Great food if you’re starving and/or broke. I flew into the area and rode a bus to the Disneyland Hotel for a work conference. Since I didn’t have a car I wanted to find somewhere within walking distance that sold Pepsi since Disneyland only sells Coke: I I found the Shell and saw it had a Mexican food shack inside too. So I hoofed it the mile there and ordered some fries and chicken and beef burrito. The name of the place is now El Burrito. I assume the many Alberto’s shops around got mad at them for the Allerto’s name. But it’s still used on the menus they have at the register. The menus say to show it for 10% off. When I asked for the discount the girl said they don’t do that anymore and a lot of changes were taking place. Anyways, I got my food and a few 2 liters of Pepsi from the gas station and walked back to the hotel. The burrito was cheap, about $ 5.50 and the fries were about $ 2.50. After not eating all day and it being 8pm the fries and burrito were delicious! I decided to go back the next night since I enjoyed it so much. This time I realized that the burrito wasn’t very good. It actually has a really funny flavor that’s hard to describe. The worst part is after eating it I smelled like the funny flavor and had to take a long shower to get the smell out. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat if you can. But if you’re really hungry and don’t have much money this could be a good place to hit up.

This location was not the best but it was decent. I think it was outdoor dining only.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICESEVER! Very Unsanitary! I went to buy chicken nachos and they were the worst I have ever had. I do not understand why they use red sauce on chicken for nachos. I think they should let the customer know before selling them. The guy who was at the register was very rude when I tried asking him questions. Go somewhere else not here! Waste of money.

Although the customer service doesn’t thrive. This place makes a damn good Super carne Asada nachos! Perfect cooked meat, perfect crisp to the chips and the sauces are bosses! :) so good they charge a $ 1 for 2 small packages. Would have gave a 5star, but the customer service. But I can understand someone being on a long shift and tired of working. It’s life bro.

Please fix your drive thru speaker. I cannot hear you. I ordered the carne asada fries, al pastor burrito and cheese enchilada. All were satisfying.

Mediocre food. Never had a tostada with a corn tortilla warmed not crispy or fried. Didn’t know tostada was fork and knife food

This is called el burrito now and the service is just as bad. The signs state they close at 5. At 4:21 there are no employees inside and one uniformed employee is sitting in his Nissan Xterra in the parking lot. So, no food 40 minutes before closing.

I’m sorry but their meat has no flavor. I bought a crunchy beef taco and a carnitas taco and was expecting it to taste authentic Mexican food. Nope no flavor at all! Carnitas did not taste like carnitas and fried taco was not good either! I will not buy food there again!

I find this place to be super over priced and for greasy low quality food. Its a hit or miss with the customer service as well. Depending what day you go or the time of the day i guess you get bad or good friendly service. I have been here less than a handful of times but that’s enough for me to know that i wont be coming back anytime soon. My most recent experience is with a breakfast burrito. It was insanely HUGE which is a def. plus in my book but the quality of the food that was used to make is what ruined it for me. It was all greasy, as if they used a grease bowl as a dipping sauce for each ingredient before they wrapped it up. So i am not sure if its their cooking technique or the quality of the food. Needless to say i wont be coming back for their bfest burritos. The visit prior to that i ordered tacos(two carne asada) and the meat was tough and dry, guess beef jerky is on the menu. It has the convienent drive thru but even that becomes messy.

So awful! We needed a late night meal. I ordered a carnitas burrito. It was with awful carnitas full of fat and grease slopped with watery pico de gallo. Nothing else. No rice, no cheese, no beans. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. I went to bed hungry after a 9 hour drive and wasted $ 6.00.

I tried to like it here because my brother was excited for his carne asada burrito. But my torta de asada and the jalepeño request was disappointing. I don’t believe I’ll be returning to this location. The place looks like it needs some attention, and the woman at the window didn’t have the most welcoming attitude.

This place is poorly furnished and the ambience is almost nonexistent. They need to clean the place up and add some decent tables and chairs. Also, I’m not very fond of the workers here. There’s one hijabi who hardly ever smiles and doesn’t know a thing about how to treat a customer and there’s another Latina who literally texts or plays games on her phone as you’re giving her your order. Seriously? I went the other day because halal Mexican food is hard to find. I got the carne asada fries and asked for pico de gallo on top and I also paid extra for a bag of the carrots and jalapeños. The Latina charged me extra but never added the pico de gallo and forgot to give me my carrots and jalapeños and also forgot to add utensils and salsa with my order. DISASTER. How do these people have jobs? Or better yet, how do they keep them?

This place was really disappointing I stopped by for a quick bite and was really disappointed with the food the meat tasted off and they put way too much beans on my asada fries I just gave them an extra star for the service but the food was horrible would definitely not recommend it

Came to the happiest place on earth and for lunch went & waited 45 min for horrible horrendous slop not fit for FL inmates Serving venomous vile crud which is evident in your undies after your body expels the remnants of the toxic blobs of gangues green goop they pass for guacamole. The crane asada tasted like some crumbling ancient tofu with poorly chopped onions and chunks of over ripen tomatoes included! Great place… if your SUICIDAL!

Absolutely never again. First, it took 22 minutes to get my order of a carne asana burrito. I ordered it with meat, beans and cheese only. The place is inside a gas station. Dirty tables, dirty walls. The food prep area was a nightmare. Food splashed and dried everywhere. I didn’t notice this before I ordered. I was charged 2.60 for a cup of soda and pointed to the mini mart in the gas station to fill it. I noted the price was 1.60 near the fountain. I assume the Mexican place gets a dollar profit for ringing me up. Burrito, once it came was in edible. The burrito shell was slick with oil. The filling was bland meat, beans, rice, cheese, what seemed to be mayonnaise.(Was not sour cream, but was perhaps supposed to be?) There was lettuce and salsa also in there. I know the meat was freshly cooked, I watched the person cooking it. In the end, I threw it away. It was substandard food that I was afraid would make me sick due to the conditions it was cooked under.

Late night taquitos after Disneyland: the magic continues! These were decent, came with beans and rice, drowned in cheddar cheese and some guacamole, and only $ 5.75. Great deal, even if the rice was dry and bland. If you happen to be getting gas at the station it is housed with, it’s not a bad option.

DONOT eat here. If you decide to go anyway, at least you were warned. We ordered a carne asada burrito and sadly it was bland and dry?! The beans ad rice were also very bland. The guacamole was runny and yellow ~ it actually took me a few minutes to figure out what it was! :(
