I wish I could give them negative stars! The operations staff is extremely unprofessional! I paid $ 50’s as a deposit for a class in 2013 and few days before the class started I received a phone call telling me the class was cancelled due to lack of attendance. During this time ownership changed and they refused to give me my deposit back after several attempts and would only offer a credit. It was until recently that I had time and interest in one of the classes offered in which case I called and asked to use the $ 50 credit for this class. While they completely remember the situation, they were not willing to apply the $ 50 credit to this particular class. I asked to speak with the owner and they told me he wasn’t available because he had other businesses that he runs, instead I received an email stated that they would only honor $ 30’s for the class I wanted to take. WHAT? And that this $ 30 credit would be honored until the end of April 2015. I wrote them an email back telling them how completely dissatisfied I was and would appreciate a full refund of $ 50’s and 2 weeks later still no word from them or refund. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this place to anyone! Instead seek your education through Interlink Supply Ontario, CA.
