WRONG 75% of the time (it’s not a difficult or hard order ever either), but now they refuse to sell me something they have in the past. I used to buy a pasta with extra Alfredo (the part the mess up on almost every time) and then some Parmesan bites with some Alfredo sauce to dip it in (which I would PAY EXTRA to receive because that’s what I wanted to use as a dipper). I’ve done this multiple times and at this exact location as it is close to my house. I MIGHT have walked away paying for my order (instead of leaving it like I did) if the actual manager would have had enough courtesy to actually speak with me. So yeah. I don’t care if it’s the closest pizza place, I’ll never spent money at this location ever again.

I love everything here! The place deserves to be rated better I think. I read many complained comments about staffs’ mistakes, but come on they make hundreds of orders a day and they are also human. I have ordered pizza here serveral times and they have never messed up it. So please give them sometimes to make your meal and check your order carefully, and if you’re really hungry then order and come to pick up yourself insteads of complaining how long it takes to delivery to your home.

I was charged almost $ 20 for 2 pastas that tasted like they were a week old. I’ve also ordered pizza here many times and its never tasted fresh and they even charge you for Parmesan!
They’re also located in a really ghetto area so be sure to wear a bulletproof vest.
I think your time and money is better spent elsewhere.

I generally like this pizza… The problem is that it took 30 minutes to deliver from down the street. Freezing cold pizza, the cheese wasn’t even melty anymore it was already settled and solid. Very disappointed.

This place gets one star, because the pizza is… ok…
Other than that these guys can’t even follow simple directions. Asked them to NOT knock on the front door as this house is separated. Told them to call me when they were out front. Didn’t get called until after they knocked on the front door. On top of everything the driver she looked super stoned, and very rude like if I did something to her

Ordered online from this store and was told that my pizza, sandwiches and bread would be 20 minutes. Waited an hour, called and was told they were on there way. Waited over another hour, driver brings cold rubbery food. When my husband said «so you are the only driver today?» (this is what Cheslea the manager told me) — the driver laughed and left…

Always perfect. Always on time. Always a fair price. LOVE my Brooklyn style :)

I have never had a good turnout with this location. My order is always wrong. Which idk why because I have the cashier repeat my order to me (after 10 mins of trying to get them to comprehend my simple instructions). Then this time, they get my order wrong. Again. They send me more pizza to make up for it. Come to find out, the middle of the pizza dough is completely raw. Wtf?! Now I have all this pizza. And the dough can’t cook now because the sauce and everything is already on it. How simple is it to make a pizza? I understand this is a franchise, but the staff here is horrible and do not care enough about their jobs.

Would’ve given this place a 0 if Unilocal allowed.
I don’t eat dominos… and for good reason, but my son wanted some and so I stopped in. Sh! tty sh! tty customer service. There were 4 people behind the counter and no one said a thing for about 10 minutes. The cashier was on the phone-I’ll give him that… but when he got off, he was about the dumbest piece of sh! t there is. He’s slow, took my order, asked someone else to do it, then asked me what I ordered. What the hell just went on? When it was time to pay, (in store mind you), he asked for my phone number (strange) and then punched in my card number. I told him the 3 digits on the back and he said it didn’t work. He’s a retard that can’t even enter a card number correctly. You shouldn’t work at dominos (or in public), dumb sh! t.
Another fool took a phone call and was rude to the customer (and I UNDERSTAND how dumb people can be) and slammed the phone and hung up on probably a drunk customer (nye mind you) because she didn’t know the address and proceeded to mumble profanities under his breath). You shouldn’t work at dominos, dumb sh! t.

Ordered delivery. They said 45 mins– and they were on point. Pizza was still piping hot. Also, opened on Christmas. 5 stars

So far so good… started out rocky, but once I spoke with management all has been excellent ever since! Love that it’s hot and fresh to my door… Hope you find your pizza delivery experience enjoyable as enjoyable as I have… I order twice a month and every time the quality is right on!
