Valvoline Instant Oil Change

If I can give a 5 star for customer service, the lady that helped me was very nice and the manager even gave me 10% off for military discount I would but this place is a total rip off
I have a 2014 jeep, standard oil change was $ 42, semi synthetic $ 62 and for full synthetic I believe it was $ 72, that’s just insane. They also wanted $ 21 for tire rotation…
Meanwhile Kings Total Care down the street charges $ 28 for semi and $ 40 for full synthetic and they include free tire rotation with an oil change.
I will not be returning.

I try to get my oil changed while home visiting in Buffalo rather than in Brooklyn. MUCH more pleasant experience! Manager Erick is very courteous and clearly communicates the process. I highly recommend this location!

I’ve been coming here since the wait times at the other place down the road for an oil change have gotten outrageous. You pull right behind the building and a friendly face greets you quickly. Pull in the car and head to the waiting area. They have free wifi which made me super happy (I could get work done while I was getting my oil changed!). I was asked what type of oil change I wanted and wasn’t pressured to upgrade. I was also shown the infamous dirty air filter and offered a $ 21 dollar replacement. I declined that and ordered the filter myself on Amazon for less than 10 dollars before I event left the waiting room. I was able to use a coupon that they had texted me for $ 5.00 off my oil change which brought the price down to 36.00 and some change. I believe that’s pretty on par with what the other place down the road s charging but without the wait and hassle.

Awful customer service. I have been there several times asking for an inspection always a reason they cannot do it .Got up early as I was told they start doing them at 9 am, nice way to start my only day off. This location should have more than 1 person that can do inpection as he is never available.

Great service, fast and reliable. I was given the option of the type of oil to use. I would recommend to others.

Usually pretty happy at this one but the manager proceeded to take 10 minutes to check my interior filter all while talking to his buddy was there and they also did my oil change without asking which one I wanted. I’m guessing I’m getting the same thing I got last time? Guess we will find out at the end?
Update: I have now left, I got the same oil change as last time but they didn’t check my lights like they usually do and I have a headlight out. Perhaps they should reconsider the manager Eric, not that I didn’t enjoy him talking to his friend about his family members that are retards or that he wants to move to riverside. So maybe next time say hi, and ask me what oil change I want before you do it, and check my headlights. Just maybe, don’t wanna put too much pressure on you of course ;)

I love going here, it is definitely worth paying a little more money than the other mechanics in the area. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they don’t try to take advantage of me (as I know nothing about cars…). The manager is so personable and remembered me from the last time I came. I had gone to another place before I came to Valvoline and they were too busy to give me an oil change. Valvoline took about ten minutes to change my oil and I was out of there super fast.
