Yesterday, the mother’s/daughters in my family and I(about 18 people) enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Pre-Mother’s Day Brunch. I reserved for 19 at 11am. About 5 of us arrived at 11. We were advised that our table was ready and they would send the other guests in as they arrived. This was a pleasant surprise. This was our first time at the Club House and everything was wonderful. The food was delicious. I loved the prime rib, the salmon, the omelet, etc. Several in the family loved the well seasoned crab legs. The French toast was very good. The fruit, very sweet pineapples, watermelon and strawberries were all tasty. The bread pudding was decadently wonderful. The carrot cake was also very good. Aside from the food, the service was wonderful. Our server kept the mimosas flowing and the table clean. The live entertainment was ok for me. But others in my party really enjoyed it. The scenic greens of the golf course made for great outside picture taking. Last, I must say that my fun group misread the time and thought the brunch was from 10−3pm. So we and one another family stayed until probably 2:45. Today I realized that the brunch time was 10 – 2. Although the staff was clearing the other tables, no one ever said anything to us. They were totally gracious. It was also refreshing to be trusted to show our appreciation for great service, rather than have an amount automatically added to our bill due to the size of our group. I definitely recommend the Clubhouse for a wonderful Sunday Brunch experience and we’re looking forward to returning.

Fantastic brunch! Huge selection of high quality food at an affordable price. Great service and ambience. Kid friendly! Highly recommend. Wish they would implement a dress code because there were some low end patrons wearing t shirts and flip flops to Sunday brunch… Come on people.

I’m writing a review based on being an ATTENDANT at a wedding, not the actual bride herself. CONS Food: We had the chicken and the salmon entrees. They were both okay. Portion size was average(definitely not going to fill you up) and it was bearable to eat. The salad was average as well — of the garden style variety with basic dressing. The rolls they served at the start of dinner didn’t taste like bread. They tasted mostly like cardboard. And the whipped butter didn’t help either. The tray-passed appetizers were good, but probably just frozen and heated up. Nothing special. Service: The servers were pretty attentive and helpful. They cleared plates but kept getting the fish vs. chicken entrée mixed up. How hard it is? Gold dot = fish. Silver dot = chicken. They argued with my brother in law over what entrée he got. Uhhhh… That and the wedding coordinator disappeared after the ceremony. What? Aren’t you supposed to be coordinating the wedding? So, after the bride and groom cut the cake, the cake just sat there. No one was there to tell the servers that the cake should be cut now.(But then again, isn’t that a «DUH» sort of thing anyway?) I walked up to one of the servers to tell them the family wanted the cake cut. PROS It’s a very nice looking venue and the table settings were well done. In pictures, I’m sure it will look very nice. The service was pretty good for everything else. The bartenders and waitstaff who served the tray-passed entrees were attentive and kind. But nothing was over the top. Just average.

I love this place. Great atmosphere. They have friendly staff. The place was clean. Beautiful interior. The shrimp and the crab were delicious. They had lots to choose from.

This review is for the Sunday brunch only. I called in advance to make a large party reservation for a surprise birthday brunch. The staff was completely accommodating both over the phone and in person. When we arrived everything was set up and ready to go. They allowed us to bring in a few balloons and the hostess was kind enough to walk the birthday boy through a side door for the big surprise. The wait staff was on top of everything from clearing plates, filling drink glasses, and even bringing out the birthday cake we brought with a lit candle. Thank you to the staff for helping to make this surprise a success. We will definitely be back.

We had our wedding reception here on October 3rd and it was the best decision we ever made. Our venue coordinator, Jackie, was absolutely amazing. She always went above and beyond our every need from the moment we met her for the initial tour of the venue until our very last contact. She responded to every email(and there were many!) on a timely basis and made every effort to accommodate our budgetary needs. For example, if we wanted to cut costs, she would sit down with us and go over the various ways we can use their wedding packages to save money but still meet the minimum requirement. When it came to coordinating with the vendors, she had a take-charge attitude that was, honestly, very assuring. The whole wedding planning process was extremely stressful and to have her take it upon herself to assist us with so many things took a huge weight off our shoulders. We could not have asked for a better venue coordinator to say the least. We also dealt with Julie on a few occasions and felt that she also possessed the level of professionalism and helpfulness as Jackie. My wife and I love that the location was kind of secluded and up a few windy roads. Not next to a busy street. The venue itself is very beautiful with stunning views of the golf course and spacious enough for guests to walk around and explore. Very picturesque. Our wedding guests have also told us that the staff was very helpful and friendly which we were glad to hear. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to have their wedding. Thanks, Jackie!

We had our wedding reception here last August 8. Julie and Jackie and the rest of the team were all great. From the tour to the day of the wedding they made it all easy and wonderful. The ballroom was spacious enough for the number of guests we had(160+). The food was great, all our guest enjoyed them(I love the mashed potato, my most favorite). They were even flexible with our requests and even helped us picked the best foods to served. Everyone was happy on how our wedding came out, most specially me and my husband. I love that they were very prompt in responding to our emails and they even send you follow ups — to make sure to remind you about things that needs to be done(believe me you will need a lot of these as the day comes closer). And they surely have competitive prices. We love how they have different packages and almost everything are already included. I would say this place helped us have the wedding we really wanted. Thank you Julie, Jackie and the whole team!:)

This is a review on their Sunday buffet and nothing more. The food was… Not worth the money. Let’s not get misguided by the fancy décor and the address. What they got right was the service of the waiters and the touch of having chefs prepare your omelette and cutting your ham and prime rib. We know these chefs and have had their food in restaurants in the past and they are brilliant! The buffet items are what bothers us. Mexican food: over cooked and hard tortillas, bland Mexican rice, and stale tasting chicken fajitas. That was the Mexican menu. That’s it. Thanks for the options. Asian food: Noodles, white rice, California rolls. That’s it. Thanks again. Cold meats: Smoked salmon(was actually really good) and bagels. Crab legs(not a fan but available), and oysters. Eggs Benedict, stale, hard muffins Hot meats: Ham and prime rib ready to order. Very tasty. Omelette made to your liking. Dessert: Chocolate fountain with the regular fondue desert items. American: Scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. You can’t mess that up. If I am forgetting anything it’s probably not worth mentioning. In the end we dropped $ 70 on a poor buffet which in any other restaurant these items would cost less and would have had a better experience. The staff was excellent and attentive. You didn’t have to ask for anything because they are constantly watching your table. If your drink is half way they refill, if you need extra utensils you don’t have to ask. If they see you have crab in the plate they provide the clamps. Why I didn’t like this place? Not worth the money and the club has a poor vision of the international menu. Disappointed. Greens for golfing are nice.

Tried the brunch out this past Sunday and I was pretty impressed. Great omelette bar, plenty of choices and the mimosas and drinks were flowing. Only knock was the overall ambiance was kind of average and the outdoor spots were limited. It was a good value for Sunday brunch in OC and I will be back.

We went there for a social function. The place and ambiance but very simple. I think this place has potential If they develop the outside of the back part of the building. There are ample chairs and tables. The function room is simply decorated and nicely done. But what struck me is the customer service. They are very attentive. They ask you if you need coffee and promptly clean your table. Their waiters and waitress are better than the bigger function rooms.

All the reviews here are for the Clubhouse Sunday buffet. But the hidden gem is the great breakfast at Scorecard Grill at reasonable prices in coffeeshop environment with a beautiful golf course view. Good variety on the menu. Excellent coffee too.

Jackie, Julie, Quinn, and their staff went above and beyond. Our wedding exceeded our expectations and the staff was so sweet and attentive. We forgot some of the little details when setting up and the team swooped in and filled in the gaps for us. We did not have to worry about a thing! Quinn and his servers were so attentive throughout the reception. Very sweet and thoughtful staff. Our guests kept raving about the venue, the food, and the service! Thank you for making our special day unforgettable! We truly appreciate you guys!!! Highly recommend this place for your special event!!!

Went for the sunday brunch. Lots of variety and pretty good with some items excellent, such as the caeser salad, sushi, and smoked salmon. Only major negative was the price at 30 dollars per person, but we knew this going in as we were there for a special occasion. Love the seating location in the ballroom! Music is great and environment/views are great!

Absolutely fantastic! Definitely recommend. They have a broad selection for everyone. The sushi tasted fresh. The smoked salmon was delicious. Even the made to order pasta was fantastic. We sat there for over two hours and the champagne never stopped coming. The bad was really good as well and provided good entertainment while we ate. The cost was affordable and low compared to all the food choices and the great customer service. Can’t wait to go back again in a few weeks.

Came here today for Sunday brunch with my girls and I was pleasantly surprised by the spread of food. The prime rib was amazing! The steamed crab legs were the best I’ve had in a long time. They were already seasoned to perfection and I didn’t even really need to dip the meat In butter. When we first arrived, our waiter was nice enough to explain all of the food stations and where they were located. I told him to keep the champagne flowing because we’re a drinking bunch of ladies, but sadly I had to penalize them. They lost a star for the lack of prompt service to our table for refills and taking dirty plates away. Refills and taking away dirty plates with promptness is a big deal for me since we try out different brunch spots every other month. There was live music, but I was kinda disappointed that there wasn’t any outdoor seating. It was such a beautiful day today. Overall I think we all had a great time. The food was great. The champagne was REALLY a good and we all left full and happy. We’ll be back! Next time be ready for us!

Enjoyed Sunday Brunch here with my family of 12 and was pleasantly surprised to hear live music as we entered and tables set up as walking into a wedding reception. Variety of food was amazing, from hand carved prime rib & ham to omelette station and 2 kinda of crab legs– warm and chilled. There was a pasta station, Mexican food, Sushi, salmon with caviar, cocktail shrimp, oysters & Short ribs, fresh fruit, cheese assortment, petite desserts, chocolate fountain & so much more !! The short ribs were tender, moist and melt in your mouth delicious ! 2 kinda of sushi(tuna & crab) BUT they also had a seaweed salad, poke & crab prepared alone without the sushi rice, which was SO delish that everytime a new batch came out — it would run out quick. I also enjoyed the dessert that was served in small portions, almost like petit fours, that way you can taste a lil’ of everything without wasting. Warm crab legs were sweet and perfectly steamed. Shrimp cocktail were HUGE and probably the biggest shrimp I’ve ever had at an AYCE. The mimosas were flowing and glasses were never empty for too long. Service was great and the lack of rating this brunch a full FIVE star was that food wasn’t refilled fast enough. Everything was sooo delicious looks like the kitchen couldn’t keep up !!

Perfect experience! Fresh crab, shrimp, smoked salmon, sushi, fruit, omelettes, waffles, French toast, salad, pasta… dang! I have to come back because I didn’t have enough room to try everything. Our server was stellar, very attentive and wouldn’t freshen up my coffee until I got back to the table! Loved it.

Awesome venue for wedding and parties. We had our daughter’s wedding here and we were very happy with everything. The bride gets a very nice and large private room during the reception. Not very costly for a wedding, they have great wedding all inclusive packages. We were able to bring our own wine for a small fee and that was great as well. We went here for brunch as well and for a New Year’s Eve party. Every time the food was great, service was nice and staff is courteous.

LOVE coming here for brunch. Great variety of food and they make small changes all the time too. For example, they will always offer a salad, but it could be a mixed green salad, caeser salad, Waldorf salad, who knows! My family and I have been coming here about once a month lately, so Im glad they have the subtle variety. They continually have oysters, crab legs both warm and cold, shrimp, and salmon. Omelet & pasta bar, prime rib, ham, and all the other normal breakfast essentials. The wait staff are very good about keeping your champagne glasses full too! Some will even let you keep the bottle at the table. The music is great too. They play a variety of songs from several decades. And if you actually listen to what they say, they are pretty hilarious people. We always tip them when we are here. Its great background music to your brunch!
