Extremely fast and friendly service. Was able to get my daughter’s expired registration completed in about 10 minutes. So much better than trying to deal with the DMV.

The reviews about the dog humping make me laugh, because it’s true, the woman who seems to be running the place has her little dog walking around licking clients and barking. That was the first sign of unprofessionalism to me. The office is messy and cluttered and not what I would consider a welcoming place, not to mention the woman is curt and not the most friendly.
But regardless, I was able to get my out-​of-​state car registered in less than 30 minutes. She even was able to print out the license plates right there, which I’m used to waiting for them in the mail. If you’re looking for top of the line service then I wouldn’t say its the best, but as far getting the job done… it works, and I’m quite happy I didn’t have to wait in a DMV line.

Ridiculous! It says here on Unilocal that it is open at 9. I get there and it is closed. I call the place. A recording that told me that it is open at 10. So I wait and still no one comes to open it. I think maybe the lady (the owner) is running late. So I wait again. 10:30 comes around and nothing. Owner if you are reading this. Just because you own a business doesn’t mean you can come in whenever you like. Customers come to you to get what they need done when you actually say you are open. So unprofessional. Do not come to this place. I hope she goes out of business.

This place is horrible! Don’t Go… I came here because I work full time M-​F and I don’t have time to go to the DMV. So I found this place. The lady attending me was rude and only gave me short answers. She was on a personal call when I arrived and had me sitting there at least a couple of minutes while she finished with her conversation. Her dog kept on barking at me and she didn’t say anything. I wasn’t too happy and would never go back!

Went to this place because it was Saturday and didn’t want to wait in a DMV line but the outcome was HORRIBLE. The person assisting me was on the phone when I walked in (personal call) and continued to talk to said person through the entirety of the transaction. Her dirty dog was humping my leg and she did nothing about it. I felt rude pushing it away but what kind of service is that? And that’s still not the worst part. I had a parking ticket that I had already paid for at City Hall a few weeks back so I asked her what my substantial $ 256 charge was for as it was for an older vehicle and she simply said «registration and our fee» So I figured ok… I paid it and as she is printing out my papers she then tells me that I paid for my ticket and that it is attached… So now I paid for a parking ticket TWICE. All because this lady couldn’t give me a detailed response as to what it was I was paying for.
