My wife and I recently ate here. Like the other review if I could I would give this a zero. We ordered two meals and each of us ordered onion rings as a side. They gave us the same excuse that they cook them fresh and it would take some time. Our order came out without the rings… no Biggie as the said they will bring them out to our table. Halfway through our meal still no rings. I went to counter to see where they were. The employee informed me they did not drop (cook)the onion rings. They offered another side I said no. Went back finished my meal and went to counter again. This time they forgot to bring them since 25 minutes had gone by.
They brought a single order of onion rings to me… at that time I asked to speak to a manager. I found her unconcerned and rude. She asked me if I wanted a different side item. At this juncture I informed her that I wanted our meals comped. She reluctantly complied. This was ridiculous. I will never go there again.

If I could put no stars, I would! The last two times I have been in there, I ordered fries & chicken off the Long John Silvers menu. Well BOTH times they try to pull some crap asking if I wanted potato wedges. (FYI: I HATE potato wedges) I said no, obviously. Well the first time the girl said, «they’re making us ask because when they cook the fries it takes up one of the friers they use for chicken/​fish». Then the last time I was in there, the «manager» tried to pull the same crap. I told him I was already told by others the truth about why they «have to» ask if I want potato wedges. So not to try and pull some crap with me. He looked shocked. It’s sad they’re so lazy as to do this & lying to the customer, whom provides the $ that pays for their paycheck!!!
