Lindsey Waters was excellent as usual! I always receive friendly, efficient service. I am very happy with my color, cut, and waxing. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time that I have called this location and the employee answering the call has misinformed me as to how many customers were waiting in line and how long it would take before my turn. During my latest visit, I was told over the phone that I would be seen in 20 minutes and based on that information I began my commute. After Arriving in 15 minutes and waiting for about 5 minutes, two other clients walked in and I was told that they were in line ahead of me. I was not pleased and chose to leave. At this point, I will not give my business to this location any longer.
It would of taken them at least another 20 – 30 minutes to get in the chair, but I have had enough with this location.
Buyer beware.
