This company came out when we had rats in our bedroom and living room. I was hysterical about this pest problem and they tried to take advantage. They recommended that we spend $ 10,000 to «sanitize» our attic by removing all the insulation and replacing it. Two honest companies came out and said this was overkill and our contractor agreed. It turned out that the rats came through the screens from our backyard and the problem fixed itself when we removed all food sources and set a few snap traps. We still paid them $ 600! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY — THEY WILL TRY TO SCARE YOU AND CHEAT YOU OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!
