I assume this is such a good location with the proximity to UB that the owner does not have to bother with any kind of customer service to turn a profit. It is perpetually understaffed with comical wait times for«fast food». If you are a broke UB student who only has the option of a $ 1 taco with random fritos added to it for nourishment it makes sense. For anyone else though this place can’t possibly be worth your time.

I hate to give a high rating to a fast food chain, but we were impressed by the friendliness of this location. The drive through speaker was clearly heard and personable. When ordering the bean burrito — he was sure to share that all dishes can be substituted for beans to make it vegetarian. This opened a whole new world of Taco Bell for me, who doesn’t eat beef. The items we ordered were all clearly marked so we were not guessing which were which. Overall… taco bell food is taco bell. No comment on that. But — I definitely had a good experience here.

Worst most disgusting place to ever eat!!! I’m very close with an employee and the horror stories I’ve heard are terrible. Managers rubbing tortillas on their«private parts», spitting in drinks. Yea it’s really that bad. They dont have cameras so you would never know any of this unless you’re there. The GENERALMANAGER is a pervert and blackmails the female employees for days off. The workers smoke, drink, have sex ALLINSIDETHISPLACE. I swear I could not make any of this up! And if there was an action I could take to get this place closed I would. DONOTEATHERE!!!

Don’t assume because I’m rating this place a 3 that it’s a bad Taco Bell. It’s a perfectly fine Taco Bell, and if you wanted Taco Bell well, you’re going to the right place. It’s a Taco Bell. And It’s an okay Taco Bell. It’s, like, the only Taco Bell for 20 miles. So, as far as Taco Bells Go… it’s an Okay Taco Bell because it doesn’t really need to compete with other Taco Bells. It’s the Best Taco Bell in the area by a long shot, but that’s because there are no other Taco Bells. I eat here. It’s okay.

This Taco Bells is actually not bad. The food was delicious and well presented with their distinct wraps. Only complaint I have is the wait time.

So I saw this commercial for the new Cantina Bell menu at Taco Bell and I decided I’d have to try the Cantina Bowl. You know you all want to– you just don’t want to walk the Taco Bell Shuffle of Shame. While I was at it, I ordered one of those Doritos shell tacos too. Just to try it. The taco was meh. That Doritos shell was just meh and didn’t tickle my fancy in the slightest. Wouldn’t order it again. The Chicken Cantina Bowl was not bad at all. It was an honest effort to copy Chipotle’s burrito bowls. I thought the beans were a little slimy. Could have done without them altogether. But the taste of the cilantro lime dressing was good, chicken was tender, and everything else was decent. For 500-ish calories it was a healthier alternative to some of the lunches I’ve had in recent times. Though, if we’re talking nutrition stats, the sodium content in this salad is over 1500 mg. YIKES!!! Daily sodium intake is recommended at 2000 mg. Shoooooooooooot! I can’t imagine where all of this salt comes from… Doesn’t taste overly salty to me, and that’s scary! I wouldn’t eat this all the time but it’s a lower calorie alternative to Chipotle and closer to work. So, that’s cool. One other thing I don’t like… The Bell only offers one no or low calorie drink option– Diet Pepsi. Ugh. Why no unsweetened iced tea? Or a light lemonade or something? I know most fast food places aren’t trying to embrace the picture of healthy eating, but I know I’d appreciate some options!

This is the worst Taco Bell location, and quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant that I’ve ever been to. If you do decide to go here, plan some extra time as it will take them a good 15 – 20 minutes to fill an order(not a good choice for a quick lunch). The servers are rude at worst and mediocre at best. The last time I was there(emphasis on the word«last»), I got food poisoning from a beef burrito. If you’re in the area and really want Taco Bell food, there’s a smaller one in the Boulevard Mall not far from this location that isn’t quite as horrid. Better yet though, I’d recommend spending an extra couple bucks on the Mexican restaurant or other burrito places nearby.

This Taco Bell is a good one. The employees are always kind and the service is good. And Taco bell is great if you are on a tight budget. It is pretty clean too. And even though Taco Bell is not real mexican food, it bring back memories from my childhood in New Mexico. Be sure to order a taco with a hard shell.

Taco Hell? Wacko Smell. It doesn’t even smell bad but I just can’t stand this chain, and this location I happen to have eaten at(a few times) so I’m going to tear it to pieces and you’re going to have to deal with it. Just don’t eat at Taco Bell. Please. There are family Mexican places that cost the same and are 50 times as delicious. Valle Of Mexico on South Park. Lorenzo’s in Albion. The one on Allen St is not real Mexican but good. And try Mariachi and Monte Alban in Medina. Personal Experiences: This is right next to where I used to live, and right by some really good places(like Tea Leaf Café for Bubble Tea or Marco’s on Maple for sandwiches and even near a Jim’s). Sometimes I would be forced to go to this location because the people I was with would not want to wait for real food to be made at somewhere like Jim’s or a hot dog place or a sit down place like Royal. What a shame. So I got a taco when I came here with them. «Taco». Mexicans everywhere are crying. Ugh. The meat in the taco was so gross. It looked like dog food and tasted like dog food(not that I’ve tasted any dog food, but you know it does). The lettuce tasted old, like it had been sitting out for a long time. The cheese was so waxy and plastic(definitely not the good kind of waxing and plastic that I prefer). And the shell tasted stale and old and hard. Not long after I ate my taco, I got tummy cramps. Not fun. Mighty Taco always makes me sick(even more than Taco Hell), but still, «less sick» is still«sick» and I hate eating here, hate it. I used to like the Chalupas. Because I used to have no taste. Anyway, rant time. Would you rather support the local family, or the multi national corporations and the rich men on yachts in the Carribbean? Why are the parking lots of the awesome local places usually half empty(or completely empty)? Why are the fast food chains always so busy? Why can they afford to open so late and get all the TV advertising and all the prime intersection locations? Why are they taking over all the airports, stations, and rest stops? Why go and support McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, KFC, Wendys, Cold Stone, Subway, and so on? These places have systematically and coldly taken over the national food scene by using the cheapest ingredients, pre-packaged frozen systematic meals that are identical across the nation, ridiculously cheap prices for the polystyrene food on dollar menus, overpricing for everything else, rude underpaid servers on way less than minimum wage, and a ridiculously expensive mass brand advertising campaign that gets inside the heads of all the kids and the 20somethings and keeps them under the illusion that if it’s not a brand name, it’s not worth visiting. They spend all the money they should be investing in food and service, in advertising and cornering the market — the local places can’t compete — and someday all we will be left with is the same chains serving the same food all over the world. That is our future. It’s the way we’re heading and you know it. Every time you eat at a bland national chain, you buy into that, you support that. Boycott chains. Support your local eateries. It’s an embarrassment that generic brand national chains are even listed on a proper foodie website like Unilocal, let alone getting 4 and 5 stars from so called foodies. Wake up, America, before we’re all just batteries in the matrix. Taco Hell indeed.
