Burger King

Terrible experience. Will never come here again. I got for my daughter a wooper meal. So, she asked for a Fanta drink. Once we add it. It wasn’t taste nothing like Fanta. I asked girl Elena what is wrong. She told me, oh, it doesn’t work. Ok, i asked about working bottom, it was a Coca-​Cola. So, asked to change a dirty cup for, which one i used for «fanta». Elena denied. She told me i need to pay extra money for it. Excuse me !!! An extra money for your fault?! After she told me, that she is going to call her manager. I asked the employers for her name, no one answers, they just ignored me, like i am not exist. When i started to rise my voice, they told me, that i have no rights to do that. I am so sorry, but who gave you rights to steal me ?! Finally i need to wash a cup to use it for my kid to add some other drink.
I want to add one funny thing. The girl, whom i mentioned Elena, went inside and removed her name and after it told me, that her name Mariya.

Had an awesome experience. Manager guy with heads eat was very nice. Great customer service skills. To bad I didn’t get his name. Sent me up with good deals on my combos and offered condiments

Every time I go to this Burger King, they’re out of food, and the service is bad. The workers couldn’t care less that they lose business, and you can tell that it’s frequent that they don’t have things, so to them it just seems normal. This is not how you operate, and this Burger King has lost my business.

Been to this location various times because I work near it. I usually come about half an hour before closing. It’s usually not very busy and there’s most likely one person working. Their service is very slow and they’re inattentive. They rush their orders and barely speak to customers. Their fries are always under seasoned and not very hot. The burgers and such are usually average. Unless you’re starving to death and this is the only place that’s open… I’d go somewhere else.

I was so disappointed in my visit today. They would not honor my coupon off the BK app. I simply wanted a $ 3.99 meal & the girl wanted to charge me $ 7.97 telling when I asked why it’s so expensive… it should be no more than $ 5 she said with an attitude…“well u don’t think you’re going to get away without paying taxes do u” I cancelled my order after that. As I’m getting my child back in his stroller to leave I notice all the employees on their cell phone while packing drive thru orders… one girl dropped fries on the counter and picked them up with her bare hand and put them back in fry container. I was so disgusted and left. I called minutes later & spoke to manager who was supposedly there in the back room made no big fuss over anything I was saying. He never said I’m sorry… jus said ok I will talk to them & hung up. I will never go back & will Def be calling health department!

This place is below average :(

Not happy. Haven’t been here in a bit and pieces of my chicken sandwich was raw and the fries are way too salty!

My kid likes the playground here and so we have had mixed experiences from poor to OK. OK being that the food is at least what we ordered and served hot.
* Service time can be surprisingly slow for what appears to be a slow business time.
* I have waited minutes to get the cashier’s attention when actually standing at the register
* the bathrooms are usually pretty gross and have an air dryer (which I hate) that barely works)
* they are very stingy on napkins and condiments
* the playground area is hit or miss on cleanliness. When it’s messy it has never been cleaned by staff while we were present.
* I like to use the wi-​fi, but teh signal is too weak to use in most of the seating areas and useless in the playground area
* when running my ATM card with a large available balance, they couldn’t process it and blamed me for the issue. It was reporting a connection issue yet he stated it’s because the card was declined which was BS.
All of this in total tells me I will never come here again until I see a sign stating they are under new management or ownership.

This location was the only fast food place I could find while on the road so I pulled in. Wide-​open parking lot and it was really cool inside the dining area, which was a plus. I was in a hustle bustle and didn’t want to sit down and eat, so I asked the cashier for my order to go.
As I stood there sucking on my drink and waiting for my order to arrive, I noticed I could see the cook preparing my food. She was having a conversation with an hombre, and then totally noticed me watch her wipe her nose with her hand. Acknowledging her boner, she was kind enough to wash her hands as my chicken unit fried.
I was asked if I would like condiments and such, handed my bag and sent delightfully on my way. The chicken sandwich was fresh and I was satisfied gobbling it down on the road. The fries got cold though… Oh well.

I don’t have a problem with the dining area. In fact, it seems well kept. But whenever I come here, it’s because I don’t have time for a regular meal and I need to use the drive-​thru. That is my beef with this place.
I’ve used the drive-​thru before I started using Unilocal.And every time I order at drive-​thru, they take a remarkably long time to get me my food. Morning, afternoon, night, it doesn’t matter because I’ve gone during each time of day and they always make me cut it close with clocking into work.
If you want fast food, do not come here if you’re pressed for time. The staff is actually nice enough but you’ll regret coming when it makes you late.

1^st of all the food here is delicious and well made, always hot and they dont really take long for ur food to be really. They even take ur tray of food to your table (if not busy). The customer services before wasnt great Now I love coming here! This place is also clean and the playground as well! My kids love coming here. The maneger here is well– manner and polite.
Definitely recommend this place. They also just added a TV

I like the burger. What i dont like the most is, the place is dirty! I ate here yesterday and i cant even find a table that is clean! Crumbs on the table hello? Theres a guy sweeping the floor on the other side of the area, and i dont know why he cant notice how dirty the table was?? geez i can even see the table from afar, not sure why he doesnt. anyway they giving a bad impression to the customers, if they do their work dirty on the outside, what more in the kitchen?

Went inside to eat with my best friend and her daughter. Place was number one dirty. Needed a key to use the restroom, ghetto. Ordered, lady was very unhelpful. All the workers look super ghetto. We sat in the play place, dirty, our food was good same as all burger kings. I wont be going back… ever.

I like this Burger King because they always get my orders right and the food is always hot.
I just used some of my coupons and Karina (drive-​thru) was very nice and helpful.

I have been to this location several times. This review is for yesterdays (1÷19÷12) visit. The reason for this visit is because my friend heard about their new fries
My friend and I go through the drive-​thru to order. When he ordered, the woman on the other side was easy to understand. There wasn’t any kind of difficulties with the speaker. He gave his order and then gave my order. The woman on the other end repeated the order in a calm and articulate manner. I was playing on my phone, but I had to stop and look towards the order screen because I was impressed at how clear she understood our order.
We pull up to the second window, pay and she and another female employee handed our food. The whole process smooth and fast.
P. S. The fries… I guess I could taste a little difference, but they were still good nonetheless.

So every time my nephews visit, I promise to take them to the Carl’s Jr. down the street so that they can play in the games. Unfortunately for us, Carl’s took their play area out! :O
With that being said, BK was pretty much our last resort. I’ve lived in this area for about 10 years and have only gone to this place about 2 times. And both times have been pretty lame.
So as always, this place is pretty deserted. My kids went straight to the play area and followed behind. And HOLY SMOKES, it was really warm in there! And I say warm because it was actually pretty chilly outside. I can only imagine that when summer hits, it’ll be like a sauna up in there. –_​– Even my nephews asked to leave early because it was just way too hot. =/​
Other than that, my chicken fingers were burnt and the cashier was really stingy with the dipping sauces. I was supposed to get 3 and she only gave me 2. –_​– I do like their fries though!
Basically, just go if you MUST.

I stopped by this Burger King yesterday to pick up some food for an early dinner. I had a coupon for a $ 2.99 8-​piece chicken tenders meal (regularly $ 4.99), which came with 8 chicken nuggets, a small drink, and small fries. The chicken nuggets tasted okay — I personally prefer the spicy chicken nuggets from Wendy’s. It was a pretty good deal, though!

I go here for tacos! They are a lot better than jack in a box tacos!
Of cource when I say tacos I mean those crunchy tacos!
