I moved in June. I called waste management to cancel my service, and they told me it was canceled. I recieved a bill through the month of June and paid it thinking it was the last bill. I then recieved another bill for July. I called in August to cancel again telling the customer service representative that I had canceled in May. This representative told me that it was now canceled as of June 1. I received another bill in September, and called again. I was given the same spiel. I then got another bill in October. I called again, and told them how I canceled in May, August, & September. I asked for an official letter canceling my service. I did not recieve this letter, and instead got an automated call telling me I owed them money for this address. I again called waste management to cancel, and request a letter that explicitly canceled the service. I finally got a letter in November telling me that they cancelled the service because repeated attempts to collect the money I owed for this address had failed, and if I did not pay I would face the bill going on my credit. My wife called, and they told her that they would refund me. Why the hell wouln’t they cancel my service when I called the first five time, and why do I still have to pay them for service that I canceled five times, and did not recieve at an address I do not live at. I HATEWASTEMANAGEMENT, I WISHTHEYDIDNOTHAVE A MONOPOLYONGARBAGESERVICESWHERE I LIVEOR I WOULDCANCELTHEM. THEYWOULDPROBABLYSTILLBILLMEANYWAYS!!!
