Went to this Dairy Queen yesterday & got a blizzard which was good. My reason for the one star rating is because we had a coupon DIRECTLY from the Dairy Queen app, & this location refused to accept it! Will definitely be going to a different store next time! The customer is ALWAYS right.

My granddaughter and I come here 3 – 4 days a week and she just loves it! She always gets a blizzard and they are so nice and helpful. Love Neetu! We knew her from the Orange DQ too and actually started coming to this location!

The food and service here is atrocious! I went here today with my family. The floor is sticky wherever you walk. After we ordered and received our food, we were shocked by their chili hot dogs. Ours was either sitting out in the open since yesterday or burned in the microwave. It was hard throughout the sausage. We asked for a new one because it was inedible and it took them a while to hand us the new chili dog. On top of that, when we went up to the counter, the worker asked, «Is it burned?» like she already knew. We had to ask for napkins because they’re hidden behind the counter and the worker gave us two napkins for four people. Horrible! Never coming here again! I recommend you save your hard-​earned money and eat elsewhere!

We waited several minutes and I finally had to yell and demand service! Several people before us were waiting for their food. I know you have a «Help Wanted» sign out front, but don’t even open your restaurant if you can’t staff it properly.

It’s pretty obvious what’s going on here — all the problems can be eliminated with the management and leaders of this business. All his employees suck because their boss/​owner/​manager sounds like a shitty individual with no respect or customer service skills that is obviously bleeding down to his lackadaisical team.
Not to mention his associates openly talk shit about him to complaining customers. (One of the girls working the drive through had the audacity to tell me and my boyfriend that he is a «douche,» when we told her we wanted to complain.)
This location has SO MANY complains and 1 – 2 star reviews, how does the owner/​higher ups at DQ not catching this? My boyfriend and I are regulars, as we live like 2 seconds away — but fuck that! We’re going to JOES Itallian Ice on Harbor blvd. We’ll battle the Disneyland tourists and all the red lights all the way down Harbor to have good customer service and ice cream that’s just as good if not better than DQ.

I sat in the drive through, no line mind you, for at least 20 minutes. The girl, without a name tag, was unbelievably rude and unable to do her job. She interrupted our order five times. Two simple orders… we stressed multiple times which order went to which card. She ignored us and charged the wrong cards anyways, then struggled to understand and asked to see our cards multiple times. Do not go to this location. Absolutely terrible. Honestly, one star is giving much more credit than deserved.

They skimp on the blizzards. I saw them make the group in front of ours. They fill with un-​mixed softserve after making the mix. The group in front of us got blizzards i had never gotten before, so i thought maybe it was just that blizzard.
I got a large butterfinger blizzard. They only filled 2⁄3 the cup. made the blizzard, then stuck the soft serve nozzle IN the blizzard to fill plain soft serve underneath the top so i could be seen. i go to a lot of dqs, and have never seen this done.

Place needs to shut down with all the rat traps around the facility. Not to mention for the past 6 years going here not once have they done the traditional upside down blizzard delivery. Yeah those $ 5 boxes are a steal but after knowing how a DQ should function this place deserves to fail. For the prices you pay to have a good ice cream snack this place is lousy on presentation or even at least making the ice creams taste mediocre.

This place needs to be closed or be provided more training. I love DQ. But this place ruined my love for it. We ordered the 4 chicken strips basket, a grape slush and the Orange Julius.
The country gravy was so old. They warmed it up in the container in a microwave. The container was distorted. Photo attached. The chicken was horrible. The Texas toast was cooked on a dirty grill. I can taste other food with it. I took three bites and threw the whole thing away. The Orange Julius lacked flavor. And the grape slush was all ice. I took it back up and asked for more grape juice. When I got it back, there was no difference. We tossed our $ 16 food away.
Go elsewhere. This location is horrible. Cypress location is a lot friendlier and better.

Very poor service. I came here because there was a fundraiser for children with cancer and a Dairy Queen was donating $ 1 or more for blizzard purchases. I went through drive-​thru and ordered a mini blizzard. The cashier put me on hold for about 5 minutes. After I ordered I waited another few minutes. When i pulled up to the window she opened the window and looked at me then closed it and walked away. Her manager came up and took my card, DID NOT GET A RECEIPT. I waited over 10 minutes for a mini blizzard and poor service.

This place just ruined my burger I paid almost $ 6 for by giving me patties that have been sitting in a warmer for a couple of hours. So dry…
But the ½ flame thrower burger does taste good hence the 2 stars. Just don’t go to this location or ask them to make it fresh. I can I overlook the bad behavior sometimes but don’t mess with the food I paid for by giving me crap that’s been laying around because your business is slow.

The owner/​manager is rude and has no people skills. The girl serving me and me family made a simple mistake. He had attitude and I had to tell him to cool it as he was trying to take it out on me. He finally mumbled and went about his business. While we sat there eating, he had attitude with customers and employees. Due to him, not his employees, we won’t be back to this location.

It is a bad mistake going through the drive through here the staff is rude and didn’t give me my correct order. I felt as if I was an annoyance for them to serve due to the attitude I detected from the woman taking my order. Won’t be going again, unless I am told they’re under new management.

I haven’t been to a DQ in years, but after seeing some of the local TV commercials, I thought I’d give them a try. BIG MISTAKE! The one in Anaheim (on State College) is a dive — to say the least. First, it is not clean. Crumbs on nearly every table and flys are abound. Second, the staff is devoid of any enthusiasm. In fact, the guy who helped me (an East Indian), presumably the owner, based on the fact he was not wearing a uniform, was clearly not interested in helping me. When I asked for help he looked at me like I was bothering him. He spoke in a very low tone and when I asked him to repeat himself, he was visibly upset. Finally, their food presentation was awful! The meal I bought was supposed to come with fries– not just a couple. In sum, I will probably NEVER go to another DQ again (because of this one experience).

Was just there for the first time. i was really excited but not so happy due to the wait and the presentation/​display of my food.
Ordered a #1 and it was pretty good its just the food was prepared with not the freshest lettuce… the service can use some work. my shake was yummy.

Convenient, convenient, convenient.
There’s always room for Ice Cream, or Chicken Fingers, whichever one of those floats your boat.
For this review, I’ll be honest, I’m about 5 minutes away from this location — hence, I like that fact that I can have it whenever I want. You have your staple ice cream choices: Sundaes, Floats and Blizzards — But doust my eyes deceive me? Was that a list of frozen coffees on their menu. Sure was.
Good Job, Dairy Queen. You’re keeping up with the demand! Keep your frozen yogurt as creamy as it was and I’ll continue to visit your establishment.
There is a BUT, (there’s always a BUT)… Why must the Drive-​Thru take forever… *sigh*
