Europa will keep you coming back. Professional and warm servers, clean environment, great prices and, best of all, terrific food. Breakfast is especially yummy. As others have warned, be prepared for a crowd, especially on weekends.

Excellent breakfasts and lunches on Forest Ave in Amsterdam. Lightning fast service perfect for the lunch crowd. Excellent service from friendly waitresses. Try finishing the Europa breakfast served until closing. Great neighborhood joint which would get 5 stars if they added some European options. Delicious hamburgers, BLT’s and sandwiches. Avoid the chains and stop here-you’ll come back.

The food is cheap, fast and delish. Service is fantastic — we’ve been numerous times and never had a bad experience. Val is the best — super friendly, fast and accommodating. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

I used to come here when I was younger and I had always thought they had great food. I recently came here after not coming for a few years and was disappointed in the quality of food. I ordered a veggie omelet that comes with toast and a side of home fries. The only thing worth eating was the toast. The omelet was runny and the home fries tasted like play-do. Not the worst but defiantly not the best.

Not impressed at all… we were spending the weekend with some friends and one of their friends told us this place was«fancy.» Upstate people obviously don’t know what’s fancy. This place was… tacky in my opinion. Okay, too much, it was very country home-like? That’s the best way to describe it. Food…everybody knows I’m a french toast and bacon kind of girl. Bacon was deep fried or something, super crunchy, I HATE crunchy, crispy bacon. Well, there went half of my meal. French toast… eh, it was okay. Had a ½ lemonade, ½ iced tea and that was okay too. So not worth it. I’m a city girl, I know great food, this did not cut it for me at all. *sigh* Safe to say I was dying to come back to the city for food. Not the worst but certainly not meeting my standards.

This is the best breakfast place in town without a doubt. The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. I go there every weekend to get a bite to eat and am never disappointed. It’s a great place to bring Your friends and family. Grade A dining experience!

Decent food, decent prices, decent service. Be warned– the place is pretty small, and on weekends and holidays it’s usually packed.

Europa is one of the very few Amsterdam cafes that’s managed to remain open for more than a year or two. First, the positives: the food tastes good, and the bathrooms are beautiful. But here are some qualms: I come here with friends, and the waitresses generally don’t even look at us. They’re sometimes a bit cold, and I’m sure their job is fairly thankless, as I have a similar one, but I didn’t feel terrible when we could only gather a 15% tip. Also, the Europa breakfast dish is $ 1 more than the Hungry Man, but comes with less things. That’s just silly. Still, it’s the only café by my house, and sometimes you want someone else to make you breakfast.
