Management, please speak to the current employee that has bright red hair. She is so rude! When she asks a question you better answer her and don’t ask anymore questions because she will give you the bitchiest attitude. I came here for lunch with my coworker bc we work down the street. To the girl: My poor coworker is an older lady whose English is her second language. There was no reason for you to be so rude to her. Maybe consider working at the DMV, you’ll fit right in. Anyway, the chicken had a ton of fat I was only able to eat a few pieces.

Visited the store this evening and it was pretty empty. The disappointing part was the fact that I’m pretty sure that they sold me tostitos instead of their normal chips. They were pretty gross…

Just had the worst experience here. Ordered my food on the chipotle app, burrito bowl and chips with a side of salsa. I go in to get my order and stood there waiting for my order for five minutes. Any other chipotle I never have to wait. They were messing around in the back while I waited for my food. They handed me a big bag with my food. My fault for not checking, but after I got to my destination, which was 20 minutes away, I opened the bag and there was no chips and no salsa. Annoyed, I called chipotle and asked them to give me a refund on my card, which is on the app. She said she needed the card to give me a refund. Well you don’t need my card to charge me, but you need it for a refund, convenient. So she told me she could give me a «free» bag of chips next time I come in. That’s not a free bag of chips if I’ve already paid for them, thanks. Then, as I’m eating my steak bowl, every piece of steak is charred and over cooked, not to mention a giant piece of fat. The steak was not good and tasted very old, which I’m sure is the reason they cooked it so long. Chipotle is usually my favorite spot for lunch, but today really ruined it for me.

Pretty long line but it’s worth the wait, they serve great chicken burritos. I will be coming here more often for sure. I would also recommend the steak burrito I prefer the chicken. I love chicken very much it tastes so good and I can barely stand a day ethogram it.

I used to come to this location all the time. I used to love the chicken bowls and burritos. Lines were always long, but it moved quickly. The workers were great. I miss coming here a lot. PLEASEPLEASE Chipotle clean up your act!!! I want to come back so dearly but I’m afraid of contracting the e-coli virus!!! Yeah the problems were not around here but all Chipotles are guilty by name. I value my life to much to take the gamble!!!

Hey Chipotle! What happened? You used to make your food taste great! Your rice has no cilantro lime flavor to it anymore. It’s mushy like oatmeal. The beans are bland and soggy. The meat… Is flavorless overly fatty or burnt. Did everyone get so use to being on top they forgot to upkeep the food quality? Did something change in your ingredients? There’s so many staffed here, yet the food is lacking. The tables are dirty. You’re better than that. I wish you would fix it so I can eat here again. I’ve tried over and over but I feel I waste my money on gross food I could have made better at home.

Usually a long line but great food. The manager was also awesome as he gave us a few gift cards because of an error on order. Rare to see a manager step up and do something cool. Great place!!!

The highest quality of service available! My server was soo charismatic and cute!(I think his name was Scott) Anyways, the crew here is always hard working and their high standards of their food is far superior from other chipotles!

It’s Chipotle, how can you go wrong? The food is always on point. The service is what you typically expect. The one thing that stands out is, despite how long the line is(it is usually always long and wraps around the corner) they get you out pretty fast. It can be really deceiving, it may look like a 20 minute wait but 5 – 7 minutes later you’re ordering your food.

Okay probably the best most authentic Mexican food in OC. I may be exaggerating a little but this place serves freshly made food that just tastes so good. There’s always a line but it moves very fast and it’s definitely worth the wait. Great customer service too.

Terrible customer service! Ordered the food online and waited 45 minutes before picking up and the order still wasn’t ready when I got there. Had to wait over an extra five minutes and got attitude about it in the process. If the order is guaranteed by the time listed on the order, and when it’s not it’s supposed to be compensated for. Neither was taken care of and when asked about even compensating for one, I was told that I was supposed to pay I was lucky that he didn’t charge me more for my quesorito when it’s not on the website where I ordered and paid. Customer service is supposed to take care of these kinds of things, but instead I got an attitude telling me I was lucky about my order! Never am I going back to this Chipotle unless something is done about this terrible experience of customer service!!!

burrito is tiny. tortilla is dry. brown rice is hard and flavorless chicken is dry and doesn’t taste marinated. just that smokey burned flavor. pinto beans are left whole and hard. Still ate it…

The only reason I’m giving this location even two stars is for the food. I have been in this location twice and each time have had a different HORRIBLE customer service experience. Time number 1: I was ordering and as I approached the counter I heard the MANAGER cussing at his employees and saying«JESUSCHRIST!!» out of frustration. I was so uncomfortable and taken aback, it was awful and you can tell all of the employees were negatively affected by this as well. Time number 2: Against my better judgement, I went to this location again because it’s so convenient. However, this time I was in a rush and couldn’t wait in line, so I called in my order 10 minutes ahead of time. While on the phone, I kept getting asked«why don’t you just come in?» And a LOT of attitude for calling in an order. I told them I was busy, I have a screaming baby with me and needed to just pick it up quickly. I go in to pick it up and tell them I have an order for pick up and the woman behind the counter VERY obviously rolls her eyes at me!(A woman with thick rimmed glasses and brown curly hair, she wasn’t wearing a name tag). Then another girl comes to the register from the back and the woman that rolls her eyes at me proceeds to say«this is Lauren here for her pick up order» and they both laugh. It took EVERYTHING in me to not tell those girls off right then. Completely ruined my experience at this location FORGOOD and will drive much farther to the Brea location for good customer service. Thanks for nothing Anaheim hills, chipotle. –Lauren

I come here every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I always order the same thing. A chicken 3 point bowl. So just chicken and rice. As long as I beat the crowd I’m good but sometimes I’m in this never ending line of people with multiple orders. I’d like to see management encourage these types of folk order online and not waste«walk in» time. Also I’m not feeling the GMO free chicken. Call me crazy but the old chicken was way better. I’m not a hippie and I don’t care about the environment. Just give me some big chunks of chicken. Not burnt up dry chicken. The staff is always friendly. Perhaps a bit too friendly. Like quit the chatter and get to work. I got things to do today not listen to your iPod sound selection.

I don’t know what it is about this Chipotle compared to the other locations but the meats seem to be better cooked and the portion sizes are definitely bigger. As far as the service goes, yes it’s a bunch of teenagers working — I don’t come to a Chipotle to get rockstar service, I come to get a quick burrito and this location makes them deliciously. On a side note about the service: they ran low on steak one time and I had to wait maybe an extra 5 – 10 minutes. It may be because I had a large order(4 burritos/bowls total) but they ended up comping me my bowl. You know what’s better than a well cooked, large portioned Chipotle bowl? A FREE well cooked, large portioned Chipotle bowl.

The workers here should be nice to the kids, I know everyone is working and tired but when it comes to my kids you don’t roll your eyes when they ask for something … have problem with the job find another one but when it comes to kids you forget everything smile and serve them well!

I’ve been to my share of Chipotles around the nation, but this is by far the worst Chipotle because of the inefficiency and sheer disregard for getting my order correct. The worst part of getting my order wrong was them charging me more for their mistake. They thought I wanted extra meat? Maybe I looked extremely hungry? Anyway, I wasn’t but I had leftovers enough for another meal. I think the problem was a communication issue. They have multiple people behind the counter and they pass your meal down the line and they each whisper the order to each other instead of asking the customer who is right there in front of them. Pretty annoying, but at least everyone was friendly and smiling.

This is by far the best Chipotle period! Ive visited well over 40+ Chipotle locations nationwide and this should be the companies standard for taste, and freshness. The condiments are always perfect. The only downfall is the lines here. Ive waited sometimes as long as 40 minutes with the lines wrapping around the restaurant. I’ve even visited the worlds first ever Chipotle in Denver recently. Mediocre at best. Not a fan of stale chips :) Best Chipotle ever!!!

I usually get burrito bowl @ Chipotle but not this time. I got steak queasadilla for my after work-out dinner. It was okay… I prefer its burrito bowl. 3 stars! Chipotle is almost yummylicious!

It’s the Mexican version of Subway. You have a choice of burrito, taco, bowl, salad, etc. then you select your meat, beans, rice, other ingredients and toppings. The lunch hour line is always long but the staff members work like a well-oiled assembly line and the line moves rather quickly. Employees are friendly, helpful and efficient. Awesome! Today I had a salad with adobo-marinated grilled chicken mixed with black beans and topped with salsa and a honey vinaigrette. The chicken was as delicious as advertised. It had a rich marinated flavor and was soft and tender. The dressing was yummy, although it really didn’t taste anything like an authentic Mexican dressing. You can pretty much tell this is Americanized Mexican food, just like Pickup Stix is Americanized Chinese food. But it doesn’t matter. Yummy is yummy — authentic or not. I have never been a big fan of Mexican foods because they are usually too spicy for me. But Chipotle is cool! My salad was absolutely delicious, and spicy enough to give me a kick but not too overwhelming. The salsa was fresh, medium spicy and close to perfection. The only thing that made the salad not perfect today was that it’s warm. First off, the lettuce was not chilled cold enough. Add warm beans and warm chicken breast meat to it made it a warm salad, which is not my favorite. Maybe they can have cold beans and cold chicken meat set aside just for the salads. Just a suggestion. But then, maybe it’s just me. But all is cool as lunch was great! I almost have to say that I never really liked Mexican food until I went to Chipotle. I’ll certainly be back.
